I give one star for the regular Bus driver my son has, riding a special needs bus is never easy, and the normal driver is great! That being said, I wonder why these busses with these particular kids are the ones always made to double up when there is a call out or something else happens. Youd think they would realize how important schedules are for special needs children, especially. My son has been well over an hour late home at LEAST a dozen times this school year. Yesterday was 90 minutes! I couldve picked my child up from school 5 times in that duration. No call, no warning, just making you wonder about your child on a semi-regular basis. STOP DOUBLING UP ON SPECIAL NEEDS BUS ROUTES AND CALL SOME PARENTS WHEN THIS HAPPENS!!! I am done being nice about it at this point.
I am a driver and I Love working here. Folks are nice, bases in great shape.
My boys and I stood at the bus stop from 5:59 to 6:15 waiting on their bus to pick them up near 21st Avenue. It never showed up, so I called the bus barn 7 times to get no answer. Ive had the issue before with this same bus service. In addition, when I was speaking with the lady to register my kids. She radioed the bus driver asking him if he stopped bear our home. His attitude was very nasty from start, he replied well if I see them out there I guess Ill stop and get them. I left a voicemail, I doubt if I hear back from anyone. They need to hire more professional workers
Their attitudes are horrible I hate this system
A great place.to work
Gd service.Thx Sterling.
Nice people, good place to work
Great company to work for.
They allow the bus drivers to show up whenever they want sometimes causing children to miss school and be in truancy.
