Me Sri..I generally dont do online reviews. And after 2 years of my kids association with sun Bollywood I thought its a right time.Two things I like and feel great about here1. The crew..Ms. Sunitha and Ms Asmitha.. what an energy she has with training the young kids and toddlers and the perfection she looks for at every time. Kudos. No shortcuts.2. The planning. Now four recitals done. Minor and major..you should see the details of things they look into. Start from costume, makeup, timings and all the way until getting things with perfection.Student learn not only dance but also some leadership qualities here. Kudos. Keep it up the whole time.

I have to admit, I didn’t have the first clue about what I was doing when I first started dancing in the adult women’s Sun Bollywood class in 2017. I just took a ‘chance on dance’ based on my love for Bollywood but the instructor, Sunita Raj really helped me learn numerous Bollywood dance steps and how to perform each move correctly. I think it’s important to note that there are many Bollywood dance studios out there but not everyone is as disciplined about taking the time to teach each one of their students correctly. I’ve seen studios where the students are doing the dance moves differently during a performance but in SunBollywood the instructor’s dedication to teaching each student really shows when the students are all dancing in sync during the performances. Sunita also has an assistant, Ms Asmita who also takes the time to correct us and teach us how to do the dance moves correctly during classes. It really is helpful to have instructors who care about how we look when we are performing. Yes we are adult women, but we also get the same attention and care that the younger students get in Sun Bollywood! :). Even as a beginner, there has never been a time when I have gone on stage feeling confused or insecure because Ms Sunita and Ms Asmita both always took the extra time to teach us each dance in detail before the performances. Two years ago I wasn’t sure if I could perform on stage, today I am ready to not only do the Sun Bollywood adult women’s performance, but also the couples and solo performance. To me that is a BIG step up to go from not being able to Dance infront of anyone to doing multiple performances in the same evening in a fully packed performance center. Both my daughters also dance with Sun Bollywood and now my husband has also joined me in the couples dance. This is really all thanks to Sun Bollywood for giving us a great family friendly platform to accept new challenges and to push ourselves beyond our boundaries one dance step at a time. ;)

“Dance is a conversation between Body and Soul”. This is what i have always believed and felt. Being a dancer, I wanted my daughter to experience the fun in dancing. When she showed interest in dance, i started seeking her a class and a Guru, who can teach her to express her inner happiness through dance. And after meeting Ms Sunita for the first time, I knew she is the one!!! My 3 year old princess started her first ever dance class at Sun Bollywood with Ms Sunita at the Central Fremont location in 3-5 yrs old class. I could not be more happier with my decision to choose Sun Bollywood for my daughter. Ms Sunita is a super nice instructor who knows exactly how to engage these little munchkins and teach them how to have fun in dancing. The effort she puts in, is truly commendable. She remembers the name of each and every kid in class just after the first meeting. The class sizes are small so that each kid gets undivided attention. Timely emails, Reminders, Songs, Halloween Celebration, Christmas Candies, Stickers after each class, amazing dance moves are the things that makes Sun Bollywood stand out from others. Last but not the least, there is an optional recital ceremony after the course to instill confidence in these children at a young age. All in all, my daughter is totally in love with her dance class with Ms Sunita and she is certainly continuing Sun Bollywood till she becomes an expert !!

We got 2 dances choreographed for our sangeet. A marathi medley and a telugu song! It was so much fun learning from Sunita Maam. She was patient and very accommodating! Her dance steps coupled with her technique were a breeze to learn. In a short period of time, we not only choreographed the 2 min songs but also practiced and learnt them well!! Thank you for making it special for us! Hope to learn some dance moves from you soon!
