I would love to update my review!!! This daycare has been nothing but a second home to my son. Hes always happy to go and loves telling me about his day when I pick him up. Throughout all the years my son has gone there when he was younger and now as a school aged kid I have always went to work with peace of mind that he was always safe. And they have been a God send during these times helping my son do his school through virtual learning. If you would like the same for your child do not hesitate to check this place out I promise you that you will not regret it.

My son was with me at home until he was almost four, and when I went back to work we sent him to Kids N Care. The owner and staff are absolutely phenomenal and the facility is extremely nice and well kept. I love sending my son there because I know when hes there hes happy and very well taken care of. Its obvious that the staff there are doing what they love and are the best at it. I recommend Kids N Care to anyone looking for a home away from home for their children.

Our children have been attending Kids N Care for the last 3 years, since they were 12 weeks old. We absolutely love this daycare. We wanted a daycare with a homey feel and this one has exceeded our expectation. We looked at many other child care facilities in the area and Kids N Care was by far the best one! I was very nervous about sending my children to a daycare facility and the caregivers here have become our extended family. We are always greeted with a smile and they know each childs name and the parents names. The caregivers are extremely professional and it is obvious they care about each child. I call often to check on my girls and they are always happy to give me a report on how they are doing. This daycare has implemented an app that lets parents know how their children are doing throughout the day, which is wonderful. My husband and I are very comfortable leaving our children here while we are gone to work. Our older daughter is a little apprehensive about moving rooms and everyone here has been wonderful with slowly introducing her to another classroom. They are slowly doing so, at HER pace which makes us feel very comfortable that the caregivers here take the childrens needs into consideration. I know our girls just love it here when they are always talking about their teachers at daycare as their friends :) We would highly recommend this childcare facility!!

My children have been attending Kids N Care since 2007. The directors and staff treat us like gold. They love my children and have treated me like a dear friend. Not only are they very professional, they are very personable. Their centers are in pristine condition with updated furnishings. I know they put their heart and soul into their business. The children are happy there. The atmosphere is always harmonious when I show up. As my children age out I know we have life long friends.

Excellent quality care! The center security and cleanliness at Oak Creek is first class. Teachers & staff are very loving and friendly. My kids are well taken care of, and I’m at peace while away at work. Mister. N. is the greatest male caregiver I have known, he works his magic with kids! Because I’m a picky parent who seeks the absolute best for my kids (just like many of you), I give it a 4.85 star rating but at the same time I challenge you to find similar care anywhere else which doesnt involve you or your mom watching your kids. Communication with parents could be improved (more detailed daily activities or weekly curriculum, food/clothes requested earlier) but again, this is something they do ok today and just need to get better, and they will use their own supply rather than leaving your kids hungry/dirty. I can name many “great” day cares out there that are not even close to this stage and blame it on the “size” of their classrooms. I HIGHLY recommend Kids N’ Care and promise this is an independent customer review, no commissions paid nor free tuition received. You’ll be glad you did.

Wonderful facility. Always clean, excellent staff, owners are fantastic people. They take great care of the children there. Could not be happier. This was my review from awhile ago. Now I have had the experience of a different daycare after moving and I can really see a drastic difference. Kids n care was even better that I realized. I only wish more daycares could compare. I would also like to respond to negative posts. This facility treats employees, families, and children as there own family. They will not allow negligent or irresponsible employees and while they give all children the best chance, they take the care of the children there very personally and seriously. If anyone has a complaint, it is because this daycare provides the best care of their capability and expects nothing less of the employees.

Couldnt have picked a better place for my daughter! Theres nothing but caring people and a friendly environment to have her in. She loves being there so I know theyre doing something right! Her smile tells me everything, extremely happy to have found kids n care!

My daughter has been going here for almost a year and loves coming here everyday. Everyone is friendly and knows her by name.

The owners talk and lie about their employers, employes show lots of favoritism and treat newbies lesser then others. The teachers there foes not really teach TO MUCH free time not enough educating or enhancing there development.

I am an employee of Kids N Care for the past 6 years and I am one of the teachers supposedly standing around during the incident posted below. At the time of the situation I was preparing breakfast for the children while the other teacher approached the situation and handled it in a calm, professional manner. After the conflict was resolved the mother handed me her child and thanked me before leaving. Under no circumstances were either teacher standing around watching. Also, the accusations of child abuse/neglect are absolutely ridiculous and false. We are a 5 star accredited facility and we cater to each child and parents needs and take safety very seriously. Once again, we were not standing around watching the incident, the accusations are purely out of anger and not fact.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! They have loved and treated our son like one of their own from day one. He loves showing up in the morning and always looks so happy in the photos they share with us during the day in the HiMama app. I truly believe this is the very best daycare in existence. He continues to learn and grow every day and that is a direct result of the creative environment they provide!Thank you to Naser, Sahera, and the whole KNC staff for everything you do on a daily basis

REVISED:I previously had an issue with an in home day care where I noticed my son was being physically abused. So I removed him from there and took him to Kids N Care my first reaction was wow this is an awesome place where I feel my son will be safe. I have been taking my son there since august of 2014 but unfortunately had to remove him due to his safety. Ive have watched the same child in my sons room on numerous occasions physically abuse children on extreme level where the teachers just stood around and watched. I have personally seen this child hit my child in the head with excessive force and then today when I dropped off my child this same child came up to my son and with both fists punched my son hard in the stomach while I was standing right next to him I said nicely no hitting and then he child hit me in the arm and I again said to him no hitting in a firmer but still nice tone of voice and again with both fists hit my child in the stomach. I had to put my hand up to stop this child from causing any more harm to my son. As this happened two teachers just stood and watched it happen and not until all this was done did the teacher come grab him by the had and had him sit at the table with the other children to eat breakfast I hugged my son and unfortunately had to leave to get to work, and before leaving the room I saw this same child slap yet another child. I was very upset so when I got to work I emailed the owner to call me, when she did I told her my concern and she rudely spoke over me and ended the conversation with bluntly saying dont worry about it ill take care of it without letting me explain the whole situation. I was a little upset with that call so a coulple hours later I called on my lunch break and asked to speak with someone else and asked if possible my child could be moved to another class being that I am concerned for his safety. A few minutes later I received a call from the owner yelling at me saying if I have any issues and concerns that I can only speak to her because she was the only one in charge I said I understand but I did not feel comfortable with our previous conversation and preferred to speak to some one else she continued to yell at me and cut me off and expressed no concern even when I came to tears on the phone with her she showed absolutely no sympathy. Being so upset I went to the daycare since I live and work down the street and asked for my son and his belongings in a nice calm matter although I was still crying and upset. My sons class was sleeping so I tried to be as quiet as possible a few seconds after arriving the owner bursted into the quiet room and continued to yell at me and say that I was acting irrationally and what was my reason to be upset I simply said im unhappy and didnt want to discuss it while the children are asleep she yelled tell me tell me I just walked out with my son but not until she could lastly say to me you will have to pay two weeks whether he comes or not because we have a two week notice policy I will be contacting the BBB and the state since this facility is state funded with my complaint.RESPONSE TO OWNER:PLEASE VIEW YOUR VIDEO RECORDINGS FOR TUESDAY MORNING WHILE DROPPING OFF MY SON AND TELL ME WHAT YOU SEE. A PARENT SHOULD NEVER EVER HAVE TO STEP IN WHILE TWO SUPERVISING ADULTS STAND IF NOT INCHES FEET AWAY. MY ACCUSATIONS WERE FAR FROM FALSE AND THAT IS WHY MY SON IS NOW REMOVED FROM YOU FACITLITY AND CARE. I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE UPSET BUT THAT IS NO REASON TO FURTHER DISRESPECT ME AND MY OBSERVATION WITH YOUR CARE AND PROFESSIONALISM. ALSO I DID NOT APPRECIATE GETTING NOT ONE BUT TWO DIFFERENT CALLS TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT FROM YOU (WHEN YOU HAVE MY CELL PHONE ON FILE) WITH THREATS OF OF LEAGAL ACTION DUE TO THIS REVIEW, TO THE POINT WHERE MY OFFICE MANAGER HAD TO GET ON THE PHONE AND ASK FOR NO MORE CALLS TO MADE TO MY WORK NUMBER. MY OPINIOIN ALONG WITH EVERYONE ELSES IS AN ACT OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH. AND AS I SAID PREVIOUSLY HAD I BEEN APPROACHED IN A RESPECTABLE AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER MY SON WOULD STILL BE IN YOUR CARE.
