My son has been here for almost 2 years and this school is AMAZING! The staff is AMAZING!!! They truly have been god sent!

Mrs Irma is an absolutely AMAZING director. She listens and always has great communication with the teachers! Ms Anne and Ms Rhonda is absolutely AMAZING!! They treat the kids with such kindness and love. I can go to work knowing my child is safe and happy!!

The staff is professional and well mannered. Kindercare on Ramsey has provided exemplary service especially during the pandemic. My child enjoys going to daycare and I can see her growth since attending this facility.

I can’t say enough good things about this center. Mrs. Aisha is the most amazing teacher I’ve ever met. She treats my son like her own, and has taught him so much, I am AMAZED! She deserves all the praise in this world for what she’s doing at KinderCare. The Center Director, Mrs. Mizzelle, greets us every day and knows our son so well. She is a wonderful director, and her staff is amazing, period! Give these women a raise! They deserve it and so much more! Keep up the great work, we are so appreciative of you all!

I love that I get a report on what my child is doing has done the short amount of time there. Ms. Aliyah is thorough and I love that. The entire staff is extremely nice and very professional. I’m glad I was able to get my son enrolled in this facility when I did. He’s been at Kindercare for a few years now and we’re happy with the service.

This center is great! The team there makes us feel at home every time we enter and leave the facility. The teachers deliver a great level of education to the children. They also allow them to be children. I highly recommend this center.

This is a great daycare. Ive had an awesome experience with my Toddler here.

Some staff can be very caring and dedicated. We had problems early on with inadequate staff ratio that led to our child being bitten or bruised daily from another child that took 3 months and calls to the head of their state department. When he moved into a older classroom the teacher was visible upset learning he was not potty trained and informed us he needed to be in 2 weeks. The teacher would talk and treat our child different for whatever reason we will never know. He picked up on it and soon instead of being excited to go to school, cried to stay home. When our child had reactions to heavy medication they needed to be on for breathing we asked the director to give us 2 weeks to let the medication run out of his system so we could find one that worked best for him with no side effects. We were told to look for a daycare that could accommodate his medical needs and then kicked out because they could not be in control of their classroom. After over 2 years with this daycare it chose to stay by their employee, one that cant even physically lift children or even bend over to stop a child from running which is a huge safety risk in my opinion. I would watch my child get ignored by this teacher daily, get pushed and kicked by other children but if he was to push back only he would get in trouble. My child came home with a new bruise every week when he entered this classroom due to the lack of supervision from his morning teacher. The morning teacher even lost my child while on the playground one day and her and the director couldnt understand why I got so upset?! Claiming he was only lost for a minute. This location has no locks on its fences and sits on a very busy major roadway. 1 minute can equal my childs abduction or death. I worry for the children in this classroom. I would never take him back to a Kindercare ever again. Since he has been home we have been able to stop all the regression he obtained while in this classroom. He is now fully potty trained, and now that he is on his new asthma medicine, has no more outbursts. He has literally just flurished since we have left this facility and I wish we would have left sooner. Beware.

Best daycare in the area. Its a little more expensive than other local daycares. But my peace of mind and trust with my babys care is priceless.

Need to know info before you go--- $239 a week for my 15month old and you provide your own diapers/wipes, $259 a week for Infants :O First impression when I walked in: key code to enter so thats good! Then I opened the double doors and it smelled bad, I walked through the toddler room and saw that both toddler classes were in the same room just divided by a make shift divider: NOT GOOD which made the areas super small, and the smell was overwhelming and the some of the staff members did not look very hygienic . The outside play area for both toddler rooms had one thing that all of the kids could play on. I worried big time about sanitation issues and neglect. On the other hand from standing outside of the door looking at the empty 2year old room it looked nice then the toddler room and was bigger. The older the kid the better the classrooms got, from what I saw briefly. Good side: they dont close every time there is a hard rain drop and the Asst. Director was nice and walked me around.
