This is really awesome place for my kid. The environment is clean and bright. The teachers are professional and full of passion. You can feel love here. Highly recommended!

Our daughter started attending NGCC over the summer of 2021. We have been very pleased with the start of this daycare experience for her. The teachers, director and owners have all been wonderful support during the start of these months as we navigate through this new routine for our family. The entire staff listens to our concerns and works to provide a safe environment for our daughter. She is learning, growing and having fun!!

We cant recommend Next Generation CC Franklin enough! We have 2 daughters who both joined during what was a very stressful time, the pandemic. NGCC went above and beyond to ensure a seamless transition. The teachers and administrators were excellent communicators through all the challenges they were under and we felt completely comfortable the whole time. Our oldest daughter completed the infant program and moved up to toddler which was an exciting and fun transition. I cant say enough great things about the food program, it has made life so much easier not having to stress about packing lunch/snacks! Our toddler is trying new things every day and exploring different unique flavors of healthy foods! The teachers are like members of the family, our daughter reminds us on a daily basis that they are her FAVORITE and I wouldnt want it any other way. She is absolutely thriving and impressing us daily with her new skills and development. She is challenged appropriately and is excited every day to see what new fun creative experiences shell find. Both my daughters are enrolled full time 5 days a week and I know they are in good hands and never have to worry. I would highly recommend this center to any parent!

Thank you Lori and team! It’s been an amazing transition, Zachary has had a blast and is literally transforming in front of our eyes! He just taught me the icky sticky bubble gum song! We love that he is getting to spend time with his peers and his wonderful teachers, not to mention the incredibly diverse and healthy meal plan!! My favorite things about NGCC-Franklin are the structure, organization, and knowledgeable, caring and experienced teachers.My son has been attending for a little over a month. He has developed tremendously, feels more confident, enjoys the activities, and highly speaks of his teachers (Ms. Emily, Ms. Lisa, and Ms. Amy). One of the best things, too, is to get messages throughout the day with the description of the activities they just did and photos of him doing them, which helps me engage with him to talk about his day at school.Last but not least, my son is very attached to me, and he was home for two years; and I thought the transition to preschool would be a lot difficult, but the teachers are so great, as well as the staff, that the transition was smooth! Within a couple of weeks, he was comfortable with the school, likes it, and looks forward to going!When it comes to our kids education, it is a must to look at it not as a cost but as an investment that will give you a return depending on how much and what you put it into. I feel pleased with my decision to join the NGCC family, and I appreciate each one of them for their contributions to my son’s education and skills building.

We are so happy with Next Generation-Franklin. Weve been sending our kids for over 5 years They are learning and thriving. The administrators are friendly and informative. The teachers are so amazing, loving and caring. We chose to send our oldest to their new Kindergarten program and we have been so happy. Both kids have remained healthy and I have the highest confidence that the school is kept clean and they care for all people that enter the school. Its a happy place and youre children will love it!

We have been absolutely thrilled with the level of care and education our children have received at NGCC in Franklin! The staff and teachers are so wonderful and caring, and really love all of the kids. They provide a very personal experience for every child and family. We have experienced all levels from the infant room up to pre-k over the span of several years and wouldnt change a single thing about the experience. Our boys loved every day with their teachers and friends, and the high level of care they receive gives my husband and I peace of mind while we work. They have also handed the pandemic and COVID-19 precautions with unmatched expertise. Would strongly recommend this facility to anyone seeking high level, personal care for their children!

Next generation childrens center- franklin has been such a help to me because I never feel like I am questioning where my child is and how she is being taken care of. Her teachers aubrie and Monica and Lauren are amazing and help me so much with helping my daughter reach her goals. I could not thank them more for helping, teaching and supporting my little girl when she needs it the most. She is happy every day being there and that is shown through every picture on the app.

Our daughter has been so happy returning to Mrs Christines class this summer. The school has done amazing with the transition back to school after covid19. We are so happy to see her grow and learn at NexGen. She is always so happy to go to school. Thank you everyone at NexGen for making the return to school so positive.

Our kids have been at NGCC Franklin since they were eligible at 3 months. (going on year 4). Everyone from the front office staff, culinary, teachers aids and of course the teachers is excellent. Its obvious that everyone here takes great pride in taking care and teaching kids. The communication is upfront and timely. Their management during COVID has been fantastic - limited exposure if any at all, no shutdowns and really flexible in how they deal with the kids. I cannot say enough good things about NGCC Franklin.

Since the pandemic, there have been many restrictions to protect the children, parents, employees and general public from the spread of this deplorable virus. The staff at Next Generation led by their director Laurie Christiansen have done an outstanding job following the Massachusetts guidelines. They all show compassion and dedicated to making my child and my family feel safe. My daughter has been at the school for 5 years and I cant say enough. Have there been some hiccups along the way, of course, but without doubt, this school and its curriculum are second to none. She is now almost 5 and prepared to move on to the next step and I credit the incredible job this school has done. As I write this, I know in my heart that the months hours and days my wife and I are busy at work, we never had to worry about her care. Kudos to the teachers who are the parents when the parents are making life a better place… you help mold my little girl and I am truly grateful.Mr. & Mrs. G

Being a first time mom while simultaneously going through a global pandemic, I was met with a lot of overwhelming stress and hesitance in allowing my baby to be in someone else’s care other than my own. Since she has started at Next Generation, my worries have drastically subsided, as the teachers and management have made me feel confident she’s getting the best care and education possible. The KidsReport app is such a comforting tool they offer, it allows me to get live updates on her day, as well as photographs, which is just amazing to me. I would highly recommend this center to any and all other families who might be looking for a quality program!

I am both a parent of a student and an educator at NGCC Franklin. My experience as a parent has been so positive! My daughter is nurtured both emotionally and academically. The play based learning has been an amazing experience for her. She is excited to come to school every morning. The teaching staff is flexible and accommodating to all of my daughters needs. As an employee I have been given the freedom to create activities and environments that help our students grow. Our garden program has become a favorite space for staff, students, and families. I feel lucky to work in an environment that lets us explore the world through play.

We are so happy with Next Generation-Franklin. Both our children attend and they love it. They are learning and thriving. The administrators are friendly and informative. The teachers are so amazing. Every new school year we get sad to leave the existing teachers only to find the new teachers are also just as amazing. You wont regret leaving your babies here.

With both of us having 10+ hour work days including our commutes, it truly gives us a peace of mind knowing that our daughter is in good hands. The facility is very clean, convenient location for commuters, and the teachers are very knowledgeable. I’d recommend this facility to any parent looking for childcare.

We love NGCC Franklin! I was hesitant to bring my daughter to a daycare center and now I can say that it was the absolute best decision that we ever made. All the teachers are kind, caring and nurturing. It amazes me that every staff member knows each childs name. I completely trust NGCC and would recommend it to anyone!Update 11/12/20- I could not be more pleased with the cleaning and sanitization process that NGCC is completing during COVID. They are practicing all the guidelines and protocols and I feel extremely safe sending my daughter there each day. It is so refreshing to have one less worry during these uncertain times.

My daughter loves this place! Everyone is really friendly and they make you feel so comfortable leaving your child in their care!

We love Miss Kelsey and Miss Jenn! Our son has thrived since beginning Next Gen in September - he gets so excited when we ask him if he wants to go to school to play with his teachers and friends. Picking a daycare can be such a trying process but everyone was so welcoming that we had no doubt this was the place for him. We also love the facilities and the fact that each classroom has their own room. Next Gen also does great events to get parents involved and meeting each other!

Both of our children have attended Next Generation in Franklin since they were three months old. From their infant program through pre-k, both kids have had a wonderful experience. The administrators do a great job, and are incredibly responsive. The teachers are wonderful, nurturing, fun, and excellent at working with each individual child to provide a fun, safe, loving experience for them. We also have found that our daughter was incredibly prepared for kindergarten after going through the pre-k program. Next Generation does an excellent job preparing them for school. I have recommended this center to many people, and will continue to do so, as it is a really wonderful place.

We have been incredibly happy with the loving care that our daughter receives at Next Generation in Franklin. She entered the school in the infant room when she was just a few months old and is now a 21 month old cruising the toddler room. The genuine interest and excitement that the staff has shown as our daughter reaches various milestones truly makes the staff (both teachers and administrators!) feel like an extension of our family.Our daughter has been extremely fortunate to have wonderful teachers in both classrooms that she has been a part of and they truly go the extra-mile to make us feel like our kid is the special little kid in their class.Cant recommend them highly enough.

As any parent would, when looking for a daycare for my daughter the most important factors were safety, learning and comfort. I visited a handful of daycares before Next Generation and nothing compared to the level of care they provided! I immediately felt comfortable knowing my daughter was is such an amazing, nurturing environment. People comment all the time how well spoken and smart my 2 1/2 year old is...I have to hand the credit to the development she receives at school! ....The care is pricey, but you get what you pay for! I highly recommend Next Generation Childrens Center of Franklin.

My daughter has been going to NGCC for two years and it has been great. Not only is the staff friendly and welcoming, but the teachers are excellent.

The staff and teachers at NGCC are the ultimate in child care! Both of my children (recent grad and young pre-school) have enjoyed the teachers fun, creative and all inclusive style of education, specifically their hands on sensory activities, music and on-site garden. I couldnt be happier with where we have ended up after being a part of other area child cares.

We have had 5 years of experience with Next Generation in Franklin and we anticipate 3 more to come. The majority of the staff have been with NGCC for many years and are fantastic, thoughtful, fun, and ceaselessly patient.We were incredibly grateful that our son had Jess and Alex as teachers this past year in the toddler class. Jess has the most amazingly unfailing positive outlook and love for all things small people. I believe she and Alex made a great team constantly creating clever solutions to keep their crew busy and engaged in the world.The facility is well maintained, the curriculum engaging, and everyone is very professional and friendly. In addition they make parenting life easier by handling many of the stresses of the day-to-day by providing healthy kid-approved breakfasts, lunches and snack, and doing laundry! We never hesitate to recommended NGCC to friends.

After moving from Cambridge to Franklin, we transitioned our son to NGCC in Franklin. We toured other local day cares but were immediately impressed by the welcoming staff and teachers as well as the extensive play areas. They were by far the largest rooms, indoor play space, and outdoor playgrounds that we had seen. NGCC was also highly recommended by my sister in law who had her two children enrolled there till they were school age. Our son has been there for a little over a year now and we continue to be extremely happy and impressed by the center. His transition in was seamless and right away we felt confident in his teachers. The administration is also highly available with prompt responses to any questions that may come up. Overall, our son is so happy with all the fun and creative activities that they do and we highly recommend NGCC!

My 3 kids have gone to NGCC and we have had a good experience. Ann Marie and Brianna in the toddler room are so great to my little one and has become such a big kid! Christine F and Alli have helped my child make such great stride in the pre-school program. I like that they provide breakfast and lunch for the kids. The downside is the cost is very expensive, as is all quality child care in MA. *EDIT* 8/2017 We received notice of a tuition increase...tuition has been raised about 16% in 4 years.

We have been part of the NG family for almost a year and I could not be more pleased. Everyone knows it takes a village to raise a child and the staff at NG is a tremendous part of our village as well as family.Our two boys attend school here and I know that they genuinely love my children. My preschooler is as busy as they get and they coached us through potty training, welcoming a new sibling and we could not have done it without them. My 20 month old started when he was 13 month old, we have seen a tremendous change in my son and he has taken so many strides since joining the NG family.The front of the house staff, has a warm welcoming smile every morning and evening. Its apparent that everyone there love their job....Thank you for getting to know my children and being part of their day.
