My oldest daughter has been at Creme since she was 6 months old (now 3 yrs). We’ve had a terrific experience and I am about to enroll my new addition next month. We have loved all of my daughter’s teachers from infant to Gard 2. Most importantly, my daughter is happy and loves her school and I feel safe sending her there. I’ve been amazed at how quickly she’s advanced, both academically and socially. Her language skills impress me everyday. Creme offers many optional ancillary activities during the school day as well, which is a great way to expose your child to sports, coding, and more without having to shuffle them around all over the place. The water park is always a hit as well! I’ve been happy with the current administration and have found the director to be very transparent and eager to help with any questions or concerns. I trust Creme with my children and that’s priceless! It’s comforting to have teachers and administrators that truly care about your kiddos ❤️

We are a family with four children and live 45 minutes from our child care center. At least a dozen centers are available between our house and my job.Without Creme returning back to work as a mother of 4 would have been a nightmare.I looked at more schools than I can count on my commute into work. NOTHING came close to the comfort and peace of mind I received when I came to Creme.Returning back to work full time as a mother is never easy. The staff made that transition less stressful on everyone. With four children in four different age classrooms I can say Creme has provided the best of the best quality childcare I was looking for.You WILL NOT find the philosophy, educated & trained staff, atmosphere, quality, cleanliness....anywhere else! Its just NOT out there.Creme is an investment in your childs early education. Its not the cheapest and its not for everyone.Creme for us is JUST THE RIGHT FIT! We love each and everyone of our teachers!

We have two children attend Creme de la Creme in Frisco, TX. One started at 18 months and has graduated but still comes back for their summer camps. The other started at 4 months of age and continues to attend the program. This outstanding facility, staff and director have had a very positive and meaningful impact on the development and enrichment of our children. Their caring and attentive approach is reassuring for both parent and child. Without equivocation, wed recommend this program to anyone and everyone...they are simply the best!

My 10 month old goes here and has been a great experience for him. He has developed a lot in just the short time here. Friendly staff and great environment.

I visited the school seeking information on a program for my daughter. The manager/director showed no real interest in seeking my business. She volunteered no information besides the prices and attempted to steer me out the door within 5 minutes. I was not offered a tour, any information about the curriculum, or even a seat to sit in her office. I now understand why other reviews frequently mention the snooty attitude. This school is not an environment that I would want my child exposed to on a daily basis.

My son has learned so much since starting Creme as compared to a previous childcare facility that is well known for their brand name. However, what I found is that with that facility it depends on the owner(s). Creme has worked well with partnering with me to make sure my son is well equipped for kindergarten! No place is perfect, but what I will say is, Stacy Barnes, the ED at Creme Frisco, has an open door policy and if action is needed, I have seen that she works to make sure she does all she can and within a timeframe that makes sense given competing priorities. Thank you Creme Frisco for all you do!!!

Have two children here and LOVE it. Been at Creme over 2 years. The curriculum, philosophy, facility, and teachers are worth the investment.By the way, they dont have three receptionists up front. They were filling in during someones maternity leave. So glad she is back, though. She is fantastic! And Im so thankful others sacrificed to fill in ... As a working mom who took leave, I get it.

My wife and I tried to view the school multiple times and no one other than the very busy executive director could show us around. (They have at least 3 front desk people) Needless to say we took our money elsewhere. Very snooty and the vibe and tone stinks of an old school country club.

Creme de La Creme has done a beautiful job of branding its facility. The awesome facility, pricing and name give the impression that you are getting the best possible day care center available. I would urge any interested parent to discuss teacher education and pay-scale, conflict management training and leadership communication. These are the areas I found that need improvement.

When you walk in you are immediately taken by how cute it looks. The koi pond, the outside of each room looks like a Parisian shop. The waterpark is great. Everything looks like the best place to send your child. Well, take all the decor away and you are left with what it really is, a glorified daycare where kids are not learning and the teachers are mistreated. We pulled our child in December. We were going to send our other child part-time too but I had to finally ask myself, why? Why would I expose my children to a place that has an extremely high teacher turn over rate, where if you voice a concern you are met back with condescending (unsolicited) parenting advice? After 1 1/2 years it was no longer the preschool I thought it was. Perhaps it never was. Though my child loved her toddler 2 teachers. The start of our second year it was one teacher after another. My daughters toddler 3 teacher, the one that actually stayed, acted as though she wanted to be anywhere but there. Not good when entrusting the care of your child with this person.A lot of people like the concept of this pre-school. The rotating classrooms every 30 minutes. For some, yes that may work. But theyre not actually doing activities during that time. After the teacher and children walk to the next room, which strangely on average takes 10 minutes because if one class is still in the classroom then the the other class waits. I saw a lot of that. Then its potty time. More waiting for the kids. So on average your child will get 10 minutes to learn.I will add, the director resigned two weeks after I withdrew my child. That was for the best. She really had no business running a pre-school.I spoke with a lot of the teachers after I withdrew my child. The good ones. So many great, loving, and nurturing teachers were fired yet the ones who were short tempered and incompetent remained. Its important to note that I wasnt alone. Many parents I spoke with felt the same and pulled their children. The place was a complete mess. If your child attends now, I encourage you to take the time off and watch. Watch the cameras and watch the teachers and administration. Listen to your gut. Were talking about your children. I started asking a lot of questions to the teachers and administration and to other parents. A lot of contradictions. What a disaster!I hope with the new director this place gets it together but I doubt it. Upper management is as disorganized and condescending as lower management.Pulling my child and putting both my kids elsewhere was the best move. For the amount of money Im spending on a private daycare and preschool- adequate isnt good enough. My children now love going to their school and my eldest talks non stop on the way home about her day. I did not get that from her while she was at Creme. Mostly tears and tantrums about not wanting to go back.Get it together Creme!
