Good driving school, did well during online teaching over zoom and the class was helpful. Employees were always polite and welcoming whenever I came in, especially with my parents. Very well with covid restrictions and keeping customers safe.

The people here are nice and polite. The service was relatively fast as well.

The workers their are really nice and really made me feel comfortable on taking my knowledge test.

When I first entered they nicely greeted me. They sat us down and started right away. They were also very professional & very organized. I would recommend going here if you’re looking to get your permit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve came to this location on 3 separate occasions attempting to take my written test, the first guy told me testing was between 9-6. So I came at 2, when I arrived some rude lady said it was actually between 9-10 and to come back on Saturday. I came back Saturday and waited outside for over 10 minutes. Just for them to come out and tell me they were full and I couldn’t take my test and to come back Wednesday, so I did and the very same thing happened, I will not be returning again. It is now Saturday and yet I am still not able to take my written test. I tried calling ahead before so I didn’t waste my time repeatedly but clearly everyone in the place must be deaf because no one answered the phone. Just a waste of time.

I like the school and the experience of the facility I recommend this to everyone who is willing to get a drivers license or a learners permit and I really appreciate it this is a good place to learn driving 😊

The very kind operators of this business help to aleve ones already nervous disposition. Testing is on Wed & Sat and there is no appointment necessary BUT arrive early as there can be a line. I took the test and I took about 30 minutes, but then after me and some others finished they made us wait in a small room, for twice the time it took for us to finish the test.They have people just walking around doing nothing when they could have been grading the test.

Excellent customer service. The receptionist made me feed so comfortable during the whole process. Highly recommended. I PASSED THE TEST. Free coffee too. This would go by word of mouth.. I was referred here by a Kenyan friend and I would do the same thing since my experience here was super nice. This facility isnt as big as the other schoolsl I went to but they will give you a wonderful experience, will walk you to the whole process with VERY friendly approach. I will book my skills test here soon. No wonder a lot of people who wants to get a license come here. Be this your first choice.

It was great

I had a relatively poor experience with Sonic Driving School but they insisted I leave a review. I arrived at 9 am but the door was locked and they were closed. I waited for about 5 minutes before leaving and coming back an hour later. When I returned, the receptionist was on her phone chatting, did not greet me or hang up the call, and just handed me paperwork and pointed with her finger. Let me be clear that she was not taking calls for the business but was simply chatting. I took my written test and had no issues. They told me to go wait 10 minutes while the grader returned from a drive test. I went over and sat at a table with my phone. Other people were using their phone but someone came over and scolded me for using my phone. Once I explained I already took the test, he apologized but I had enough at that point. I told him I would wait outside instead. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they provided the written knowledge test and sent the results to the DOL. Their service was awful that day and I have chosen another business for the drive test itself. I simply cannot recommend this company especially considering their prices are higher than most other driving test centers.

Kept demanding a permit to take the driving testim 20 years old why do i need a permit. Hispanic guy was laughing at my face asking me how i was going to prove to him i had driven before and that it cost the company money. so unprofessional

I called to schedule a test and the man who answered had very little patience but informed me that it was walk in testing on Wed. and Sat. Then i asked him how much it will cost, and i could couldnt understand him because of his accent and he was speaking quietly. So he got mad n hung up. Very unprofessional and incompetent. Dont waste your money on a company who doesnt value a customers business. They also have fake ratings

Incredibly unprofessional. Played incredibly inappropriate shows on the T.V. in the waiting room. Showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and had to wait 45 minutes... They argued with me on using my own vehicle when other driving school are fine with using your vehicle for the drive test.
