My son loves it at Kidz Ink. They don’t just watch your children they teach them as well. I was happy to see familiar friendly faces when I did my initial walk through. The center itself is amazing, clean, I love the cameras up front and in the classes. The staff is overall polite and pleasant. I appreciate Kidz Ink remaining operational with this pandemic because my job did not shut down. The staff put themselves on the line for our children and I appreciate that!! The only thing negative I have is the sight to see my son’s daily progress isn’t what it used to be. It clocks my son out when I haven’t picked him up and that’s scary when I’m at work and like what is going on who has my son only to find out it was an error but it wasn’t explained to me how it could have happened. And I used to be able to see my son’s activities as the day goes on but now I can only see it later in the night. Other than that I’m happy with the center.

All three of my children have attended Kidz Ink in Dover. My youngest (4) loves going to school. The directors, teachers and support staff at Kidz Ink take care of your children very well. I love the app that they use as well as the virtual daily sheet that lets me know everything from what they ate to how long they napped for. I trusted Kidz Ink to nurture all three of my children and I could not have made a better choice.

My son started here almost 2 years ago after I was disappointed with the old daycare he was attending. I was nervous about him starting at a new daycare where I didnt know anyone and was just unfamiliar with the daycare to begin with. However my son transitioned really well and has learned so much since he has been attending. I then had a daughter and needed to go back to work at my 8 weeks postpartum (FRIGHTENING). So I was yet again nervous and not knowing what to expect from the baby room. However my daughter transitioned very well and loves her teacher. I am pleased overall with Kidz Ink Dover!

Very good faculty that makes leaving your child in the care of others easier knowing they are well taken care of. An app to stay in touch, cameras in rooms so you can drop in any time, and they do a great job of updating you on your childs progress. Would highly recommend.

My son Noah has been attending for a few months now and all I can say is I love it. Ms. Valentine seems so kind and so does Ms. Susan. If I have a question they answer it and find out for me within 24 hours. Thank you for all that you do!

I have two children that attend this daycare Im very protective and I dont play. This is my first time using a daycare center and they only been attending for about a month and a half and so far no major problems. Ms. Emily Ms. Aja and Ms. Valentine are all my favorites. I would recommend this daycare. I also love the app they use to see how the childrens day is going and communicating with teachers. Every business has an opportunity to grow!

I have one child here and he is enjoying his progression through the classrooms. We have encountered quality, caring teachers in each level. You can truly tell the teachers that love working with the kids and fostering their growth.

Since my daughter has been coming here she has had such a great experience. She has really bonded well with her teachers, and continuously advancing in her education there! The staff works well and very understanding with scheduling as needed! I would recommend this daycare to my friend.

I have three children that attend Kidz Ink III, and as a very protective parent I love their teachers. I can trust that they are in good hands at all times. Ms. Heather, Ms C, Ms Emily, and Ms Asia give their best for my children and I appreciate them for that . ❤️

I have a 3 month old who attends this daycare. We love it so far! Everything has been so easy since starting and my little one loves her teachers Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Shadashia. It has been a good experience so far for mommy and baby.

I have a 3 yr old son that attends Kidz Ink III and I must say the staff there has been amazing thus far. They are very kind, caring, supportive and comforting with the assurance that your child is in good hands. My child has grown and learned so much while in the care of these great group of professionals!!! Thanks to all the staff members at Kidz Ink III :-)

Great place . Staff is always friendly and my granddaughter is well taken.. ladies in the office are always pleasant and ready to answer any questions or concerns .

My child has been attending this facility for a few years now & ive loved it since the very beginning. They are very understanding, patient and informative. Any event to come or daily activities my child participates in - I am informed in person and via email. They have live cameras in every room of the facility placed up front for parents to walk in and view at anytime of the day. My daughter has had very few issues here. Literally one of the best daycare centers in the Dover area.

My granddaughters love it there and can not stop talking about all they do and learn’! Thanks for taking good care of them.

This center has new directors since June 2017 and they’re amazing. They’re both joyful people and attentive to what you and your children need. My son is currently in the older 1’s classroom and the teachers and the directors make sure I know what’s going on. The have an online system that I can check to see what each day in class is like for him. This center is exactly what I want in a daycare and my son loves his time there.

Do not send your child to this daycare. The directors are Ms. Breaonte Ms. Renee and Mr. Rebecca. They are all unprofessional. There is no communication, and they just pick and choose rules that they want to enforce. They do not care about the children. When questioned about previous violations, there was an overall lack of knowledge and concern. Do not send your child to this facilityIt is not worth the money

Lisa Jones: In response to Ms. Jones negative review. It is very disheartening to read her review after working with her for 3 years of consistently making late payments. Ms. Jones went 3 weeks without paying our center for services while as she vacationed in Mexico and her children attended during this time but were being dropped off and picked up by someone else. Our Directors made several calls to Ms. Jones and then as a last resort finally emailed a very professional letter to her on 11/2/17, requesting payment for the services Kidz Ink was providing. Ms. Jones emailed our Directors back stating she had lost her wallet & could not pay us. Kidz Ink made every effort as we do with all of our families to work with Ms. Jones in regards to her payments. As Ms. Jones is aware, we are a 5 Star center, the highest rating any center can receive, have cameras in every classroom and follow all state and licensing regulations/ policies at all times.Aretha KitsonChief Administrator

After 3 years of attentance by children were kicked out while my husband and I were overseas for our anniversary. I contacted the owner, no response. This Daycare is only about the money, they do not care about the kids. Sad. I had to hear on the news that they had a man working at one of their centers that was molesting a child. The Daycare didn’t even have the decency to inform the parents.
