This place is terribly managed. I would avoid this real estate school if possible. They don’t have any replacements for teachers if they’re not available and then it pushes you back weeks because they do not update the schedule so if you miss a specific chapter you’ll have to wait several weeks before it’s offered again. What a joke. Stick to a better school that will actually stick with the schedule and not cancel classes on you then make you wait weeks before it’s offered again.

Had a wonderful experience. The lectures were full of examples and real life situations which made it easy to remember. The theory and practice was great. The content and materials are on the spot. They really prepare you for the exam! Thanks for making it so easy!

This whole experience has been nothing but positive. Principals and admins are helpful and courteous. Teachers are great, 3 different teachers, 3 different teaching methods. I signed on to take the NJ Real Estate class full time. The class was taught at a good pace for easier learning. After taking the class test, it allowed me to see what questions I needed to focus on to be better prepared for the state exam. When I am ready, I will be looking at this school in the future for expanding my RE background.

Steve taught most of my classes and was awesome - very straight and to the point but also included personal anecdotes to help us remember complicated content. I was definitely weary about taking this course online but was very pleasantly surprised. Absolutely recommend!!

The classes are flexible, youre able to join in the days youre available and youll have a live instructor. Truthfully out of the instructors I encountered I decided to go with Jenson. Incredibly knowledgeable, leaves the chat open to answer questions. He is straightforward and incredibly brilliant. I wasnt too pleased with Ms.Coura, she just read the slides and did not take the time to actually elaborate. I tried her for two weeks. I guess what I am saying is, find the teacher that you best fit with and they have plenty to choose from and enjoy the lessons. You wont find another institute like this. Flexible schedule where you can jump in and out of classes based on the chapters you need and the time you want to take the class. Unlimited tests (school test) that you must pass first before taking the state test. Excellent communication 100%.Tim is the BEST instructor and knows his Real Estate. After doing an extensive research of all the real estate schools around Bergen County, I came to the conclusion that Center for Real Estate Education of Hackensack stood out the most and it fit my needs.After paying for the school, online, which was easy to do, and ordering the book, it gave me the option of either mailing it to me or going to the office before 3pm to go and pick it up. I chose to pick it up in person by showing them the Order Number.Remember, I signed up on Valentines Day and they had a special promotion so it was a really nice price.After all the above steps were taken, the fun began!We are being taught by a professor, name Tim Jensen. He used to be a real estate broker for a long time and his ability to marry real world scenarios and tie it in with what was being portrayed in the book is such an asset for the students. It really elevates the learning experience and it demystifies the theoretical aspect of the book. Basically, professor Jensen, makes it easier to understand the book in such a fashion that students can apply what the book is saying with real world examples.For the fear of writing a novel, I will end it here.But, if you are really looking to find a home where you are an individual and not just a number, this institution will take care of you and will prepare you for the State Exam. There is a approximately a 31% rate of passing the state exam in NJ. This school has a rate of somewhere in the 70% rate of passing the state exam. It is astronomically high!Happy learning!EDIT: I passed the school test and the NJ Real Estate exam on the first try.Found a great brokerage. Ordered the business cards and now the fun begins!!!

Tim is a great instructor... I enjoy the structure and control over his online class. He goes over the work very thoroughly. I took an evening class and left because it was so much chaos in the room. The instructor couldnt gain control and learning was hard.

I am so grateful that I chose this school to complete my pre-licensing hours. Their rolling class schedule is so great and so convenient, especially for those with irregular work hours. I adore all three instructors (one for day classes, one for night, one for weekends). I spent most of my time with the day instructor, Tim, who is a fantastic, patient, brilliant, experienced teacher. Both the instructors and the administration team are incredibly helpful & professional. If youre considering attending classes with this school, DO IT!P.S. Its cheaper than most other equivalent programs, but much more convenient & flexible!

My experience with the Center for Real Estate Education has been great. They respond to students rather quickly, and make it a point to answer all questions of students. The online instructors take time to explain and set clear concise guidelines for class decorum. Tim the day time instructor is especially great, he adds some humor to the experience while still maintaining professionalism. The administrators are readily available via text, email or phone to answer questions and give updates should there be any. I highly recommend this school and will be using them for my license renewal. I am a licensed agent in NY, having a school that can give me CE hours for both states is definitely a plus and it helps when it is always a pleasant experience/ interaction with the staff. I love everything about this school, from the instructors, to the fact you can sit in on classes even after your 75 hours are up. I was with Tim for the most part, and i still wont be done for another week. But he is helpful, and his demeanor & the way he presents himself is very professional. He uses keywords like use your creative thinking to get your thought process moving throughout the class cause he knows its a lot of information to take in.

At first I thought that taking the class online was a bad idea. However, the school is great. It is VERY flexible. They do classes every day and every evening (check schedule) and even on the weekends. I absolutely love the quality of instruction, the authority of class room, experience, energy and knowledge of Instructor Tim Jensen on Day One of Two in the Property Management course. Hes a Gangsta Educator!!! The platform in which the materials and course were presented were clean, lots of white space on the slides, organized, uncluttered, followed the text layout, combined with thorough explanations--elaborate points by instructor. There were good points of light humor which keeps the room engaged. We started on time and breaks were essential and perfect to keep energy high. This course in my opinion is a Master Class. The class schedule is flexible which is SO convenient and appreciated because I already work full time, so I can only attend night or weekend classes. I also love the fact that you can retake any of the classes as many times as you want within a year of starting. This is beneficial if you need more time to learn, study, and fully understand the material. Center for Real Estate - Education also provides SO much material to help you prepare for their school test and the state test (the school test is included in your tuition cost, so no extra payment!). I have been learning with Ms. Coura and she is wonderful. She is thorough during her instruction and always gets through the material that needs to be taught for the night. She also answers all of our questions, plus she provides a review of any past chapters before going into the new chapter. I have been having a wonderful experience, even though I am learning virtually and prefer learning in a classroom. Center for Real Estate - Education has made learning virtual easy!

This a great school to take your real estate related courses. I wasnt sure how it would be at first. But after attending the classes you can tell how much you learn. You learn the information required in order to pass the state test. Overall, the teachers and staff both are both great and extremely helpful which I really appreciated. Empty promises all over the place. Ordered a hardcopy book never got it my classes started i was without they gave me a code for a online textbook saying when they got harcopies id be sent one. never got it. took my exam passed it through the school. recieved an email of them congratulating me saying to wait for an email from runexam@noreply that has never come. no idea how to move along and take the state exam because they are abysmal.

Paid for the wrong class and turns out I need more time to complete the proper class. Great customer service!

This is a really awesome real estate school! theyre very nice, patient, and always offer a helping hand for any questions you may have.The only thing for me personally is the no face to face communication. Its a little frustrating to ask questions and deal with other people online through the chatter. And if you miss a class you would have to wait until it comes back around again. That could take 2 weeks.But other than that, its a great price and you have plenty of time and resources to get your license. With just a one time payment!
