Love, love, love Erica! She is so accommodating and welcoming; she takes the time to show each pose and offer alternatives for beginners. Her Barre class is challenging with Yin Restorative immediately following every Saturday morning -- it really is the perfect combo for strengthening and stretching. Gentle yoga on Wednesday night is rejuvenating.. I left feeling more centered, powerful, and maybe a little taller :-) And of course the studio is gorgeous! I am so excited to see where this yoga journey takes me.

Erica Collins is wonderful! She came to our wellness studio, Tapestry Healing Arts Center, and presented a Past Life Regression Workshop. Erica is passionate about this work and is so very knowledgeable. The workshop was informational, eye-opening and fun! She also offered private Past Life Regression sessions after the workshop. She was timely, professional and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Erica Collins and cannot wait to have her back!

Erica is a talented and intelligent therapist and instructor. I used her for expert testimony in college while researching false memory syndrome and have seen her for hypnotherapy, yoga, and dance.Her aromatherapy and mud products are second to none, and shes one of the only yoga instructors I trust with my Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and other myriad injuries.Her dance classes are fun and one of the only forms of exercise I genuinely enjoy.I am very excited about her new studio and cant wait to check it out!
