I wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience that was mine and my husband first interaction and visit with Beauty 424 Salon. In the recent months I’ve been salon jumping a bit as I struggle to find a new salon. Several salons I called to set-up an initial appointment but were greeted by impersonal reception staff members who were disinterested in really helping us. All salons were booked solid for at least a month. Then I called beauty 424. The delightful young woman who answered the phone was a completely ray of professional sunshine! She was attentive, caring, and eager to help us. I was able to get an appointment with her the very next week with best and most beautiful lady I have ever laid eyes on. Her name is MariamAt our appointment we were delighted to meet Mariam. She gave us a tour of the facility and made us feel right at home. We left feeling awesome with our new eyebrows for me and my husband...I totally trust her with my eyebrows and truly appreciated her warm personality. First I would like to start off with how chic this place is! The decor is so welcoming and very well thought out. This is the first place I’ve been to where it felt homey yet very professional. I have had horrible experiences with my eyebrows for years, I started getting my eyebrows tattooed over 19 years ago and I’ve done everything from thick black to micro blading. I have gotten to a point where I have given up on trying to fix my now blue eyebrows. When I asked Mariam If she was able to perform a miracle and fix the color, she looked like a kid in a candy store and with all confidence said “of course I can fix them, it’s going to take a few sessions but I’ll get them to where you’ll be very satisfied!” Went for my first color correction appointment and she told me it will take 3 days for the color to adjust. Then 3 days later, I had normal color eyebrows!!!!! Can’t wait for my next visit. Thank you Mariam for for fixing years of terrible work and making me laugh the whole time I was in your chair. Not only did I get my eyebrows fixed, I went back 3 weeks later and got a hydro facial with zeinab, I can’t believe I’ve waited this long to get one!!! She took her time and made sure she got every bit of my face glowing! Thanks ladies, keep up the amazing work.

Mariam the owner is very unprofessional and rude.When I called to reschedule an appointment due to a emergency Mariam told me she doesnt want to see my face again all because I asked not to be charged because I had an emergency and called 1 hour earlier to reschedule the appointment.Yes she did refund me but after humiliating me and calling me rude names for not showing up to her appointment then she hangs up the phone on my face after saying alot of disrespectful words to her customer.I have never dealt with any business like this.These entire 5 star reviews are written by her staff and are all fake! They dont even deserve this 1 star!

I went there to do my eyebrows a while ago and left the place with ruined eyebrows! as I was getting them done I over heared the staff talk about their previous customers.It made me feel uncomfortable after knowing it was the owner herself talk negative about her clients, these people are paying you!Mariam the owner is very rude and has an attitude!I felt very unwelcomed,as the lady worked on my eyebrow she was rushing thru it and kept checking on her phone and another staff came in and they both started talking and having conversations.The entire staff are very unprofessional,rude,unwelcoming and have attitude problems! This place doesnt deserve 1 star!

Ive been going to Mariam for 5 years, and i must say i could not have been more comfortable walking in and getting my brows micro bladed during this time. She doesnt allow anyone in the waitroom, every single artist is in their own room with client, they do covid clean checkouts, meaning no one touches money or your cards, and everyone had the right PPE on. With her waitlist booked out for five months, yes shes strict about her schedule but that is only to get clients in a timely manner. She was sweet and i loved my brows, above all service.
