We found what we were looking for, however, I was a bit on edge. The customer service employee was very helpful, but he couldnt maintain a safe distance away from us. I found myself running away from him at times. Better employee training may be needed especially during these times.

Nitra and Stacy at this Staples are awesome!!! They assisted me with revising and formatting my Grandmothers obituary. This is totally not in their job descriptions but they went the extra mile and that is exemplary customer service!!! These ladies definitely deserve a raise!!!!!

Run, don’t walk to Office Depot less than a half mile away. I needed 14 copies on really nice paper - $1 per copy. Then, they wanted to charge $1 per copy for “scanning”. Isn’t that called laying paper on the copier?? Then they couldn’t promise it done today without paying to expedite. I walked into Office Depot, they charged less than .50 per copy - no “scanning” fee and did it right then - no expedite fees. Will no longer be a Staples customer!!

Will be closing soon for good, I guess. Gloomy, dreadful atmosphere, seriously overpriced inventory - 5 or 6 associates hanging around and no customers.The 2 workers that Ive talked to there, were friendly, though - good luck to them!

I visited this store on Saturday evening around 5 PM to print the programs for my aunts funeral service, and the experience was atrocious. There was one associate working in the print shop and he was busy working on a sign for someone and never even bothered to acknowledge me until asking me to give him some room because I was apparently in his way when he needed to trim the sign. He had a line and seemed to be completely over his head, so I wound up leaving and going to the Office Depot across the street where I was greeted promptly and assisted by the associate who was also dealing with other customers, yet he managed to not make me feel like I was in his way. This was a horrible customer experience and Staples needs to ensure proper staffing during peak weekend times and train their associates on the proper way to engage customers.

I was shopping for an office chair the other day. There were two of us there looking (we were not related). Staples staff approached the other individual and provided assistance and service. Not one associate approached me and I was there for a while. I looked around the store. They werent busy. Associates were standing around talking to one another. Not one person approached me to help. The other individual was pretty and in business attire. I am not pretty and shopping on my day off, so I was in casual attire. Not one person helped me.

I went in the store to buy an office chair the sales person on the floor ask the manager did they have anymore of the chairs that I choose he said no he never look and he said they didnt sale the floor model I ask was he going to remove it from the floor he said no I am not going to do that either by using the word either made me think he never had any intention of helping me was it because I was a female or because I am black he never tried to help me as a customer everything came from his mouth was negative

Worst Staples I’ve ever visited. Got there at opening and there are a bunch of guys working in the parking lot, staring anybody down that happens to park. Then the doors aren’t unlocked and rather than open them, the staff member turns the doors on and then just waves through them before stating the obvious at me—that the doors weren’t on. Got up to the register and he’s chatting with another staff member while I wait. She completely ignores me until logged in, then starts helping someone else in the middle of my transaction (I got ONE thing) before calling someone else to help.Super disorganized, super unprofessional. Just go to office max!

Went there to go fax some documents and the girls there was rude to this sweet old lady asking a question about the cover page and instead of helping the brunette that worked there was sarcastic and i had issues i didnt bother to ask her nor the girl she was training very rude workers its sad ppl arent friendly nor helpful if u hate ur job or ppl dont like dealing with ppl dont go into retail, customer service, reception or anything that involves you having to do your job

The labels are not very visible upon entering the store to indicate aisle where products are located and other than the cashier I didnt see anyone to ask. Other than that they have good prices and ample supplies of products.

I just called this store many times (more than five). They are very slow (for the first two times, I waited too long and it was silent on the other side, I have to drop the call because I am not sure if the store people was still with me). They told me there is one left, but they could not reserve the product for me because it is low stock. So I started driving to the store. Smart enough, I call them on the way to there. However, I was told the product had been reserved!! I was confused and asked them why I could not and somebody can. They just told me that I did not reserved and I could not buy before the reservation is released, no EXPLANATION!!Their attitude is very rude. They (both manager and the stuff) are very IMPATIENT and NOT trying to listening to customers AT ALL. Possibly, they are thinking you are waste their time. They dont care if you come to buy products at all.Some one told me before that Staples is going to out of business. I can see why from my experience from this Store!!

I sent something to print at Staples and see they have a new process, do it yourself. It says you can ask an associate but they just repeat the do it yourself instructions. And the printer places a $5 hold on your card. Why cant the associates print the pages you emailed and you pay cash, like it used to be. I ended up going to the FedEx store instead. I refuse to have them hold $5 on my card when I print one page and the cost is like 28 cents. NOT USING STAPLES PRINT SERVICES ANYMORE
