My first expeience there was great! We are always perfect on Facebook, Instagram, etc. But why we look so scared or sick in our passports? :) After a couple experiences with Walgreens and Costco photo service I decided a passport picture has to be taken in a photo studio. Fortunaly, I found Grand Photography. Cozy atmosphera. Their service is excellent! Staff is creative and friendly.They have a great professional equipment also. Just have a look at this fairy umbrella.... Its magic light turned me into a Princess (I looked as Mr. Grinch in Walgreens photos, LOL) Thank you very much, guys! First time in my life Im really highly satisfied with my passport photo. I strongly recommend this Studio. P.S. Their price is pretty good also.

Such a fun experience! We took our 1-year old here to see Santa & Mrs. Clause and were so happy with the experience and photos. We will be visiting again in the future :-)

Grand Photography has always been easy to work with and they continually seek ideas to streamline their processes. All great stuff. Weve come to know them (specifically Gail) through soccer images. She and her staff are professional, courteous, and go the extra mile to get the job done. In a recent experience that actually lead to this review, Gail connected with me personally as a coach for my kids team, and shared a rare mishap happened with our team image. (We know professional cameras, so we know it is both rare and embarrassing!) They went above and beyond to remedy the situation - they offered a studio image make up, they offered an opportunity to come to the field, but since we had a professional lens, can we didnt want to take advantage of their time, we opted to take our own and wed just print separately. However, Gail insisted on making it right - so we took our own image, and sent it to Gail who promptly cropped and toned to fit their memory mate and made one for each member of our team. Brilliant. BTW - As I was picking up the images, I noticed her Christmas displays and met Santa and Mrs. Claus - schedule a Christmas photo session!!!! Pets allowed! We are truly happy to have had this experience, because it let us get to know Gail and her genuine joy for her work and integrity in doing so. Thanks!

Is COVID more important than treating people like humans??? Our kids had to wait outside for 45min in 113 degree heat! You also can’t take a group photo because the kids can’t stand close together! Not getting my support! Very unfriendly staff.

While the overall process is streamlined their prices are quite higher than most school portraits. I understand that they are a smaller company than life touch for example but their product isn’t worth double the cost for a product that’s not any better. My kids poses aren’t even close to being similar so the pictures don’t look well printed and hung. In addition both times one of my children had hair that was clearly misplaced and the photographer just chose to leave it when it was definitely noticeable.

We always have a fantastic photo shoot when we work with Grand Photography, LLC. We recently worked with Victoria and she was super easy going and great to work with. The kids loved her. I’m super thrilled with our photos and can’t wait to get them on our wall.

This is the best Santa photo experience we have ever had with my 4 yo granddaughter. The photographer took the time to get good shots, let her become comfortable with Santa and Mrs. Claus, who are also amazing! Well worth the time and drive from Peoria. I will never do Santa photos anywhere else!

Honestly, with this photography company it has been one bad experience after the other unfortunately since my sons school is the one that contracts through them for their school pictures I feel as if my voice matters little. However, today I decided to once again place my sons school picture order since they did his retake and actually got a good shot of him well at 1:20pm I spoke with Amy regarding shipping methods listed online which were a bit confusing due to additional shipping places listed in abbreviations she was extremely rude as if the only obvious choice was to pick up or ship despite additional methods of shipping listed merely made the suggestion to update website according to each school to avoid confusion and was rude and abrupt basically insinuating that it was more then obvious that I had only two choices which if it was I said I would not be calling to verify.

Gail is a fantastic photographer! From locations, to ideas, to directing the shots - I will not go anywhere else. I found her by accident when I saw some Senior photos of a friend. You wont be disappointed. The hardest part is picking you favorites!

Gail and her staff are the most amazing people we have ever worked with. We have done engagement/wedding/family/birthday/Santa/newborn pictures Grand Photography. They are extremely patient and understand. They go above and beyond the call of photography. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I can not order photos from them any more they took pictures of my son at his school yet dont send the photos back to him. I have to drive to go get them 30 miles away at family inconvenient hours. Wouldnt be so bad if I could get them on the weekends. My son said they were making jokes and making the kids smile which is nice, the photos look great online but who knows when Ill have them... this is not convenient for a busy family.

Gail is awesome! She made my daughter feel comfortable during her senior photo shoot! She is a great photographer and even better person. Recommend her for all of your photo needs!

Gail and the whole staff at Grand Photography are amazing, caring people. They donated their time and resources to photograph and create the marketing photos for my dog, Vader. Vader will soon be joining the PawPrint Ministries team of comfort dogs as a pen pal comfort dog corresponding through letters with sick children and those who need comfort all over the country. Vader loved exploring the studio but Gail waited patiently for the perfect shots. He went from a drooling mess to a super model. She even took the time to discuss the career of photography with my teenager who’s aspiring to be a photographer herself. I can’t thank Gail and Grand Photography enough.

Gail was amazing to work with! I had never had professional pictures done before and am pretty introverted but she made my senior pictures a blast and made me feel extremely comfortable!! All of the pictures came out amazing and I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do them!
