After 7 months of terrible service, I was made aware that my child’s bus driver has not been terminated from their position. The only school bus company that I know of that will pick your children up whenever they feel like it. Manchester Public Schools should not be doing business with this company.

I am so disappointed from the way that Pam from the east Hartford transportation company handled my phone call. My children for the past four years has been taking the same bus, same driver and same route. I called to get further information to see if the bus stop can be the same from previous years. Pam went on to exclaimed to me that they are not taking any request and WILL not accommodate anything.She did not even allowed me to express my concerns and to demonstrate to her where the bus stop was. If she allowed me to speak she would of understand my concerns.Now I am waiting for Paul to give me a call.

Ok lets start with no wifi it wasnt working. The jacks for us to charge our devices some worked some did not. The movie was great untill half the screens went out mid through. Then if you werent having fun yet it began to rain. No not only outside but also inside. Spent an hour of our trip back to the school using loose clothes to plug the leaks. Oh but it did not end there. Noooo a student helping out got shocked by electricity and now has a burn on his arm. Well naturally we moved into action looking for ways to cool it off soooo, Go to the bathroom there is no toilet paper and there is urine all over the floor and it smelled horrible. So noo tissue to help cool the arm. When we told the driver he did just what no one expected... HE GIGGLED! Now were upset because nothing that was promised was provided and We have an injured student.The button in the seat i was in that reclined was broken off. Not to mention we had to keep asking for the temperature to be a little warmer. Well he cut off everything and it became stuffy on the top level to the point a young lady got a headache and an asthma attack another got queasy. This was my first time on a bus like this and i am super disappointed on how badly the upkeep was for the price. I would prefer using the yellow bus. I have never experienced anything like this in my 39 years of life. Im glad i know now and would totally recommend ANOTHER COMPANY FOR ANY ROAD TRIP. IF YOU CANT COVER 2 HOURS YOU DEFINITELY CANT COVER LONGER TRIPS WITH PRE TEENS. They never checked the bus before leaving the garage. Its real sad the students were so excited for the experience and it all went downhill.
