I’ve been taking my (almost!) two year old daughter to weekly swim class here for a month and we so enjoy the lessons. She’s become so much more confident in the water and I’ve learned lots of great exercises to help her continue to learn water safety. Celeste is such a friendly and helpful instructor and the staff at the front desk are wonderful, too!

They have no availability for young kids with working parents. I was told when called and asked about classes, the latest they do level 2 is 5:30. How is any parent that works 9-5 able to pick their child up from daycare and make it there? Both me and my wife work, like most households in 2021. Then the fact you have to stay at the same time every Saturday and Sunday. Some parents have jobs you work at on weekends, so just having early times on weekends do not work. The design of your buisness is not friendly to working parents.

From a former childrens swim instructor,, I loved the class size and the attention the instructors gave the students, from infants to youth. Great program.

WE DO NOT LIKE THIS PLACE. The learning process feels way to slow for our liking, they were teaching them tricks instead of teaching them to float and swim Im not a swimming professinal but when watching my kid go there twice a week swinging their arms around for an entire thirty minutes it makes me feel bad. I would not recommend this to anybody if they want their child to learn to JUST SWIM.

Very nice staff and the instructors take their time in teaching how to swim, my son was scared of swimming but now he is getting use to having his head under water, the instructors let them learn at their own pace, they also have adult students which my son is in sense he is 12 years old, and the parents can watch their children learn from the lobby where there is a glass wall separating the 4 ft. deep pool from the lobby, it is a little pricey but well worth it, I highly recommend this place.

This place is very clean, I went it to apply for a job and they were very nice. They sent me a email about 4 paragraphs long about a possible employment opportunity then later send a email saying Sorry, there are not available positions available at this time or something like that.Very nice place and if you ever need a Front Desk person please contact me!

We LOVE AquaTots Holly Springs! Im so glad we invested here. We started at ages 3 and 6, and both kids have come such a long way in a short period of time. We started with 2 days/wk to jump start and will taper down to 1 day/wk. The recipe works! The process is easy for parents. Jessica and Michelle (and all the staff) have always been so kind to our family and especially the little ones. The coaches are great. My kids have fun when they go and look forward to going! I generally dont write reviews, but I am completely happy with our whole experience here and would recommend AquaTots to any parent.

Aqua-Tots in Holly Springs has exceeded all of our expectations. We initially had a very negative experience at a nearby swim school and were reticent about signing our daughter (age 6) up for new lessons. I spoke with the manager of this facility and she was inviting, professional and understanding of our concern (our older daughter did not want to continue swimming lessons because one of the exercises kept resulting in her getting water up her nose). The manager enabled us to remove this portion of the lesson (which the previous facility was unwilling to do) so that our daughter could start lessons in Holly Springs knowing she would not be forced to do something she was not comfortable with at that time. Since starting she has learned so much, gained a lot of confidence (including when she chose to master the skill she was originally terrified of) and now loves swimming. The facility is extremely clean, bright and welcoming with a great little play area for the younger children to utilize while waiting for siblings. I highly recommend this swim school!

We signed up for the classes that parents can participate in. I was told originally that even though she was just out of the age bracket BUT that they’d allow us in. So I signed up based on this fact. We arrived to a different class and the staff saying that it was their policy bc of her age that she be in next class up. I knew my child wasn’t going to be ok with anyone other than her father or myself. I was pushed to try it. Well of course she started crying when a stranger pulled her into the water. And the instructor moved her to cling to her back while she taught other kids. She was terrified now and trying to hang onto this person with short little arms and feeling unsafe. I pulled her 10 minutes into the class. Then told I could try the younger parent/child class. Really? I had to prove that I know my child for them to listen? Can’t get a refund on rest of the month of course. Keep the money. I don’t care. We aren’t going back. I wanted to work her trust up to being with an instructor on her own by starting off with her in with me. We are now at a different swimming school with her screaming bc she’s now scared to go into the water. She was always happy to get into the pool with us prior to this experience. Now she’s scared even with us with her. Be advised.
