This school is FANTASTIC! The staff and employees really demonstrate a zeal for education, community and accountability. The attendees are diverse and is a culturally rich school which predominantly promotes positive, individual growth through a simple strategy of holding one another accountable for what one is responsible for. I am grateful for our experience with Chaparral and wish ALL schools and communities followed and pushed the envelope like the adults and families do here. THANK YOU CHAPARRAL and FAMILIES :)

Chaparral Middle School is one of the best middle schools in all of California. A diverse curriculum with several courses and options to be able to learn the most you possibly can. The teachers are very kind and are some of the best. The campus is gorgeous with several good locations to eat. I had a good 3 years here, I hope anyone else who goes here will as well

The DBL Program at Chaparral is very interactive with getting students to use what they have learned and applying it to lifelong challenges and scenarios. Group work is used to train the students to work effectively with other people to achieve a common goal and reinforce taught knowledge. I have been in the program for three years and have enjoyed it all along.

Chaparral Middle School has many teaching Technics to learn form, its so fun to be in there amazing programs(and clubs). The teachers are amazing and the new update on the schools building. I enjoy going to this school. Its a school that lets people be who they are.

Its a great school. Yes, the teachers are strict, but they arent mean. The students are very kind, as well as the teachers. The clubs are a lot of fun. The new building is impressive because everything is updated. The library is so cool. Its great to be out of the portables! ;D Also, the orchestra, band, and choir are very impressive. The electives are fun, too.

Hi Google (Users)!Im a 6th grader who attends this school, and wow. SO different from elementary. AMAZING SCHOOL WITH AMAZING PEOPLE. It is really easy to socialize and make friends, and the teachers are mostly all very welcoming. The lunch food is pretty good and varying, considering it is school food. However, the lunch line is very long, like a mile long. The teachers and supervisors say dont run, but honestly, everyone does. Its even called the Lunch 100 meter dash. Anyways, this school is amazing. I am in Mock Trial so come find me and lets get those guilty verdicts!(Psst.... If you want to come to this school, do Traditional Core!)Just gonna say, there are also lots of extracurricular activities to take part in, and it is just a great experience overall, as long as you dont do anything inappropriate. The principal is amazing and really active and nice, as well as the Assistant Principal, the counselors, and basically all staff!!!LOTS OF LOVE FOR CMS!!!!!!!

I came here for middle school and loved my years here! i have driven past a couple times since then and its gone through so many renovations and it looks great! hope to visit soon!

Anyone who gives this place one star is lying. Chaparral is the best middle school you can possibly go to. Its super clean, and its really easy to learn/work in the environment. By the way, CMS is ranked 90th best school in CA while Suzzane is 153rd!

Man, this school is great! The teachers, staff, and even the TA make you feel welcome here. The food is better than SPMS, SMS,LMS, and any other cafeterias in the WVUSD District.

This school is very beautiful and fun. The campus is OK but the staff and teachers are very fun and exciting. The teachers are ready to teach and 90% of them teach very well. I am a sixth grader with Mr.Langham,Mrs.Prudomme,Mr.Patterson,Mr.Weeks,Mrs.Dalton,and Mrs.K.Lee. The extra caricular activities such as sports teams and dances are very fun and exctiting. Now on to why i voted 4 stars, the counslers are a bit tough, they give out refferals for simple things such as cursing, ect. Grades are very hard to bump up especially from an F.
