Mr.Chuck and Ms.April made everything painless. Id recommend Angelwood to anybody

Anytime you try to call they don’t answer I finished my driving section over three weeks ago and I still haven’t heard back from them no one ever picks up the phone

Omg!!! I dont know where to start!!!!! Mr. Chuck was very patient with my son with everything and he was great at keeping in contact about everything during COVID-19!!! He made sure my son got his license and that he was ready for the streets. My son was scared to his licenses and about being on the road, but after going here he’s ready & always willing to drive me around!!!!I just want to THANK YOU guys AGAIN!!!!

The best driving school I’ve ever been. Mr.Chuck and Mr.Tom were the ones I had for drivers ed. In the classroom Mr.Chuck talks about what is have favorite were “Pedestrians” after that people were class with me all laughed. Mr.Tom is the greatest instructor of behind the wheel test. I scored well on the behind the wheel test and got myself the permit. For those people looking for The best school come to Angelwood they treated you like family!

I wouldn’t recommend no one to come here my daughter have been finish her Driving test since beginning of July and still never called her or contacted her about the next step. I paid $400 and she dont know how to park or backup ! A waste of my money and time.I keep calling no answer!!! They saying there backed up but they shouldn’t take too many if they cant handle it!!

The April lady is very rude..told us to come back the next day at 7, noon, or after 4pm to schedule. We came back before 7 am and Chuck said no, i did not tell you to come today. come back after 4 because the lady is not here( even tho the lady told us to come at that time). Very rude and unorganized. Came back after 4 pm and the Chuck boy said who told yall you can come in right now. April is still not here Im not sure if she told you if you can come.

I plan on going to this school this week, but for everyone reading the reviews the bad reviews are not accurate and dont go off that. I called to ask questions (even though it says they are closed) they still answered the phone. The man on the phone was very polite and sweet and gave me all answers to my questions about this school. I will post and after experience review but Im confident that this school is the best driving school on the West Bank. My friend came her and she says she was very happy with the school.As far as reviews go not everyone who had a great experience is writing a review.

Mr. Chuck is the man! The classroom instruction was kind of boring but Mr. Chuck made some jokes to keep it going! I learned a lot! I wanted to drive with Mrs. April, but I got Mr. Chuck! He made me drive the speed limit and taught me an easier way to turn. I have a heavy foot, but he said we must drive safely! Duh, it is driving school! These are really nice people and worked around my busy schedule! Drivers Ed here is the BEST!

These reviews made me question my decision. Glad I listened to a friend. Everyone was nice and quite informative. I was told the summer is busy and drives could be a while. My son completed the entire process in 2 weeks and I feel comfortable being in the car with him. Mr. Chuck took his time with him! Thank you Mr. Chuck!

They teach you everything you need to know to be a very safe driver. Im more confident being on the road thanks to the instructors at Angelwood. Highly recommended!

Great Instructors and Great service! I really learned a lot both in the classroom and on the road! Very patient and kind! Met a lady at registration whom sent all her kids here. Thats loyalty! I recommend this place to all my friends and family!

I did not learn much while driving with the instructor (all he had me do was go straight on the road). i did not learn how to reverse, merge lanes, but to go straight. I called to schedule my 3rd driving session and the man was like do you understand that around 12pm & 1pm there are too many cars for you, you are just a beginner and it will be dangerous for you Well how will I learn to drive on busy roads if i pay $400 to learn how to drive in those circumstances not to just go straight on empty roads. Another was the driving instructor had to go meet up with one of his family members at the police building for his nephew and he just told me it will be quick and so i waited for him and his sister or whatever to finish their business and waited in the car by myself for over 30 minutes even tho i was supposed to be driving.

Mr. Chuck and Tom are really professional people. Excellent service. They have flexible driving hours which worked perfectly for me. Highly recommended.

I was going off of the reviews when picking schools, but my coworker helped me pick this school. Please do not listen to the negative comments. This is a family business that’s been there for a long time and the owner is sooo nice and professional. The 6 hour written part does not even feel as long as it is and it does not feel like being a classroom. They accept walk ins and it’s $360 for the 14 hr class. They work with your schedule !!

Mr.Chuck is the best. They really care about defensive driving. I had a great experience. You wont regret coming here!!Thank You Mr.Chuck your a great teacher!

This was the best decision I’ve ever made by choosing AngelWood drivers Ed class. Everyone there is so sweet and polite love you guys and don’t forget about Mr.Chuck I really enjoyed everyday driving with you; your conversations was awesome

Question..! Considering it is still summer time - does AngelWood provide a summer week program that i could get over with in a week or 2?? I am turning 17 in September and would like to have my license by my 17th birthday! I plan on scheduling my classes soon if this it is available and promised ---> not prolonged like i have read in the comments.... Does anyone have any comments or advice?

Took my 14 hour course two weeks ago and I now have my license. I was given the right test and no one was rude. Had a really nice conversation with the owner. She knows her stuff and helped put me in the right direction. Glad I listened and was at the DMV for 7:30.

The best driving school on the West Bank. They are amazing people and very sweet and friendly. Ms.April and Mr.Chuck are the best instructors.Seriously well worth it coming here.

Both of my boys went to Angelwood. The staff is experienced, knowledgeable, and very professional. I highly recommend this driving school!

This school came highly recommended by my friends. I was very skeptical about the reviews. I heard some things about the other local schools as well. My daughters friend said the class was boring, but she learned a lot. Most kids think school is boring, so I made the choice to send her. She really didnt take long to get her driving in and she truly learned a lot. In life people are quick to speak the bad, but hardly ever post the positive. I am very thankful for my friends advice as we made a GREAT choice for our daughter. She has been driving us around for six months now and drives really well. The old people say believe nothing you hear and half of what you see! Thanks so much for making me feel better about my daughter being on the road!

Just completed my classes this week. Classes were boring, but I learned a lot. My friend went to another driving school and they watched movies and were given answers to the test. We had to pass the test here on our own. Very friendly people here.

Very friendly employees and efficient classes. Im surprised I learned as much as I did in the 4 class span. I really recommend going tot his place.

This place sucks worse place ever!!! They are a joke. Its been at least 2 and a half to 3 months and my daughter is still waiting on them to get to her final driving stage so she can receive her licence!!!! This place is a money racket!!! They take in to many people and are way under staffed and they take it out on the customers!!!! If we could do it over we would definitely not go to Angel Wood!!!!

Very Horrible don’t go here any where else but here. Instructors have road rage, and for as road test taking he has road rage while driving and a horrible rude attitude before you even start to drive. Don’t waste your money on this place, I would give it a 0 star if that was a choice.

Don’t waste your time or money, they don’t tell you that you have to pay 40$ for the road test. The driving intructors are rude, they don’t prepare you for the written test, the road instructor aggressively grabes the wheel when your driving. They have road rage and Bad attitude. It took me 4 months to get license because they don’t call you or answer the phone. Money Scammers. DO NOT COME HERE

THEY DONT EXPLAIN TO YOU THAT YOUR NOT TAKING ALL THE CLASSES IN THE SAME WEEK; WHY TAKE ONE CLASS THEN A MONTH LATER COME BACK AND TAKE THE NEXT THREE CLASSES MAKES NO SENSE. IF YOU GO TO THIS SCHOOL YOU HAVE TO PAY $40 FOR THE STATE TEST! YOU CAN NOT GO TO THE DMV IF YOU TAKE DRIVERS ED AT THIS SCHOOL. AGAIN THAT ISNT TOLD UNTIL THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. THE OWNER/MANAGE CALLS ME AND TELLS ME I WAS RUDE AND THEN TELLS ME SHE WILL GIVE ME A REFUND BUT AT THE SAME TIME TRYING TO GET ME TO STAY. LIKE YOUR RUDE FOR STARTING OFF A CONVERSATION SAYING THAT I WAS RUDE. SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS FROM THE BEGINNING!!!!!

This is one of the best driving schools ever I highly recommend this driving school it is cheaper and also easier to pass nice and fun staff that will make your driving experience much exciting and enjoyable. this is a 10 star!!!!!!!!!

They told me 10-12 weeks. Even then I was thinking that was a long time. But I took the class and I have been waiting 4 months now. Everytime I call they say oh well get back to you or Im going to talk to the driving instructor and see when theyre avaliable. She never got back to me and I doubt she talked to them. Dont use Anglewood for your driving course.

Its been 3 months in my kid still dont have his drivers license they dont pick up the phone when you call but be quick to take ur money parents please dont spend ur money with them its a waste of time in bs 🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓

They made me pay for the 14 hour course and after I payed and signed they told me they didnt have enough cars. They gave me the 6 hour class (which didnt even last 6 hours) and they made me wait a month and a half to take the behind the wheel classes and when I called to ask they were extremely rude towards me. DO NOT go there! they are the worst driving school on the westbank.

Never answer when u call. Website says open. Then they are given the wrong test and now people have to schedule another day to go back
