Horrible bus driver who outcasts my daughter and leaves her at the stop if she is a few steps away from the bus (rarely happens once in months) and waits for other kids and opens door for them even if they are half block away and when I spoke to the dispatcher, he very shamelessly defended the bus driver and started putting words in my mouth. When he couldn’t find any answers, he said he has no time for me and has “work” to do! Very unprofessional and very rude!

These guys are amazing! My daughter left her flute on the bus we live in Great Neck. After I called to see if I can pick it up. Holger Fietkau the safety coordinator personally delivered my daughters flute after business hours from Valley Stream and handed it to our doorman so she would have it for school the next day. They are a class act!

Inadequate and unprofessional services...bus drivers do not show up on time or not at all. Students on a regular basis have been left outside at the bus stops, both at their neighborhood stops and at school locations for a long period of time. Usually students and parents have to contact #We Transport to express their frustrations consistently that children have not been picked up are have been picked up late...

Its a place where they store buses use for public for school transportation. A very good bus company. They really care about your children.
