Great bjj classes with really good instructors. I saw on the internet the head coach Gary submitted Shinya Aoki, a legend of mma and submission wrestling.They are a very up to date bjj gym with the latest techniques and active current practitioners and fighters.

I cant say enough about this place. Besides the world class teaching, everyone here treats you like family. This place has really challenged my growth and I cant imagine training anywhere else.

Amazing instruction, people, and facility. Have trained here on and off the past year. The head instructor Garry Tonon and his student Gordon Ryan teach the vast majority of the classes. They are legit world-class competitors and display the most exciting style in the sport today. Both are extremely friendly, approachable, and all-around good people.The other instructors (Don, Chris, Andrew, Emmanuel, Prof. Amici, Matt, Nicky, etc) are super knowledgeable and awesome people as well. The environment is laid-back and welcoming. Two changing rooms, two bathrooms, large mat space, workout equipment, heavy bags, gi and no gi classes, and plenty of training partners ... Cant wait to return!

I had the privilege of training at brunswick bjj for 10 days while I was visiting the area. Garry, Gordon and amici run great classes for all levels. You do not need to be a high level competitor to train. They welcome everybody. They are dedicated on setting you up for success in and off the mats. You will be very satisfied with detail in teaching and the passion. I would go far to say that Garry would even allow you to try a couple of classes at no risk to you financially.
