My granddaughter has learned and grown in so many ways since enrolling her in Forest Lane KinderCare. Everyone is so pleasant, professional and caring. As we pull into the parking lot each morning my granddaughter starts to scream with excitement. She loves the teachers and playing with all of her friends. The best part is how much she has learned since enrolling. THANK YOU to the whole team!!!

My son is my 1st and only child for now, there are things i dont know concerning preparing a child for school but with the constant good communication i was able to learn.

This is hands down the best day care! They are wonderful with my son and everyone in the building is so caring and loving. They communicate with my daily, even during this pandemic, and are really making an educational impact on my son.

I had the wonderful experience of netting Ms. Ma’Shawn Jones as the Center Director and Ms. Sherrie and the rest of their team from February 2020-Nov 30,2020. They are the best people I’ve ever met and they took such wonderful care of my son and many others at the facility. My son received care after my maternity at 3 months old- his first year. Sometimes I would drop by and see all the babies getting out to sleep, getting changed and the caretakers were so amazing and sweet to them. They made sure my baby’s development was where it needed to be. When I would get checked with pediatrician my baby was always happy, knowledgeable and came home showing me new things he learned. I am always so impressed at everything they taught at Forest Lane KinderCare with Ms. Ma’Shawn Jones in charge. The place was always clean even through COVID. She was always very helpful and answered calls all the time whenever anything was going on. She would even check up on my baby when he was sick to reassure other parents who may have been concerned for their little ones in the same class. I think they did an amazing job caring for everyone and their staff. Everyone was always very polite and addressed all concerns upfront and in writing. I always knew what to expect and knew what I needed to do as a new parent at the time to ensure my baby was ready for daycare. They would always send me pictures and videos on the KinderCare APP of my baby and notify me of any missing items or if he would accidentally get hurt as babies always do. I was really sad to leave here for transfer and risk losing care for my baby with such an amazing team! I found out they were no longer there and I was so bummed but I hope they are doing well.

I really enjoyed my time at this daycare. The manager and teachers were all extremely friendly and responsive. I really appreciated the phone updates throughout the dash and we will miss them!

Awesome daycare/learning center.

My baby has been with this KinderCare location since early September 2019. She was previously enrolled in KinderCare Campbell location. I switched her due to my job re-locating. I absolutely love the facility! The staff is very nice and knows both me and my baby names. We’re greeted every morning and every pickup time. My baby is only 18months and is learning so quickly. KinderCare is great!!!

Our time at Forest Lane Kindercare was short, but a great experience! Staff were always very kind, and took great care of our little girl.Recommended.

Our daughter has been attending Forest Lane KinderCare since she was 12 weeks old. Like most mothers, I was distraught about leaving my little baby in the hands of others, but Ms. Liz and Ms. Cynthia took such amazing care of my girl and quickly eased my fears. We get daily pictures and updates of her activities during the day and the director MaShawn is great at helping with overall communication. My daughter is constantly engaged with fun and educational activities. I love the different themes they follow and how they incorporate activities throughout the week. My daughter is now 18 months and she gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot at school. It is so easy to drop her off now knowing that she is in such good hands.

Director MaShawn very understanding very helpful she love her Job even if she is extremely buys she have time for me so i`m so truly grateful my son he go her daycare & her entire team at Forest Lane Kinder Care were great for my son .The staff was very nice and friendly, and seemed to be truly dedicated to helping my son learning and grow. thank you all.

I absolutely loved this place for my son. He is now in K and STILL asks to go back and visit. The director and asst director and his FT teacher were so dedicated and caring. When we first got to the school, my son had been home with me for the first 3 years. Lets just say he had difficulty adjusting. They worked with me, with great care, to turn my son around. His behavior greatly improved. So thankful for this place

We absolutely LOVED this center. We felt so in the loop of what our child was doing in his class. The teachers and director were so great, they started to feel like part of the family. We left because we moved, but I recommend this center to anyone I talk to!

Poor child care facility. My son broke his arm in their care and I was not contacted AT ALL!!!!. Furthermore the director processed false documentation stating that I owe the center money when my fees were covered. This false balance has now been added to my credit. The teachers are incompetent and unprofessional as well as the people in the front office. I greatly regret allowing my child to be subjected to such poor care!

Great Daycare Center my son with Autism has been going here for almost 4 years. The staff accomadated some of his needs without hesitation. I can tell that the staff that loves working with children. Im happy to have my newborn baby also going to this center.

Our baby girl attended the infant class here and we are so grateful for her time there and the care they gave her. Ms. Liz and and Ms. Cynthia were wonderful and Ms. Ma’Shawn, the director, was absolutely amazing! They helped make the transition of me going back to work much easier and they were so kind and helpful.

We love this Kindercare! Ms. MaShawn is amazing and all of our sons teachers do an amazing job. Weve been going there since our son was 4 months old and he is almost 15 months now. Theyve helped him with big milestones and are always available for updates or if we have any questions. Love them! Take the time to talk to the director and the teachers, you wont be disappointed.

Director MaShawn, Shironda & the entire team at Forest Lane KinderCare were great for our son Gabriels first year of his life in 2016-2017. They were the first caregivers with whom we entrusted Gabriels life. Were they perfect? No. But, what place is? They communicated pretty well, printed & gave us color photos of Gabriel happily engaged in activities and honestly loved him. We send them our family Christmas photo card every year & have returned to visit every so often. The only reason we left was that an opening at an explicitly Christian daycare center opened up, which is what we ideally wanted for our son. It was not an easy decision to leave Forest Lane KinderCare!

Absolutely love this day care they love my kids my kids love going here all of the teachers are so caring of the children. My children feel safe and the facility is safe and clean I would recommend this daycare to everyone.

The teachers at the school are great and real friendly. Both of my daughters have grown up at this campus from the baby room and have learned a great deal as they have changed classrooms at the learning center that it is. Both of the center directors are real easy to talk to and there for you to try to answer or help resolve any questions or problems that may come up.

Both my daughters learn new things daily my 5 year old can count in Spanish. My 3 year old was potty trained at the day care in less than a month of her being there. You can pop up at any time and they are taking care of all the kids. My kids love Kinder care and with me not having family here it makes it easier being a single mom!

I love this KinderCare location! My son has been here for 4.5 years and I plan on registering my second child at this location too. Ms Mashawn and the rest of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The teachers genuinely care about my childs growth and development. I can trust he is in good hands all day and thats very important for me! The Forest Lane KinderCare center truly feels like family. Highly recommend!

I have my three grandchildren there and all of the staff have been wonderful!!! And very helpful!!! I have been very lucky to find them. They have helped me with the kids to get them adjustments in their lives. Thank you to the Kindercare Staff and to Mrs. Jones the director!!!I wish I could give them more that just five stars!!! My son loves his teacher Ms. Jessica, and she takes care of him as her own. He has learned so much since being there. Im impressed by the curriculum! The staff is very friendly and attentive!

I love this day care my boys where there for a few months and then I move out of state. Now I come ba k to Texas and Im trying to enroll them again. They are really nice staff.

All of my three girls go here ranging from 2-8 years old. I love the place, my 2 and 3 year olds are learning so much. Ms. Jessica is the best she connects with my girls on such a personal level and cares for them like they are her own.

This is the best child care facility my daughter has ever attended. The Staff is amazing and the curriculum is great for the children. They always greet you with a smile every day.

Dont believe the fake reviews on here. This place is terrible. Its always filthy inside and outside. The staff will call you twice a week to complain about your toddler or ask you to come pick them up for bad behavior, and when you do show up your child will be taking a nap or sitting in a corner quietly playing. A child care center that cant manage toddlers shouldnt be in business or needs all new employees and training.Im pretty sure all the workers are mostly high school dropouts and completely unqualified or trained to properly supervise children. Every time we pick our children the workers are on their phones completely ignoring the kids and letting them run wild. Our kids come home sick with diarrhea or vomiting at least once a month from this place.The place is about 90% Black or Hispanic and come from working class families, which is fine. But understand if your kid is Caucasian or Asian you will definitely be singled out and discriminated against. Weve made surprise visits and watched this firsthand. Some kids will run wild, hitting and biting the staff and other kids with no consequences, while you will get a call to pick up your child because they cant get him to lay down and take a nap. Seriously.Unless this place trains their staff on how to properly manage, supervise and teach children, as well as do a full and thorough cleaning and updating of this facility, this place will only get worse and likely get shut down if they get audited or inspected. Not recommended, at all, unless you have no other options.

I absolutely LOVE this Kindercare! My son has been here for two years. I can honestly say every one of his teachers has been amazing. They are so caring and helpful. As first time parents my husband and I had concerns about potty training. The director immediately took time to meet with us and ease our minds about any issues we had. I could not ask for a better day care facility!

My daughter attends this center and her reading has drastically improved! She goes everyday after school and loves it! They will even provide me extra work assignments to practice with her at home. I loved it so much I am now a teacher there myself. The center director Ms.Jones has been a real blessing my daughters life as well as mine! #teamkindercare

You are going to love it! The teachers, the kids, and the values that are taught at my Forest Lane Kindercare are irreplaceable. Ms. MaShawn, Ms. Sharonda, Ms. Sherrie, and Ms. Anita have been the consistent staples of this place and have helped me raise both of boys. My oldest is leaving in a month and he has been there since he was 5 years old, now 12, but KC will be missed because I never worry about them when they are there. They help you help yourself with your kids. If it is potty training, behavior, or learning deficiencies, they can assist you and they do a great job! They are patient and kind, but dont let that fool you, they expect excellence out of your kiddos and they will help them get there. It is a diverse amount of kids with different backgrounds and languages represented in the kids. Oh, we will miss them greatly! Go Forest Lane, go!

Im giving no stars. Why allow something to happen and not call the parents as soon as it happen why wait to tell your boss that it transpired.

My little girls have attended here for a school year and Im very satisfied. The teachers are sweet and patient and my girls have learned so much this year.

One if the best daycares around. Mashawn and the staff are amazing. My son had such a difficult time with me leaving him there, but everyone was always so kind and understanding with him. As soon as you walk in youre greeted with a smile. They genuinely care about the kids. My son has really come out of his shell and has learned so much from his teachers and classmates. Thank you Kindercare for all that you do. Your hard work and dedication does not go unnoticed.
