Many times I have to peel my kids away from Monas office, thats how much they love going to the center.No matter which service industry you look at, there is at least one unsatisfied customer. Mona works exceptionally hard to make sure each kid is cared for. And teachers are great!

All the 5 star reviews are probably written by the owner or their family and friends.I had a very poor experience here.All that matters at this center is money .The owner made my child wait outside for the placement test for 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time, without actually taking her in for the test, while Ms Patel discussed pricing and timings with me. The answers to questions about fees for the placement test( some families have been taking placement test at no cost at this center), time off etc ( three or two months is allowed according to her mood).Basically, she charges just what she feels like on any day.Sincerity and work ethics matter when teaching kids is involved, which is totally lacking here.There are plenty of Eye Level classes to choose from in the same neighbourhood who genuinely care for the children’s progress, and appreciate their customers as well.

We really love Eye Level in Hoffman Estates! Teachers are really nice and Mona is fabulous in working with the kids. I have both my 5 year old and 3 year old children there. They are excited about going and doing their homework. I find it really helps children practice and be on top of academics! Would definitely recommend!

This place is excellent! My kids have been going to eye level for a few years and have learned so much. I have seen them grow so much academically. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well!

Awesome learning center ! Both my kids absolutely love the material, teachers and director. They have lot of other activities through out the year that helps further enhancing education such as math bee, spelling bee, essay challenges, critical thinking challenges.

This place really helps kids in their studies. Mona is really great. She know very detail about my both kids. Very impressed.
