Our experience with First steps has been great. They are friendly and focus on the right things. They have done a great job resolving conflicts with our child as he can be a little too aggressive sometimes. The teachers truly love the children and you can see that in their warm and comforting approach each and every day.

We truly enjoyed the first day or orientation. The teachers were welcoming and created a positive and happy environment for the children. My daughter felt comfortable exploring the place and found many toys that engaged her interest. The teachers seemed very caring and knowledgeable. Thanks First Steps!

During our open house visit, the school director made it a point to mention on several occasions that they have great with communication, especially through email; however, our experience (after paying the $300 registration fee) was nothing but abysmal. Not one of our three emails (all regarding different questions) was answered in a timely manner. We only got a response only after several days of waiting, and re-sending the email in hopes of ending up on the top of the pile.Naturally, we are now looking for other options for our daughters first school experience.
