My experience was great! My daughters teacher was amazing! Not to often you find a teacher who loves what they do and are good at it! Id recommend this school to my family and friends!Update!4years later and my daughter still go to this school! We took a year and a half off but came right back! The teachers are still great and they have an awesome desk lady. I forget her name I think it’s Tish, she is great to talk if you want to sit and wait. Keep up the great work you guys. Also they are managing well with social distancing!

Voice-over workshop with Phyllis Cicero was amazing. Shes very informative and really wants you to be the best you can be. She is a great person to learn from because she knows so much about voice acting and the industry, and I would gladly take a class from her again. And she wont sugarcoat anything about the industry for those who want to go into it - she will tell you exactly what to expect from it and what the industry expects from you.

I have been training at KD Conservatory for 4 weeks now as a Musical Theatre major and let me tell you that this place is amazing. There are some amazing opportunities from training with Michael Serrechia and putting on Musical performances to learning Ballet technique to learning piano, increasing your acting abilities, jazz, tap, vocal performance and so much more!!! I have also met some amazing people here already and made lifelong friends. Please consider KD to pursue your Motion Picture Performance, Acting, or Musical Theatre careers!!!

I started classes here in the musical theatre program this past fall and after only 4 weeks I can already see so much improvement in every area of my performance, and not only can i see it, the director of the show I’m working on made note of it as well. KD stretches me farther than my comfort zone in areas that I’m already developed in and is building a solid foundation in areas where I had Little to no experience. I highly recommend the musical theatre program.

I love this school and all that it had to offer me. I wouldnt trade in my experience for anything. The memories acquired have left me with visions of joy and friends that will forever remain in my heart. Ive worked more than some people that I graduated with but have also worked less than others. This school will equip you with the necessary skills to be successful but it cant drag you out of bed to audition. They are friendly and genuinely concerned individuals who want to see you succeed. So go out and Break A Leg!

Amazing isn’t even the word to describe The Cobservatory. I am at a loss of words because it is just perfect. I would suggest they have more options for food but other than that, everything is beyond great. Not a day goes by where I didnt learn something new. KD Conservatory is a must!!!!!!!!

KD Conservatory is a fantastic, intensive, pro-active program that will teach you everything you need to know to confidently enter the world of entertainment on any level, be that live theatre, television, broadcast, film on ANY side of the camera (actors, writers, directors, producers, all forms of the crew, etc...), as well as build you a rock solid foundation of acting technique, acute physical awareness, and an entertainment business acumen on which to accurately and responsibly make choices about your work. Furthermore, KD Conservatory has not only aided my education and lead me to professional work in my industry, but the school has facilitated the same success to my circle of alumni (of no less than a dozen that I can recall off-hand) who all continue to make money doing what they love- acting, singing, dancing, music directing, directing, producing, and teaching. Advice: Dont EVER accept advice on acting from somebody who is not a successful working actor. Dont seek their counsel because they know nothing. People who say that this school is a scam are either not serious enough about their career to understand the training they really need. OR, they are already beyond the teaching they could potentially receive at KD and should, therefor, already be booking professional gigs. Lastly, BE ADSIVED, NOTHING WILL BE HANDED TO YOU. There are those who graduate from the program and do nothing. And there are those who work. If you are open to learning, its worth it.

KD Conservatory is hands down one of the best acting/film/musical theatre programs in DFW, possibly among the greatest in the whole state alongside SMU and UT. The professors know their craft and the showcase at this Conservatory attracts talent agents to this school. This school has potential to becoming one of the most prestigious programs in the nation.

Such a great experience! The teachers and classes are all so wonderful and really aim towards getting you ready to succeed.

This is yet another school trying only to make money. Many of the school districts around Dallas have amazing arts programs (see UIL website.) They help foster arts education so they can go to good schools. Look around at the colleges around the state and close by - UNT, LSU, UT, etc. Great schools for the arts.In addition, they have tried to eliminate the competition by discreet means. Thats highly unprofessional, especially in the arts scene where we all try to work together. It doesnt speak well for their loyalty.The bottom line is, you can do better. Especially because the music world is hard to get into. Having a mortgage in student loans while not having a job in the arts is terrible, and it happens to many people. A good school is vital to making that happen. I dont think this is a good place for that.

First semester in and from what im experiencing; im getting as much if not more then what Im giving. its challenging and invokes creativity. This experience is mine alone. These expressions are mine. I Attend school to; learn, experience being on stage and in front of camera, expand my understanding and comprehension of the craft and the industry. (that might be considered a run on sentence) All that aside the bottom line, Im getting my moneys worth Ill post this as well My Teachers are professionals that embody success & have succeed among a variety of markets and continents. This program is a special experience that one going in must be ready to submit and give in to the experience! Discipled is necessary. Metal maturity and accountability are essential! Networking and meeting people is also part of the experience:be fearless my friend! stay proactive! Take your time and Live it
