Decided to try this daycare since my first choices had no space in their toddler class. The facility is okay. The teacher of the toddler class does not appear to be paying enough attention to her students. On the first day of drop off, I sent my toddler with a bunch of snacks and food since she is a picky eater and I anticipated her not eating their food. They did not feed her any of this food and when I picked her up she hadnt eaten all day and they failed to notify us. It was not until I confronted the teacher the next day that she started giving her the food/snacks that I provided. How you can watch a baby not eat all day and not think this is something that needs to be addressed or more effort put towards getting food in her is beyond me. On her fourth day of pick up, my 19 month old had a large bruise on her forehead. They claim that she went down head first on the slide and hit her head. They claim she was seen by an RN on staff but failed to call myself or my husband to make us aware of the incident. We would have gone to pick her up immediately. She is a baby and I realize that accidents happen, but their explanation of what happened seems wild to me and hard to understand. Im honestly not impressed by the staff whatsoever and would not recommend this daycare to anyone. Needless to say, my daughter will not be returning.

My son has been going there for over 2 years. All the staff is wonderful, they have helped me tremendously with the distance learning and have gone above and beyond to accommodate my child and his needs.

I highly recommend this learning center!I worked there for almost three years (2010-2013) and all I can say is that this is a great place to enroll your children.All the staff is friendly, caring and very professional, as we all take our jobs very seriously. What can I say about Mrs.Guerrero and Mrs.Cindy? I love them, they go above and beyond for the children, parents and their staff!Awesome place!!If I ever move back to El Paso, Ill go visit you!😘❤️

My son has been at this center since October 2019. As a first time mom I was very anxious about enrolling him in a daycare and I toured several facilities before choosing Time for Kids and I am so glad I did. I know my son is in good, capable hands. He does not cry when being dropped off and willingly goes with the staff which tells me he enjoys it there. Everyone has been very kind and helpful, I dont have any concerns or complaints! Keep doing what youre doing!

I myself was at that daycare sometimes after school to visit. All the staff, teachers, and my friends were unforgettable! If I could I would go back to daycare! P.S Mes. Cindy, you are the best owner that prime first kids could ever have! Sadly I cannot visit since I have moved to another city. My nickname is Bella if that rings a bell for you.

My daughter has been at this daycare since she was a baby, and I would never even think about moving her. The teachers are amazing, the owners are awesome and my daughter loves it !

I go to work with peace in mind knowing that my baby is in great hands. The staff and management are the best! They are very attentive and loving towards my daughter. It makes me happy to see that my baby is happy with them. I would highly recommend this daycare!!

I only have good things to say about this daycare. My grandaughter loves all her teachers. She loves daycare so much she cries on Saturdays and Sundays when we tell her that she is not going to daycare those two days. Thanks to the hard work of the teachers, my grandaughter has blossomed into a more confident, talkative, & friendly little girl.My family and I truly appreciate the hard work the ladies at the daycare do. Being a kinder teacher myself, I understand how hard it is to work with little ones, but sometimes it is harder to put up with difficult parents and grandparents who think that their child is the only one in the class room, or think that their child is priority. Again, thank you for the hard work you do!

My kids were in this daycare for various years and we loved the staff, and owners and most importantly my kids couldnt wait to go back everyday which is the best sign that they were being treated good.

Time for Kids Daycare and Learning Center has been the best daycare my toddler. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My son has learned so much for his teachers. When I was first looking for a daycare I was very apprehensive. I had heard some horrible stories from other parents about their experiences. My toddler comes home clean, change,and happy. I am grateful that my sons first daycare has been an amazing experience for him and myself. Cindy has been so helpful from our first tour of the daycare till our last day. I would definitely recommend Time for Kids Daycare and Learning Center to first time parent and every parent. If it had not been for our move my toddler would still have been attending Time for Kids Daycare and Learning Center. Thank you so much for everything Cindy!

My son has been with Time For Kids for two years. Ms. Cindy and her staff go above and beyond for their kids. Their staff is friendly and trustworthy. I know if I need their assistance they will be there for my son. As a working mom, it feels great knowing my son is in an safe and secure environment. Overall, Time for Kids staff is wonderful- They make us feel like family.

My daughter was enrolled at Time for Kids daycare for about two years till we moved out of town. All of the ladies treated her with so much love and care. She was able to build social and academic skills needed for her age. I would highly recommend Liz and her ladies any day!

My 2 yr old went here for about a month I really seemed to have liked it as I had seen my daughter making progress. Yet again one day I came in earlier then the usual to catch one of the caregivers hitting my child before my eyes while she was getting her diaper changed. Im sure it wasnt the first time either. Estrella, was later fired from the place but the owner of the daycare reviewed the cameras and said she fired her for other reasons other then hitting my child, as she doesnt think she was getting hit.It is not how she wanted to interpret things but how ME, the mother took it and saw it as it happened in from of me. I lost trust and took my child elsewhere. I truly wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

My children started going to Time for Kids as infants and have grown up with these teachers. The staff is very attentive and nurturing. I feel safe and secure knowing my kids are in good hands.

Horrible daycare my two siblings were enrolled here and the same scenario happened where my mother got off from work early and walked in on a staff member screaming at and hitting my sister. Dont take your kids here. Its the worst thing you could ever possibly do. And no they didnt take any action against that staff member regardless of what they say. She was still there the next day.Edit: Who are YOU to say if a review on YOUR OWN business is valid or not? A review is an evaluation as Merriam Webster dictionary put it. I dont think you can actually pick which evaluations or critiques you choose to take. And you do recognize me I picked my siblings up plenty of times. So dont act like you dont know who i am. All we wanted was for something to be done. I can even give any information youd like and i can tell you the EXACT names of my siblings and the caregiver. By all means you treated my brother good it was my sister where we had the issue. The thing is my mother DID report it but for some shady reason the cameras didnt work or whatever. And obviously this wasnt yesterday. Whether i have 1, 2, or 50 surveys it doesnt matter. Why? Because im not obligated to review every place i visit; its not my job. Anywho Ill make sure to give you a call Cindy.

In response to your last comment when I wrote my review and you replied. I obviously unenrolled my child because I had a issue, as I will repeat. I dont recommend this place based on MY experience. Now to you having issues with me as a parent due to not bringing diapers maybe if your staff would not have put my childs diapers to other kids because you couldnt even get her name right to begin with. Then confused her with another kid, therefore that problem was not on me. But thats fine if you want to say things that are untrue. Also what would my personal things have to do with this review? Wether I took my sister on or off wether it was for personal reasons or not it has nothing to do with the fact MY child got hit by one of your caregivers in your daycare. The cameras where there, got reviewed I get it. But I was present while it happened before my eyes, but since it didnt happen to your own kid you wont give it as much importance. I understand how you want to view your own business. Im basing things to what I experience before, during, and after. Speaks a lot about you and your establishment just based on your response. So I repeat I DO NOT recommend this place.

Like all first time mom i was really concerned about to leave my daughter in a daycare, Im not kidding! and i can prove it! i visited 32 day cares in El Paso, Tx !!!! Just 3 were the best, and i do not regretted on my final decision. Since the first time i visited the place the staff were really nice and answered all the questions i had (thousands) the caregivers are really warmth people and really care about our children, my daughter is so in love of her teacher and thats the best proof of this is the perfect place for her. On the past i wasnt really happy about the daycares menu, i was looking something healthier, but they were also open to heat the meals i sent to my child and feed her, but now one year later the menu changed and 85% of it is a balance and healthy food. The building always clean and beauty i love this place and i love this is the second home of the most important person in my world!!!!! Thanks so much time for kids!
