We absolutely love our sons school. From the warm welcomes each morning, to the clean environment and the communication from the Director. We highly recommend this school if you are in the area.

We have been at Cadence for about 3 months now and love how much our son is loved by his teacher, Ms. Alannah. She is always sending communication through the app and making us feel included in everything they do each and every day. When we get home at night our son can not stop singing songs he learned or talking about his new Spanish words he learned. We would definitely recommend Cadence to anyone.

I could not suggest a better daycare. Rachel, who manages the daycare is wonderful, attentive, kind, professional and has an eye for hiring some of the best caretakers. Both my kids LOVE their teachers and always are eager and excited to go to school. I could not sing praises enough.

Love Cadence Academy. The staff is very responsive and cares about our daughters. Weve always had great communication with them and they give you a daily report on each of your kids. Any time Ive had a concern or needed to discuss something they were quick to respond and address my concerns. Would definitely recommend.

My 3 year old has been going here a little over 6 months and I can NOT say enough good things about the school! My son looks forward to going every day (unless he thinks I dressed him in pajamas) and absolutely loves his teacher Ms. Veronica (as do I). They host fun events for the kids and families and every day when I pick my son up every staff member we see tells him bye and calls him by name. They are great and I am so glad we found them.

This preschool is wonderful. Everyone is friendly and great with all the children, not just the kids in their own class. They actively work with children to become polite and respectful. They are always doing great STEM activities and themed lesson plans. The teachers are great at communicating with the parents regarding your childs progress and areas needing attention. We are so happy to be here.

Cadence Academy will forever be a home for us. Nothing but love and good hearts, each classroom is filled with a very, special teacher who wants nothing but to love your child as their own. I never worry throughout the workday day - I know my child is in the best care.

Our 2 year old has been at Cadence Academy for almost 2 years and our son has been there for almost 12 months. Both have developed several new skills and grown so much being around the teachers and other students in their classes. We were very nervous as we moved from another state so we were going in blind, but Mrs. Rachel(Director) has guided us through the process and we couldnt have ask for anything more.

My daughter and my son go to Cadence Academy in Franklin and we absolutely love it there! My daughter started there at 8 weeks old and is now in the toddler program and my son is in infants. The management and staff there are excellent. I would recommend this school to anyone!

From the director to the staff, this daycare (which we wound up at by pure chance) has been one of the best things to happen to our family & son since moving to Franklin. Theyve literally treated us like family and no amount of words or accolades can truly describe what a great facility this is.

It is a wonderful place for kids to stay! My boy has been there for 2 years and he is happy and growing well. Teachers are well-educated, caring and compassionate. The management team is dedicated to making the whole system even better, including renovation of the facility, upgrading of communication system with parents, and design of the curriculum. Now that my daughter has been going here over a year I can say it is a fantastic preschool. She always loves starting her day there and we have had nothing but positive experiences there. Hi Everyone,I initially heard about this day care from a friend and many colleagues. I wanted a suitable place to leave my then 1 year old son so that my wife and I can go to work without worrying about well-being of our kid.Guess what, we found this Home away from Home place called The Peanut Gallery.We started seeing tremendous improvement in our sons overall development and feel good to be associated with such a professional people.Till now, our son had two teachers and they both are awesome and very disciplined towards their work and I dont have any single instance where something has gone wrong with them.Lastly, I definitely want to mention about the Director and Associate Director, they are also very committed and disciplined in their approach. The way they manage various activities at the school is awesome.!!!Id recommend this center for any working couples who want their kid to be happy, enjoy and learn and just do not worry about kid till they pick up in evening.!

My wife and I absolutely love the staff at Phoenix (formerly Peanut Gallery). We know our child is in the best of care each and every day. Theyve really become a part of our extended family.We are moving out of state and the next day care we chose will have a tall order to live up to based on the excellent care Phoenix provided our child. Great school, amazing staff, state-of-the-art facilities! My child has been attending Phoenix (formerly The Peanut Gallery) since she was a baby (now 4 years old) and we love the teachers and staff, the style of the classrooms and how communicative and organized the school is. It is essential for a working parent like myself to know that while Im working, my child is being cared for in a loving way, eating healthy, learning life lessons, getting a great education and enjoying lot of play time with a diverse group of classmates. Daily updates on classroom activities and school events never leave me guessing and give me a lot to talk about with my child everyday. Would highly recommend!

This place is awesome. I was so worried to take my infant to a day care. We both worked and anxiety was high. All that went away within a week with these guys. My son was treated like the most important child in the day care. The employees were the best most friendly caring employees I could have asked for. My child was so smart at 2 years of age. My daughter was born 3 months early. She spent 95 days in the NICU. When it was time to return to work, I had so much anxiety. I was afraid to leave her anywhere. The thought of returning to work made me cry.After extensive research, I located Cadence Academy. From our first visit, I felt like we became family. My husband and I were so impressed the how clean the building was, the high tech security, which includes cameras, and the hands-on curriculum.One thing, I did not want was for my child to be watched by a teacher that spent all day on Facebook. My daughter has been there almost a year, and I have never seen a teacher on their phone! That alone deserves 5 stars!From the Director to the Teachers, they genuinely care about their students. My daughter has learned sign language, how to use a spoon properly, how to wash her hands, new songs, new words, etc. I could go on and on...I am beyond blessed to have found this hidden jewel in Franklin.Thank you Rachel, Bri, Melanie, Melody, and everyone else that has watched my little girl. I am beyond thankful for each of you!

Despite the fact that the entrance is in a corner, and it looks small from outside, the Peanut Gallery is huge in size and very colorful. Im very impressed with the high tech gadgets used for checking in/out. I have my 6 month son join here this month and I am very happy with the care that they provide to my little son.

I did my research and was happy that I stumbled upon the hidden gem that is Phoenix. I have been impressed with the value I receive. For the price that I pay I am supremely happy with the level of care, activities, and professionalism. I have been impressed with their constant communication and planned fun for both the kids and parents. My 3YO boy has been there a few short months and I am pleased with what he has learned and how he has been acting.

My daughter loves Cadence Academy! We just moved to the area and I was had such anxiety trying to find a school for her to go to. I looked at five schools before I visited CAdence Academy and I knew the minute I walked through the door I wanted her to go there. She loves her teacher Mrs. Veronica and she has learned so much!!!!

My son loves to go to school, and he loves all of his teachers especially Ms. Stephanie. She is very loving, caring and enjoys her job with the kids very much. She sends up pictures/videos daily, and makes sure that all parents are satisfied with her work.

My childrens teachers really seem to care about them, not just consider it their job. That makes leaving them there a lot easier on me! :-) I love the app so I can check in on their day or see pictures their teachers post. They share their lesson plans for the day so that we can continue the conversation at home. I highly recommend PCA!

This is a wonderful daycare. My son was put into daycare at almost 7 months with hardly any notice. I had a compelling job offer so we had to find a place fast. Phoenix Childrens Academy was the only daycare that had openings, and it was definitely our lucky day. The only reason I would pull my son out of daycare is if I changed jobs (Im an hour away from home) or we moved. Also, the pictures we get throughout the day make both my husband and I smile, even during the worst day of work.

I have 2 kids that go here and we all LOVE it! As a working mother, its hard to leave your kids with just anyone. It means a lot when my 3 year old begs to go to school. She loves her teachers and friends! Its more than just a daycare. My kids learn - and enjoy learning! - while they are there. I cannot say enough great things about PCA!!!

My infant son just started going to the PG, and I must say I really love it. The teachers are great and loving. I leave my son there knowing he is in good hands. My friends recommended this daycare to me because their children went there and they only had good things to say about this daycare center.

We moved to Franklin from North Carolina in 2015. I had just a few days to find a place to send my 2 children while I was working. In retrospect, the fact that I was short on time to find a daycare for my boys could have turned out horribly wrong, however, the staff at Cadence Academy has become like family. They have always treated my children like their own and as a working mom, I couldnt have asked for better outcome. When my middle son first started there he was very shy and timid and while he was talking, he was slightly delayed. He started kindergarten in 2017 a totally different kid. He was personable and outspoken, complete 180 from where he started. My youngest son is going to be starting kindergarten this year with confidence. I am going to miss the staff here and I cant thank them enough for everything they have done for my children.

Absolutely love them!!! They are very attentive to my children! Always keeping me in the know!They have an app where they update you throughout the day, feed the children healthy food, and they are very flexible with my schedule!

We just moved our kiddos to PCA a few weeks ago and so far we have been blown away. From Ninja Turtles visiting, to bouncy houses, cookouts, ice cone truck, water slides, and lottery of great new learning activities our kiddos love it! Our 3 year old has had lessons on Karate, Lacrosse, music lessons...I could go on and on!

I am so happy I found PCA to care for my little one. They were very flexible and then made the transition to full time care seamless. The staff is all warm and caring. Of course my daughter has her favorites and have already discussed how to make a smooth transition into her next class. From what I can tell, PCA always puts the needs of the child first. I love getting the updates which gives me peace of mind.

I have two children who have attended Phoenix Childrens Academy for over two years. The staff is fantastic. My oldest child was so prepared for kindergarten after going through the pre-k curriculum at the daycare. The front office staff and the teachers are amazing. Our four and two year old attend PCA and have been there for a year and a half. We love the teachers and the staff! Our kids have flourished while they have been there. My son talks often of the new things he learns in Ms Kristens Pre K class. He has fun in the extracurricular classes(Amazing Athletes and Music N Motion) and he even likes the Spanish class. Our daughter loves her teachers and they all seem to dote on her, which she loves. My children are listened to, respected and loved. It is a clean and safe environment. The hours are great. Administration is attentive. I have no complaints and recommend them to everyone!

My daughter has been attending PCA since she was 8 weeks old (shes now 2). Each time I drop her off I know shes in loving hands. My daughter started to go there last month. my husband foot had to get the surgery and i went to hospital with him. we didnt have anybody to look after my daughter during operating. so, we decided to let her go to PCA. the first day, she was crying and sad because of missing mom. so, i worried about her adjusting. but after a few weeks she started to like there. i think teachers concern and sympathy make her feel comfortable. i thank for taking care of my daughter well. i like teachers and staffs all of them in PCA.

We just started here and we love it! Walking in it felt comfortable and clean!!! We are excited to see how much our son grows!

I have had two of my children go through this school and graduate their PreK progrm. Both of them were more than ready to enter kindergarten and had the skills and confidence need to be successful! Its just a great school!

***First updated 2012: My child has had 7 teachers in a year and a half. The facility is old and run down inside and has an odd odor. Sharp mulch on the playgrounds would cut my childs feet when it would get in their shoes and sticks to their clothes. They let the children run and play on concrete in the sun on the parking sideo of the center. They hired a terrible teacher that I recognized from another facility which makes me think there are others they just hire to fill a spot. Two weeks into this school, my child came home with bloody rug burns all over one side of their body. I took pictures of this and called the assistant director who talked to the teachers who didnt know how it happened. A handful of the teachers are so rude to the children and most do not have ECE or related degrees. Many times Id walk by and they were yelling at them or pulling their arms or telling them they would be punished for talking, getting out of line, or silly things that toddlers do! If you dont have the patience, dont teach! We are putting our childrens safety, education, and health in their hands...and they have failed me and my child. Be prepared to come get your child for anything and everything because they cannot handle a runny nose or tantrum. I have met 5 directors(including assistants) in the last two years. They have recently gone on State probation for leaving children unattended. I can go on and on about the things I know about the people who work here and the type of facility they run. Not qualified. I dont know how they are TN Star certified. ***Last updated 6/2014: I find it humorous that since I have written my review, a bunch of likely pretend high star rating reviews have shown up. I wouldnt fall for them. They have already been reported to the State of TN.***Update 5/2018-My child recently brought up how his mean teacher would make them sit almost under a table during time out and watch the other kids play outside. My child apparently was traumatized because these were the only things he could remember about this place. This really broke my heart.

I have had a few jobs before working at PCA, and the experience isn’t even close. PCA has been the best company I have ever worked for. We have an amazing management team, and the PCA family really is family. All of the teachers work so well, and each of the kids are loved as if they were our own. I love this place because even though I am an infant teacher I know almost all of the other children and parents at Phoenix. If you are looking for a job, or a new daycare for your precious one I would recommend PCA every time!

We absolutely LOVE our school and teachers/staff at PCA in Franklin Tn!!! The school director is amazing and always answers any questions we have, greets us by name when we walk in, and seems to truly care about our little girl. The teachers/staff are always pleasant and helpful when were trying to teach our one year old a new skill, weening off bottle/paci etc. The facility is clean and inviting, centrally located, the menu for lunches/snacks is healthy and nutritious, and they offer a ton of extra curriculars for the little ones!We had toured about 5 other schools and had just transferred from a Montessori School when we moved, and this school by far is the best weve seen/experienced.I especially like that they keep to the ratio requirements for students/teachers, and that it feels like home! Not to mention the app updates and pictures sent to me throughout the day off my little girl playing and learning. Those sometimes literally get be through my day. It makes me feel more comfortable leaving her each day (:My kid literally LOVES going to school. We will be enrolling our next little one as well come July of 2018! Thanks PCA, keep being awesome!

We love PCA! We love all the teachers and staff. I never drop my daughter off and worry shes not being well cared for.I really like that if were running late and miss breakfast at home - theyve got breakfast!! And lunch and snacks, too!! My daughter gets to try new foods and I get a menu the weekend before so I can plan our weekly meals around lunch.My favorite part, at the end of every day I get emailed a report about her day with pictures; pictures of the art she made or the activity she did. I get pictures playing outside and sometimes messy eating or being really sweet to a friend. Favorite part!We switched to PCA from CCC in Nashville, due to a move, and were very weary if our daughter would take to a new place well. She took the move pretty hard, but I can now say she loves it - not a tear when I drop her even!*Side Note - The daily report is also an app which is making me look like the crazy mom, but I love getting a picture of her in the middle of my day. It just makes it better!

PCA has super nice, caring and helpful teachers, super happy kids and super safe and friendly environment that too at reasonable fees. My son is always excited for school. So far Sooo good!

My children have been attending this school for two and a half years. Between my children, I have experienced four other child care centers across multiple states and including the Franklin area. This is by far my favorite place they have been enrolled. At PCA, the staff and teachers are genuinely caring and will go out of their way to make your child feel at home. My children are excited to go to school in the morning, which shows me they are enjoying their experience. PCA management is making great investments into the school, not only through enhanced curriculum but also through facilities and technology. We love PCA!

My infant son has been attending the Peanut Gallery since March and I am extremely happy with our choice in daycare. We toured many of the facilities in the area and something about this place just felt “right.” As a new mom, the first few days of leaving my little one behind were rough, but the director and assistant director went out of their way to give us updates throughout the day. I have never once doubted the care that our little man is getting – I frequently visit over lunch and have gotten to know several of the teachers. Of course, some are better than others but overall the infant teachers are great. They love on the babies and treat them as if they are their own children. It warms my heart to see my son’s face light up with a smile when he sees his teachers and his little baby friends as I drop him off each morning. Thank you to the Peanut Gallery staff for providing an atmosphere where parents can rest assured when leaving their child, confident they are in good hands.

My son goes to PCA and being a RN I can be pretty picky, PCA staff have taken care of my son for 3 years now and I have never once had a complaint. All the staff are kind, caring, and compassionate about what they do! Its not just a job and it shows in ALL staff from the director Robin to the teachers! Thanks for the peace of mind. I would recommend them to anyone. And who ever said that it was old and gave a bad review just go check it out (they obviously was rating another facility not this one Bc they were completely incorrect in their review).

Our boys love going to PCA! They are in a loving, comfortable environment with caring teachers and staff. Even on the worst of mornings, I leave knowing my boys will be settled soon for their day and will be well-loved in my absence. The learning environment already has our pre-schooler ready for kindergarten, and he is excited about pre-K next year, where Im sure hell learn even more.

My daughter is currently in the PREK program at PCA with Mr. Brad. She has learned so much in the last few months and we are excited about the K-CLUB program getting started this week.She has already brought home her first batch of K-CLUB homework and enjoyed spending the time together to do the work and prepare for the next day. I know she will be extremely ready for Kindergarten in the Fall. If you are looking for a great preschool/pre-k program for your little one, I highly recommend PCA.

I was referred to PCA Franklin from a family member that has their child there. I can honestly say that they were SO right! PCA is the most amazing school that my child has ever been to, and we have tried out several in the area. From the Leadership of Robin and Melissa to the teachers there is nothing to say to better deacribe them then EXCELLENT! If you want to go to work and know that your child(ren) are in good hands enroll them today! You will then see and get the chance to experience the kind, compassionate, competent care and education that they offer ALL the time!And the lady that reviewed them poorly 3 years ago obviously doesnt even have a child attending there at this point and needs to stop re-posting false statements about them. Take it from a Mom that is a Nurse that has a child there currently not from someone who obviously has nothing better to do with their time then slam on Perfection. Its a locked facility so she cant get in unless she has a child enrolled so she obviously has a agenda by doing this.To sum things up look at all the fantastic reviews they have recieved and give your child the chance to experience the excellence that all children deserve.
