This is the best daycare I have ever had the pleasure of working with! All of the staff and teachers are great but specifically Paige has been such a great help to me and care provider to my son. Especially during these crazy times with distance learning she has gone above and beyond to ensure my son is successful when it comes to academics. I really can’t express how grateful I am to have a teacher like her in my child’s life. I highly recommend her if you have the opportunity to place your child in her class she is truly exceptional. I seriously couldnt ask for a better place for my child. He excels being here while im at work. I love the staff so very much!! They are part of my family! Its been over a year now and i wouldnt change anything in the world about this place.

I happen to love this place, this is my first child and I was nervous about sending her anywhere, but since shes been going there my daughter I feel gets excellent care and attention. I love the teachers there theyre real and act as I would with my daughter. and I have to say my child is learning more than I think she would otherwise with me or with a private party. she is also being socialized which is very important and I see the difference when she is with other children who either dont go to any daycare or are with a private party with very few children. I have nothing but good feelings about this place.

My daughter attended here from 18mths to 3 years old. They are amazing and worth more than every penny! They put her a step ahead and treated us like family. We moved to Hawaii, which is why she no longer attends, and she is way ahead of all the children here. She has been accepted to interview for the most prestigious schools in the state and been offered scholarships. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I loved this place when Mr. Chris was there but the good ends rather fast unfortunately. A new director came into the center and the place went down- she would harass me about payments loudly in front of other parents instead of pulling me to the side. I was never given a accurate amount I was due- plus I was on subsidy (the state paid for my childcare) so I don’t understand why they still tried to suck payments from me also! She would email me 3 to 4 times a day begging for a payment. Confront me when I would pick my children up! When I notified her that I was gonna pull my kids out she made up this false rule saying I wasn’t allowed to pull them out because I was stuck in a contact! This wasn’t true at all! I loved the last center I had my kids at! But this center I hate it and I would never recommend it!

This place is HORRIBLE my daughter was going here since she was 4 months old when Chris was here. But now she’s 2 and sadly going downhill.. it’s all about the money. I don’t mind sharing my story because I don’t want any parent to go through what I have with Frances and Parveen. I get help to pay for child care with something called child action but I still have a copayment which is not normal with program I’m on. In a meeting I had with Frances she said to me that they don’t like to do business with child action due to issues with the co payments and I feel that if they think their place is too good for the regular everyday families that don’t have 6 figure jobs they shouldn’t be contracted with child action. They talk about your PRIVATE financial situation ANYWHERE aloud and basically embrasses you. Frances would say things like “ You got money for me” right when I walk in the door holding my child and other parents and employees are around. They have called me 5x while I’m working over a $20 late fee and told me either I bring a 20 check right that second or they were sending my daughter home! When I told them I could bring it when I picked her up they told me No ! I’m a single parent I’m 22 years old and I do my very best to pay every time just maybe late but I always pay and the late fees. They lie and say I owe ridiculous amounts and I have to get others involved to prove I’m right in multiple situations they just obviously don’t care about the people who has been going there for years or the children. I wouldn’t recommend it. As far as the teachers they are great but definitely over worked and under appreciated but they do their best.

I am a parent of a child that attends KinderCare Natoma Station and I love everything about the place! The atmosphere is so family focused and the teachers feel like an extension of our family. I was a little shocked by the previous review, and as a parent I do know about the situation she mentioned. That teacher no longer works for the center and the management was extremely honest while explaining the situation. I love knowing that my child is WELL cared for while I am away at work. I couldnt ask for a better school solution for my child. :)

I used to like the place and trust the people until I witnessed some things that were not right and complained..my concern was meaningless to them! Nothing was done and I ended up pulling my kid out and giving up my JOB to stay at home with my kids. I dont trust any daycare anymore because I thought I can trust KinderCare and was really disappointed!If you are wondering what I saw, Ill tell you. and if you are a loving parent, you would NOT put your kid through this!My kid was in the 2-year old class with a newer teacher (which still works there btw). I found him once on the toilet covered with poop. the teacher DID NOT know where he was when i asked her. he was just starting to potty train and was crying on the toilet -since that incident he DOES NOT want to go near the potty. who knows what else happened that I dont know about!One day one of the kids was sleeping face down on the floor. I asked her what is up with that and she said he has fever but left him there for more than 40 minutes! the kids parents dont know about it of course.Most times I would find the teacher laughing loudly with one of the other teachers while on the job. the kids of course were running around doing whatever they feel like. I complained with all the details and NOTHING was done. she is still there, the other parents dont know anything and I am without a job or trust for any daycare.I WILL give credit to some of the teachers there! -they are great but does it matter?These are just a few things i remember right now, its been a few months since my kid left and what a change! -no more tantrums, almost fully potty trained, Doesnt bite his nails to a point where he is in great pain, healthier, eats better, communicates better, HAPPIER!, etc.YOUR kid can tell you a lot even if they dont talk yet! if they are troubled, look for the signs!I will NEVER recommend this place!
