This review is concerning their online class, and the support offered afterward. In summary, high price of $29.99 and lackluster support offered.My mom received a ticket, and she decided to pick this school without researching other traffic schools due to its location, being based in the 714 area code. My mom is not very fluent in English, so she had trouble with the course, and failed after two times. Thats nothing against the school as they did not say anything about catering to non-native speakers.However, the course was $29.99 which was quite pricey as other schools were as low as $7.95 to $12.95 when I googled search. Furthermore, other courses had options that allowed you free retakes, and you didnt have to worry about repaying for the whole course. This was not the case with Discount Traffic School, and I emailed them to inquire for help and options.I was told to have my mom contact someone there who would be able to help her with Vietnamese. However, when she did and arrived at the physical location of the school, there were unaware of the court jurisdiction her ticket was in, and they were willing to let her take a paper test for $10 more but they couldnt find her account in their systems. My mom was frustrated and left. I wish they were able to provide better service for my mom as she did pay $29.99 for this course.

I got class cancelled without notice from Comedy School, show up with no instructor.....Found Discount Traffic School that is still opened...I decided to attend...$60 charge is not a bargain as the name emply but..The instructor is excellent..I picked up lot of information from her..Worth money well spent...Thank you Jayda..

Love this place. Both my wife and I had to attend traffic school in this last year and we chose this place after driving by it multiple times. Ms. Karie was a excellent teacher and managed to keep moral up throughout the whole lesson. Not like the other boring traffic schools that we have been too in the past. I refer this place to all of my friends who live in the Garden Grove area and they have always thanked me for the recommendation.

The instructor, Jayda, was friendly and knowledgeable. The classroom was very small for 5-6 people for 8 hour time period. The complementary coffee and snacks were a nice touch.

Pretty straight forward. Actually came out of this class with a bit more than I expected. I was overall satisfied and glad it wasnt death by powerpoint.
