Not a bad store at all

Store relatively clean, C. S. Polite and courteous. One person working so service was slow. Person ahead of me had lots of items so it really wasnt his fault.

There is a better presentation in the store now. Shelves are better organized.

Dont never have nothing.

They always close 10 or more minutes early and cars are driving up just to be turned away cant have a good business like that or not restocking the shelves stuff is always still boxed up and you would think they would have cameras to see this mess of a store but obviously the owner doesnt care

Did not have what I needed. Cash register problem I guess so it took to long for help to be ready at other register. Found what I needed at Walgreens right down the street and price was good as well. Will be my first stop from now on. Hope Walgreens never leave East Cleveland

I’ll never go there again I’m tired of the attitudes everytime I go I’m fed up I just go when it’s convenient at the moment I’ll rather take a longer drive now to go to another family dollar location all the employees do is stand around I noticed rat traps everywhere today it smells bad it’s sad they need to close this place down or get new management!

The worst Family Dollar Ive ever been to the store is a complete mess I stood in a 10-minute long line with a case of body armor only to realize that they dont sell it by the case and they try to charge me individually

Service is fine but they have had a mouse problem since I used to live there. It wasnt that bad back then but the mice would chew through their bread. I Went in there today almost a year later and the store was infested with mice and you could tell because it smelled like a pet store there was the smell of poop and pee all throughout the store. I dont know how to health department hasnt shut them down already because I was literally in the store gagging it was bad.

Descent stock of goods and essentials. Building is too far back hidden among neighbor buildings and trash all over parking lot.

Management is always rude and nasty. A customer asked if the other line was open because the line was wrapped around the Front and through the aisle, he screamed at him that all he had to do was be patient, when all he had to say was yes or no. I couldnt stand that managers attitude when he was at Dollar General and now its no different. People go here being highway robbed the least we could be treated with respect. Ive never stolen a day in my life but he is always staring me down like I am about to. So many wrongs within this store but I am forced to go back because there is no grocery store within a comfortable walking distance. Bad service, horrible management and dont go shopping on your lunch break

This is the worst store i ever went to their custmor service is awful. One of the guys there is so rude i cant even tell you his name he didnt have a name tag on. The sales prices sometimes are not updated! If you want better service for your money go the the next family dollar.
