My three experiences flying with Miami Flight Academy were fantastic! I performed my first flight in a C172, and my second and third flights were in a Piper PA28. I got to perform an aircraft walkaround & checklist, engine start, taxi, ATC Coms, takeoff, climb, cruise, simple and advanced maneuvers, descent, approach, winds calm landings, & crosswind landings. Some by myself, and some with guidance & assistance from my instructor (Andrew) who provided great feedback before, during, and after. Andrew also helped to photograph and film the experiences. These first flights were a lot of fun, and I will be returning to the school again soon to continue and learn more towards my PPL!

Im close to 20 hours into my private pilots, but was in FLL for vacation and went on a 1 hour discovery flight with my 5 year old daughter. It was a great choice.Jonathon was the pilot in command and we flew in the Cessna 172 Skyhawk at sunset. Jonathan handled The plane had modern equipment and was a great way to see Fort Lauderdale and Miami along the coast.I hope the photos speak for themselves.

I got the discovery flight as a gift for my 19 year old daughter. We LOVED it! It was a 10/10 experience from start to finish.Jonathan and his assistant were very cordial. I got to sneak a peek inside the planes while we waited to get started... learned the basics of checking the plane before takeoff... and got a set of headphones so I could hear everything from the tower.I ended up getting a bit of motion sickness mid-flight and Jonathan snapped some great photos of my daughter while she was flying. I really, really appreciated that.One of my bucket list items has always been to learn how to fly a plane. Id definitely take lessons with this team.

We Had an Amazing Experience with MIAMI FLIGHT ACADEMY, on our Discovery flight Yesterday.My wife and I truly enjoyed this experience. I bought a discovery flight for me and two of my kids. They absolutely loved the experience. They were extremely excited fron beginning until we landed. The instructor was super helpful.

The discovery flight was a gift for my sons birthday, and he had the time of his life! He even took the controls, while my husband took pictures while sitting in the passenger seat. It was awesome! Jonathan, the instructor, was great: very professional, knowledgeable and put my son at ease right away. He went above and beyond to let us know how everything worked, and showed us around too. We couldnt have been happier and will definitely look into going back in the future!

Just had my intro flight with Jonathan. What an amazing experience. My wife was with me as well and Jonathan was extremely attentive to us both. We talked about all things flying, we did some maneuvers, and then landed. What a trip! Jonathan then took me around the airport and we spent some time getting to know the area.All in all, couldnt be happier. Will be starting my schooling with Miami Flight Academy very soon!!

I have been flying for many years. I have also received abundant flight training, type ratings and continuos recurrent training. Ive had the opportunity to join Jonathan as a viewer on board while he plays multiple roles in the cabin. I must say that the quality of training and knowledge sharing is amongst the best I have ever seen. Jonathan is definitely an airman and feels the airplane as part of his own being. If there is a correlation between aircraft and aviator as there is Co-being between the horse and the rider, here we have a perfect match!!Congratulations Jonathan.
