I found I needed to refresh several of my skills in applications that have evolved since I first learned them.

Over the years, Ive taken dozens of one-off classes, attended various Lunch-and-Learns, and sought out and completed two different certification programs at the Digital Workshop Center.In that time, Ive watched the institution grow and florish, and continuously strive to provide quality education and professional development to those whove sought it. Ive never been disappointed with my investment—each time I complete a class or certification, I depart feeling confident in my abilities to put my learnings to good use and eager to return for another course.I always look forward to seeing Lizs and Stus friendly faces; their professionalism, guidance and communication is excellent. They are always eager to assist you, whatever your level or expertise and goals.

I had an office space at DWC for a couple years. Loved the space and my time there. A wonderful experience. Great management and great people using the spaces. Productive and fun atmosphere! Great location.

The instructors are professional and knowledgeable about the courses they are teaching. They are also very patient with those who have no prior knowledge of the subjects. I’m in the certificate program and new to web development and am surprised at how in-depth the classes are. There are no cutting corners or skimming the subjects. They dive well into the subjects and cover a lot of material.

I really enjoy working in the co-working space at DWC. There are lots of green plants and natural light which makes it a peaceful and energizing space to work in. They also have been following a solid COVID plan which makes working here feel safe. Everyone is super friendly and laid back too!

DWC is a wonderful place where I have learned hard skills that are immediately applicable to my job. I have transitioned into a new role in my department directly due to the video design certificate program I took at DWC. Which, I was also able to take with the Tech Skills Scholarship I was awarded form the DWC. Ive tried out a few of the coworking options in Fort Collins and by FAR the best and friendliest that Ive come across is DWC. Their staff are friendly and helpful should I have a question and the space is quiet and welcoming.You certainly cant go wrong with Stu and the team.

I built some modern custom planters and dividers for the DWC designed in house. The crew was easy to work for and the staff was super professional. I really enjoyed working in the space. The place is clean, modern, useful, and I met several new friends and increased my network of business contacts. Worth a drop in to see for yourself.

I have been coworking at the DWC for over 5 years now and it has been fantastic! Stu, Liz, and all of the admins have been really proactive in making sure the space is well suited for coworking. Renovations and redesigns, adding a phone booth and other great amentities. The location is very close (walkable) to all parts of Old Town, with tons of street parking that is not time limited. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a coworking space in Old Town Fort Collins.

I have had a private office at DWC for approximately three months. The space is quiet, clean, and comfortable and has been a welcome respite from working at home during the pandemic. Who knew my husband spent so much of his workday shouting into his cell phone???The staff at DWC is friendly but never intrusive, and the other tenants have been welcoming but also mindful of maintaining a safe environment during COVID. As a woman who sometimes works in the early mornings or evenings, I especially appreciate that the building is secure. And unlike other shared office spaces in Old Town, I love that the DWC has its own parking lot, so I never have to waste time circling the block or move my car during the workday.I looked at several other offices before choosing DWC, and I dont think there is a better value in Fort Collins.

What a productive class. Valuable knowledge taught in an engaging, easy to follow way. Fast or slow, what made it great was that whatever your pace, your skills were usable immediately. I always left with some new skill to improve my work, some alternate method to try, something tangible and demonstrable to show for the time. I have to assume that whatever the subject, they probably steer all their students this way.

Good place for a free-lancer or remote worker to rent an office or a desk.

Just finished up a great course on Microsoft Excel. The Instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of his students. i walked away with a new appreciation and great insight for the time tested software that will help me excel in my career. I use Digital Workshop Center as a co-working space and Ive taken a few classes here. I loved learning in person and felt comfortable in their space. Their classes are very personal and you get great instructors.The co-working space is nice and price cant be beat! Staff is very friendly and everyone is respectful.

I took level one Adobe Illustrator and loved the course. My teacher was not only well versed in the program but also very articulate and patient as a teacher. I was surprised at home much information I was able to absorb and retain given the relatively light weight time commitment. All of my communications with the Digital Workshop Center were professional and cordial. I would definitely recommend and hope to take another course.

I have taken six classes at Digital Workshop Center. Each class has been fun and interactive. The instructors are very knowledgeable and enjoy teaching computer skills to students. The classroom space is very comfortable and the staff is friendly and considerate.

I took Adobe Premier Pro Level 1 as one-on-one training. Michael really tailored the experience based on my existing skills. There is so much to learn about the program, but just knowing where to start and actually beginning to make a video is a great jump start to further learning.

I have taken 3 photography classes with Josh Harden and I have learned SO MUCH! I got my camera almost 4 years ago, and was so confused about everything. Taking these classes have helped me so much, and I couldnt have had a better instructor than Josh. He is easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and super friendly! Definitely take the photo classes with Josh- you will no be disappointed!

Awesome instruction and extremely well-designed course (Photoshop). It really exceeded my expectations and I feel confident that Ill be able to apply the skills to my work. The benefit of being able to re-take the course within the next year really shows that Digital Workshop Center cares about developing real skills in their students. You never know if an industry professional can actually teach. Brian Wilke had to stuff a lot of material into a pretty short time and he did a great job. The class flow made sense and the information was current. And, it was enjoyable--always a plus!

I took the QuickBooks level one class. The class was excellent! I gained extensive knowledge on accounting terms and how to apply them within the program. I highly recommend anyone looking to make a career change or anyone wanting to gain accounting knowledge to take this class. I will be taking more classes from the workshop to improve my skills in other areas

I attended both the Excel Level 1&2 classes at FC Digital Workshop. It was a great way to enhance my understanding and experience using Microsoft Excel. Because of these classes I became more efficient with Excel, and I now create much more professional workbooks. I would highly recommend the Fort Collins Digital Workshop to anyone looking to learn by hands-on training to improve your software program skills. I took photoshop classes from Jake at Digital Workshop Center. Classes were great and I learned a lot. I will definitely continue to use them to learn more skills and have already booked my digital marketing classes. Great space for businesses to send employees to learn new skills.

I was recently able to attend the Quick Books-Level 1 class. I love how the classes are now broken down into two days, as opposed to one full day, as they previously were. The instruction is phenomenal and the fact that the student-teacher ratio is balanced is so very helpful.The instructor was able to take time in providing me with additional beneficial information so that I could better align myself with more focused notes to refer back to for future use. Things just made so much sense by helping me to better understand and match the principles which I had recently learned in some accounting classes at Front Range Community College-Larimer Campus.I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the wonderful benefit of now having an additional skill set to apply to my resume for a more successful job search. I really enjoyed the Intro to HTML5/CSS3 for Web Design class with Stu. We followed a great text book and the pace of the class was doable, even for a total newbie. The class was engaging and very well organized. I dont think Ill be going off and designing a professional-looking web site without some additional training and more experience, but I do feel like I know enough HTML and CSS now to make much-needed changes to my own business site.

Just took a Quickbooks 101 class. Loved the class, loved the instructor, and the facility was perfect (except parking is a beast, so come early).

I enjoyed going to Digital Workshop to improve my skills using QuickBooks. The class moved quickly and kept my interest and now I want to find a job that will let me use these new skills or have the job I have now incorporate QuickBooks.

Took the Photoshop 1 and 2 and am very impressed with the instruction and the exercises. Went from no knowledge of Photoshop to where I feel proficient and looking to experiment more with my own images. Also am looking forward to Illustrator and InDesign classes and completing my advanced certification.

I recently took the Microsoft Sharepoint Level 1 and Level 2 classes. With the excellent instruction I received, I now have a good understanding of the capabilities of Sharepoint which I will be able to use at work. Im planning on taking more classes through FC Digital Workshop.
