Staff is great +Teachers are great+Pool is also decent size +Ample changing rooms +Only 3 open showers —Each teacher has around 4+ kids —so for 1/2 hr class each kids get teachers attention for about 5+ minutes of learning each week so learning curve is very slow. They have 11 levels from start to finish and each level has around 4 skills to to finish this course with 5 minutes of teaching kids take around 3-4 years to cross those 11 levels, I wish there would be only 2 kids per teacher or they have this program available I would have given 4 starts

Oddfish! I am so amazed Ive not written a review about Happy Fish! So in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic, it shut down. . .for everyones safety but as of August 2020 they have reopened and are still as awesome as before - maybe even more so!Classes are now 60 minutes which has been great for my 5 year old - shes passed 2 levels since restarting and we are boggled by her rapid progress but really enjoying the hour long classes - I can run errands while shes in the pool! The teachers are really great here - very good with children of all ages. They really know how children react to stranger danger and they ease the kids into whatever they need to do.Pool is INDOORS and HEATED - something like 92 degrees so the kids arent freezing! And we can come year-round! I also like that the chlorine smell isnt massively overpowering. Been to other places and almost knocked out.The parent area is huge (which is good now that we have to be so spread out) and the viewing windows are just as big.Dunno how the other times/days look but theres probably about 10 kids at a time in the pool with 3 teachers - lots of distance between everyone and all the teachers wear face shields. You get temperature checked on entrance too.Ive seen them be very meticulous about cleaning the parent area which I appreciate. If youre looking for something for kids to do and learn what I consider a survival skill - come to Happy Fish!

2 Stars because I dont have any issues with the facility or with the staff, they are actually nice and I dont intend to hurt them with my review. However, after 3.5 months of enrollment I decided to stop this. This is just water entertainment with open end. Plan to spend 1 to 3 years of tuition and your time because their concept is not to teach the kids how to swim in a timely manner. Their concept is to keep them busy mastering made-up skill cards that are intentionally designed to take a long time. There are 3 courses with 11 skill cards (5 skills each) just in the first course, will take about a month per card. Go figure.

Great instructors- my son has been going to Happy Fish now for over 2 years. He loves his swim classes and we are impressed with how much progress he has made. All our instructors have been friendly, encouraging and persistent with the techniques- just the right mix you would need to keep kids engaged and learn at the same time.

I have my 3 kids enrolled in swimming lessons. The instructors are very helpful and accommodating with the kids. The staff is helpful to answer questions and book classes that are the most convenient for their customers. Their level of classes is great in that you have to pass certain tests in order to move on to the next class. They are very ceremonial when you do pass the class. My kids will be here for a long time to come.

Waterbabies is basically playtime in the pool for 30 minutes once a week at $66 a month. My one year old is bored because I just carry her around the pool with no instruction and balls being placed in the water. I’ve contacted someone through email on 7/8, they responded and said they would look into how waterbabies class should be and still no response. This was such a disappointing experience. Going to cancel and save my money.

TO ALL OTHER PARENTS, IF YOUR KID WAS ALSO TREATED THE SAME WAY AT THIS FACILITY, PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIVATELY.My 3-year-old boy enjoyed coming to this place for last several months util today. He just earned his Dolphin pass yesterday so he was so happy to come back for a makeup class with Ms. Barbra at 11:55 am today. As usual I was sitting in the waiting room to watch him through window. Around 12:10 pm, in a routine practice that each kid takes turn to jump into the water then climb up. I saw my kid was crying after he climbed out of the water. I thought he was injured or something so I approached to the swimming pool and stood against the wall to watch him. I didnt want to interrupt the class so I didnt call his name neither he did see me. A minute or so, he stopped crying and later jumped into the swimming pool again. A few seconds after his head went above the water, Ms. Barbra used force to push my kids head back to the water. I have watched how other instructors trained my kid but this is new to me. I thought maybe this is some sort of special technique used by Ms. Barbra so I continued to observe how she trained other 2 kids. No, she didnt push the other 2 kids heads back into the water.A few minutes later, the class was over so she had all 3 kids hold the wall to walk back to the stairs. My kid was the last one. She then grabbed my kid and put him in the water. When my kid almost reached the stairs, Ms. Barbra used force to push my kids head back to water again and I was standing right there. Apparently my son got shocked and scared, he stopped walking. After I called his name several times, he finally heard me and saw me then immediately started crying hard very hard. I asked the lady sit on the lifeguards chair for the facility manager and she told me she IS the manager. I then asked her if she saw how Ms. Barbra just pushed my kids head back to water and she said YES and she offered me a free class and said she will talk to Ms. Barbra. The manager was in full dress not swimming suit and she sit on the lifeguards chair.I am going to stop writing here. I will ask for a justice for my 3-year-old boy and you use your own judgement to see whether you want to bring your kid to this swimming school or not.
