I graduated from WilmU in 2017. It was by far the best college Ive attended. The instructors were very accommodating and laid back. The school was always clean, they have the best cafe/ eats too!

Not a bad campus, and they have a fair amount of classes available. The building is a bit confusing on the inside, but there are wonderful people who work there and are ready and willing to help you.

Speaking with a financial aid representative is essentially impossible. Don’t pick to be called back because it’s a vicious cycle of being rerouted and put on hold. The advisors don’t really answer the questions you ask either. Initially I was pleased with this University not so much now. The changes in their systems have made the email and many other functions cluttered and hard to navigate.

This is the most unorganized place!! Too many hands in the pot. Everyone has access to your account. Can talk to anyone from any Campus site when you call & apparently accounts are not documented because when you call back or have a question no one knows anything & information is always wrong!! Been going through this since September 2018 it’s now January 2019 & they still can’t get my classes right!!!
