We love Ms K and her amazing school. Her home based daycare and preschool is warm and inviting with many colors and interactive toys. Our daughter loves to attend, it happy every day she is there and gets incredible attention. The food is healthy, they spend lots of time outside, interactive games, songs, lessons about culture, food, nature, science, yoga too! The amazing staff take pictures and post updates throughout the day.Ms K is especially brilliant! She gets to know each child, their temperament, likes and dislikes, talents, strengths, and challenges. She provides valuable feedback on their growth and development. Our parenting skills are enriched by her program and we are so lucky to have this little community for our daughter.

LEA is an amazing daycare facility/home and my family is so grateful to have been able to secure a spot with Ms. K.I chose to enroll my 9mo old (whom is now 2) with LEA because her home was so warm and welcoming. My daughter has thrived at LEA and all the staff have become an extension to our family.As first time parents, my husband and I have struggled with some of the normal yet difficult transitions of a baby/toddler, and Ms. K has always given us the support necessary to ensure we are all consistent with our daughters care.We chose LEA vs. Kindercare or other similar facilities because of the attention and care we could see she would get and the relationship and friendships she would make. Both my husband and I experienced care within a home at young ages and wanted the same for our daughter.Ms. K is an exceptional care taker and is very honest and transparent. She has a very important role to care for others children and i trust her whole heartedly. I am aware my child is not perfect and have always appreciated Ms. Ks approach to dealing and managing her imperfections. Ms. K has always been respectful of my wants for my daughter and Ive always been respectful of her recommendations as well.We made the best decision for our daughter to be a part of LEA. Parents and children would be very fortunate to secure future spots with Ms. K/LEA.

I can’t say enough about how happy we are with LEA 😊 We moved to Folsom in the summer and were heartbroken to leave our old daycare; I was so worried about finding the right place for our girl. After our first meeting and tour with Ms. K I was so impressed with the site and in Ms. K’s philosophy that I knew right away we found our place. After we left that day my little girl kept asking “when do we go back to teacher’s house?” She was so excited and it made for a smooth transition from our old daycare to LEA. She is just thriving and we owe so much to Ms. K and her staff. They are family now and I am so appreciative of their help and guidance in raising our girl.❤️

We knew that choosing a daycare was one of the biggest decisions we would have to make as parents, so we started researching VERY early. I was still pregnant when we were fortunate enough to get an interview with Ms. K at Little Explorers Academy. When we first entered, we noticed how clean her home is and how welcome we immediately felt. It didn’t feel like we were interviewing her or she was interviewing us. It felt like old friends sitting around chatting, and we ended up staying for an hour that night!After comparing LEA to many other choices in the area, including in-home daycares as well as “businesses” we felt that LEA would give our son the personal attention that he wouldn’t get at other places. We wanted a place with low student-to-teacher ratios. Before our son even started Ms. K invited us over to meet him and participate in a yearly event LEA holds for all of its students. She made us feel included even though he wasn’t going to start there for a couple more months. Our little guy was very needy as a baby, and Ms. K was willing to be patient with him. She has also addressed our concerns quickly and respectfully- it can be hard dealing with so many first time parents! She has always been willing to hear any comments, questions, and even criticism (though we always come to an agreement in the end!) We are very pleased with LEA and will continue attending!

Little Explorers Academy has been such a blessing to our family! When It was time to go back to work after having my second son, our current daycare center did not have enough room for him which left us feeling worried and anxious. After extensive research and multiple personal referrals, we were led to Ms. K at LEA. As soon as we met her we could feel the love she had for her children. We liked her approach, which is a mixture of curriculum and play based learning, and she was willing to be flexible with our schedule. Our boys have fallen in love with Ms. K and all of the teachers at LEA over the past year and always look forward to going to daycare. It gives us such great peace of mind knowing our boys are happy, loved and safe while at LEA. We are so lucky we found LEA and I would recommend it to anyone looking for in-home care!

Little explorers Academy is an amazing place to work; from wonderful families that helped me enjoy my job, to an amazing team lead by Ms. K. Every day was a new experience; families are welcomed any time of day during business hours to come and go as they please with Ms. Ks open door policy. Children are free to be themselves while staying on a routine that is best suited for their needs as well as the other children. Starting with the toddler program; the education is hands on, the learning is exciting and fun is at the top of the list working here. The infant program is amazing; little ones learning with laughter, games and storys of all kinds, ending each day with wonderful thoughts and excitement for the next day. If I hadnt moved so far id be working back for Ms. K and those adorable ones in a heart beat. After all Ms. Ks infant program and toddler program is one of the best ive seen in my field.Thank you SO much Ms. K for everything!!

Ms K & Ms Ali are wonderful and are on top of everything. I couldnt ask for more attentive, caring, and thorough care than at Little Explorer Academy Childcare. My children come home everyday with beautiful artwork and tell me all the things theyve learned. There is something new each day that always wows us. Ms K works hard to provide quality, and compassionate care. She is honest and has integrity and kindness in all she does. We love Little Explorers! I feel like I am dropping my sons off at a relatives house, that is how comfortable I am with them! Ms.K and Ms.Lindsay are fun, down to earth, professional and exceptionally good with kids. I truly believe it is a special gift to be good with children and these two have it. I love the combination of play based learning, manners, and positive discipline that my kids receive. We feel lucky to have found this environment for our boys!

Miss K has an extremely unique, and effective system in her childcare. She is incredibly fun but also highly professional, and the the positive feedback that parents have to say about her business speaks for itself. I would most definitely and highly recommend Little Explorers Academy of Folsom, your children will love it there.

My daughter has been here for about 5 months now and she loves it! This place offers education, play time, outdoor activities, crafts and even provides healthy meals to the kids. It’s a fun place for kids as well as safe and clean. I appreciate ms K. and her wonderful assistants as they take great care of my daughter and the other kids.

We brought our son to Little Explorers Academy with slight apprehension as our son had only really been around a select few people, his experience with the daycare at our gym was never too positive, he would always cry and we would end up getting called out of classes. Our first meeting with Ms. K. was so reassuring that we were making the best decision for both our son and for us. The love, care, and dedication she had for her kids and responsibility was evident from the initial meeting, she has a deep compassion for children and making each and every one of them better individuals by consistency, teaching respect, and showing genuine care for each child. It took our son a while to get the hang of being left somewhere new, but in a short while, it was very clear that he was comfortable in her presence and with the other children, we feel so at ease knowing that each day he goes to daycare, he is being taken care of by the best. We are constantly updated with pictures and statuses which always brighten our day when we see him having such a good time. One of the best decisions we have made for our son and his future.

We currently have our 4 year old and 2 year old children at LEA (Little Explorers Academy) and they love it. The kids look forward going to Ms.Ks every time and are very happy when we pick them up at the end of the day. Ms. K and her team are very kind and loving while fostering a nurturing, enriching, safe, and fun environment for all children. As a parent it can be hard or even scary to leave your children with another but everyday I know that my children are safe and well cared for at LEA. What I also love about LEA are the daily updates, pictures, and notes through the easily accessible Brightwheel app.

I was so worried to join my 14.5 month old, but made the best choice with Ms K. She is very soft, lovable and at the same time discplines the kid which is very very important. My son loves to go there now. Her activites for development are amazing. Also her outdoor activities/ field trips are super cool. Ms Lindsey is loved by all the kids, she is very friendly and sweet.
