Had the worst experience ever there today. Literally balling my eyes out how bad it is. Not even all my hair is curled. It’s all frizzy and stringy. Not to mention she curled my hair towards my face and not away. I thought that could be the one nice thing I could have walking out. I didn’t even let her cut my hair cause I was so disappointed in everything. I usually leave a great tip not today.

My stylist Kourtney Kleinwaechter gave me an all around exceptional experience. She was very gentle with handling my hair from washing my hair to brushing and coloring and cutting my hair. I have very curly hair, she was able to cut it and brought it back to life giving it beautiful volume and layers. My hair feels and looks healthier! Now to absolutely rave about her coloring abilities-she is a genius at coloring, whether you want something subtle or something colorful-she is your girl. She was so sweet and was very personable! I am a life long customer.

Great education center

I had schedule a haircut appointment but my daughter wanted to come along as well. when we showed up they were very accommodating and friendly. They got my daughter in right away for a hairstyle and i got my haircut. I was a little nervous about getting my haircut done by a student but they need practice time and the prices are indicative of this. I received a excellent haircut and my daughters hair was fabulous. I would totally recommend this place with a open mind and understanding that these are student hairstylists.

My daughter was 5 and needed a haircut, so did I. We both had very very long hair. The gals did a wonderful job and their instructor was right there. A lot of people forget this is a school these stylists are still learning and this is not a place you go to get in get out.

Nothing good came out of my experience there. It took the stylist three hours for a simple shampoo, cut & style. The cut took forever - I would say at least an hour. She didnt follow my instructions for length of cut, so it had to be cut down even more when she had finished the first time. For the style, I asked for loose curls, and was given tight, stiff Shirley Temple curls that the stylist wouldnt fix because of the time already spent. It really wouldve taken less time to fix those first few curls, rather than curl the rest of my hair in that manner. I spent an hour at home afterwards brushing out the curls and yanking out my hair trying to fix the disaster. I ended up having to just wash my hair because of the overwhelming smell of the product used. After washing it, I discovered that the cut wasnt even at all. Now I need to go elsewhere to have it fixed... This was a complete waste of my time and money.

Went to school here for cosmetology, definitely would not recommend to anyone who wants to be a cosmetologist.

I went in for chunky highlights (which I was quoted in person $45.00 & played 65.00) I came out with my whole head very blonde and my roots brown (which Im normally a sand blonde) I look horrible and Im kinda embarrassed. I got there at 10:00 & didnt leave till 2:30 I know there students but come on the instructor looks it over how do they let people leave out the door looking how I do!!?? Overall The gal I had was nice.

My daughter and I were having a girls day. We both went in for out hair. Stylist were very nice seems newer. We were there for almost 4 hrs. Getting rushed out because it was past 4. You could barely tell my daughter had an ombre done an d my highlights were almost non seeable . Called to ask if they could actually do mine said yes and wanted to recharge me. I just paid you to have it done and it wasnt so why would I pay again? Friendly staff. I guess dont take an appointment closer to closing time. I left with wet hair didnt ask it I wanted it cut feeling rushed and stared at with barely anything to show for it. No one even knew we had gotten our hair done. Mine was supposed to be blonde and purple highlights on brown hair. Pretty much brown hair. Same for my daughter looked about what it did when we came in.

Well considering I just went for a simple eyebrow wax and I left with nearly no eyebrows. I would strongly not recommend this place. Awful awful.
