Helpful and professional staff. Both testing experiences have been excellent.

The attitude was positive and it has everything i would expect to just get in and take the test and go. The one bad thing was I did hear someone from another room (A teacher i assume) talking non stop and his voice penetrates the wall. But everything else seemed fine. I didnt pass unfortunately but hopefully will be back soon.

Showed up for my exam and had a delay of2 hours because the proctoring machine wasnt updated and PearsonView quarantined it. A place that bills itself as Institute of Technology doesnt update its machines.... genius

Its all what you need to take an exam!!Clean! Positive and nice staff!! No games and no distractions and negative comments before the exam!People with honor and integrity are operating this place!!
