HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I purchased a Prom Package at a local fundraiser last April. In March, 2019 I called the main number 3x and had to leave a message each time. Someone finally called me back and was very quick to say, Oh, that expired on 12/31/18. Its not valid anymore. I explained that I purchased it at a fundraiser and it couldnt have been used for Prom. Regardless, I wanted to bring four, 11 year old girls for a spa day and asked if we could make it work. I was willing to pay the difference in services. The gal said she would check into it and call me back. I never heard from her again.I have called the business 6 times and am now not able to even leave a message, it just rings. They are unwilling to honor a gift card package THEY gave to a charitably organization. Disgraceful.I will not recommend them.

I went to school here for esthetics. It was awful they didn’t have an esthetics instructor and we just sat around all the time. I don’t know how this place is still running much less charging 13k to sit around all day and get an education from YouTube. The admin there is a liar and dishonest about almost everything. She once asked me if I could just sign something for my mom because it needed to be signed and it was a legal financial document. She literally asked me to break the law. Anyway so much other stuff happened while there but it’s too much to write here.

Edward cut my hair and he is amazing. I had it cut at smart style at Walmart by the manager Morgan and she mangled my hair. Edwars was an anglel to fix it, and it looks wonderful.i recommend going there they do a great job

Went to get my eyebrows waxed. They did an amazing job. My daughter told me to go and I know where I will tell all my friends to go!

The students were very nice and knowledgeable. Fun atmosphere for my teens to get their hair done!!!

Absolutely horrendous, the students dont know what they are doing, and the advisers dont care. Forced us to pay upfront before service and then refused a refund. Got scratches and burns from my appointment for my senior prom, they made me look like shrek and my eyeliner was smudged all over my face. Never going back. When I told my friends they all had similar experiences. Very unprofessional, please just go to capri, theyre amazing.

Great teachers/staff-always willing to help.

Wouldnt recommend the college lack of knowledge.
