Originally I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow. The receptionist reached out this morning and notified me there was a cancellation and would I like to come in. I took my dog. Now mind you, each pet is different my dog was really shaken because of the new environment. He loosens up a bit. The receptionist states to me because of his temperament I would have to bring him back tomorrow. The lady he took too her shift was ending. So you mean to tell me there is no other qualified experienced worker that could service my dog? They are very unprofessional! These questions should’ve been asked before I scheduled my appointment about temperament and who will be available. This is unacceptable and a huge inconvenience. These people had the nerve to ask me to bring him back tomorrow. I would never refer anyone to this establishment

Amazing they are so sweet to rescues grooming for free to give back to the homeless animals in need. They do an amazing job as you can see in the before and afters!

I really loved this groomer! They were extremely kind and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job on both of my yorkies AND their prices are really good!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place. Five stars simply is not enough! I took my Rabbit Zana here & my groomer was the sweetest most loving person I’ve ever met. Not just did she take care of my bunny but she showed me the proper way to trim her nails! She has a genuine love for animals. This place forever has my business.

I brought my husky in and couldnt believe the conditions of the facility. There were piles upon piles of garbage all the way to the ceiling. No exaggeration. It was like stepping onto the set of hoarders...not just trash everywhere, but dirty. Filthy conditions. The smell was horrendous. The grooming area was atrocious. I mean it you guys...youd have to see it to believe it.I gave them the benefit of the doubt and left my dog...thinking they just recently moved to this facility, maybe thats why its so filthyWhen I picked her up, the end of her tail was chopped off, she had shampoo flakes all over her fur, she stunk like a wet dog and had tufts of fur sticking out everywhere. I wish I could post pictures. I paid for this poor treatment of my dog...and just left.
