Ive been taking classes at The Dollhouse Fitness for years now, and I can honestly say that there has never been a single reason for me to want to check out another pole studio.Dollhouse has always had a variety of classes that are regularly switched up, and has offered different public and private events that keep the studio always feeling fresh and new.When quarantine kicked in, they began to offer (and still do) amazing real-time online classes and workshops with well-known pole artists from around the world, as well as a vault of pre-recorded classes/tutorials. These days they offer both in-person as well as virtual classes/events, which I think is SO important when it comes to making sure studio members feel like they have options when it comes to their comfort level these days. Also, members can take classes from wherever they are in the world, which is fantastic if you travel for work.As a teacher myself, I can say that the quality of instructors in the studio has always been top-notch, and the vibe in the studio has never been anything but welcoming and empowering. Definitely worth a try if youve never experienced The Dollhouse Fitness.

I loved DH fitness! All the staff are so nice and welcoming and helpful. The workouts are really fun and everyone Ive meet has been incredible. I have only good things to say.

So I started going to Dollhouse about two months ago and it has been incredible. If you are looking for a supportive community and a fun way to workout, then look no further. Every instructor I have had the pleasure of taking classes with thus far are super knowledgeable and they are your number one hype(wo)man! And no, you don’t have to have prior dancing experience, or a pair of 7” heels, to take classes. Pole dance is definitely for everybody.

I’ve been taking classes at Dollhouse for 5 months now and I can’t say enough good things! The studio is so welcoming and inclusive. All the instructors and students I’ve met have been so amazing and supportive!

My first class was at 50 years old and how Im wish I would have started in my 20s! I sometimes leave with tears in my eyes from the gratitude and pure joy I feel from the studio and and the deep love I have for being in my childlike self and sexy self all at once! This place is great. I went alone for my first class and I was nervous as hell and thought about running away. I am so glad that I didnt, they were so nice and welcoming from the first step into the studio. I had so much fun with the first class that I was hooked. They really do treat you like family. They are very professional as well and make sure you feel comfortable and are safe.

The dollhouse is an amazing community and I have never felt more confident and comfortable in my body. The classes are fun and I’m learning a lot and I’ve made a lot of new friends.

I was following the dollhouse on Instagram for a while, waiting for them to reopen after the lockdown.The best decision I made was to start taking their classes.I always feel welcomed at the studio, never judged.It was hard to believe in a place where you can feel like that surrounded by dancing women, but here it is.Go try some classes and see for yourself.

This studio has my heart!! Such a welcoming & safe space. So so empowering & supportive of everyone who joins at all experience levels. There is nothing but love and encouragement from all of the instructors and students. The studio is so clean and absolutely stunning. Always a comfortable temperature in the room. Every instructor is so talented & knowledgable, there’s so much encouragement for individual expression within the choreography. They provide a space for you to drop into your body and move however it feels good to you. There are so many amazing things to say about this studio. I feel at home and so embraced. So grateful to have found this gem.

I am just visiting San Diego for a few days and wanted to find a good pole studio to train, well with Dollhouse Fitness, I found more than a good studio! It’s simply one of the best I have ever been to! All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable, strong and incredible dancers. Each class is completely different from the other and I have been learning so much, improving my dance skills, and learnt new combinations of tricks. In addition the staff and other students are all super sweet and supportive, and the studio itself is beautiful. I feel sexier than ever😄. I can’t wait to be back!

Probably one of the best decisions I ever made was starting pole here at Dollhouse!! The studio has such a friendly and uplifting atmosphere. Love coming here to dance my heart (and clothes) away and to have a sexy af workout :)

I absolutely adore Traci, her classes and her dolls. This level of womens (or who ever choose to try it = P.c. friendly) empowerment is fun, feisty and a heck of a great work out. Excited to try burlesque classes when I move back into the area. Highly recommend!

The Dollhouse is such a fun and amazing place! I love that I get to exercise, have fun and meet really amazing and supportive women. Ive never felt so accepted before and dancing has totally changed my life. SO grateful for it!

Dollhouse Fitness is my home away from home. Honestly! Its a safe, fun and happy place where ladies (and gents) can come to get a great workout, express themselves artistically, feel sexy, be sensual, and become stronger...both physically and mentally. It doesnt matter what your dance or fitness background is, theres a class for every level. I have never felt judged by ANYONE here -- only supported, uplifted and empowered. I wont say its easy, because pole fitness and all that surrounds is one of the most challenging disciplines Ive ever encountered, but the rewards are so worth it. The special friendships and camaraderie are an added bonus, too!

Such a happy place, lovely instructors and very encouraging people both instructors and other students. A place where you can truly be yourself!

Hands down my favorite pole studio in San Diego! I love this studio so much. All the teachers are amazing and extremely knowledgeable with everything, from pole dance, to teaching moves and tricks, to teaching how to properly stretch for optimum flexibility and exercises to build proper strength to do tricks correctly and safely. Each teacher has their own unique style but they are all super amazing! The choreo is always fun and the instructors always offer many options and modifications for all levels and are always willing to help or clarify if there is any confusion. This studio also has a family feel, all the students are so nice and supportive, as are the teachers and the owner Traci is purely amazing. I have left for a few months due to school or travels and every time I return I am welcomed back with open arms and always told welcome home! This studio is truly a second home for me and my happy place. I highly recommend the Dollhouse for anyone interested in pole and just alone the newly remodeled studio is sooooo beautiful to dance in!

I love love love this place! I was honestly intimidated the first time I came here because I just finished my enlistment in the Marine Corps and am not used to being in a “girly” environment. All of my close friends and co-workers are male and it has been that way for years.From my previous experience with groups of women, there was usually a weird energy that didn’t sit well with me...whether it was gossip or just basic drama but it is the exact opposite at the dollhouse! All the girls are so friendly and we all lift each other up and encourage one another to embrace our beautiful selves and we dance in a sexy judge-free environment together! The energy of the girls is my favorite things about coming here. I have a pole at home but I drive from Fallbrook to the dollhouse because the ambience is incredible. I’ve learned so much from the instructors and just watching other women dance like goddesses :) I would recommend any and everyone to come to the Dollhouse because I can guarantee you’ll have a blast!

Ive been working out at the Dollhouse Fitness for the past six months. The Sexy Fundamentals classes are a lot of fun and always a great workout. The value cant be beat, and the people are very nice.

Ive never been to a fitness studio that is so full of love and sisterhood! There is nothing but positive vibes and encouragement coming from the amazing instructors, fellow pole sisters and owner, Traci Hauptman. I just passed my 4 year poleversary and I couldnt be happier!

I love this place and the people here, it’s just the right amount of everything, the classes are challenging, sexy and fun. The instructors really know their stuff.
