Very stressful. Spent 5 hours to get a verifications. One lady serving God knows how many clients by herself. The office is actually for test taking. I dont know why its open for document verification. If she working on I-9 as soon as Those taking test keep coming in she drop the i-9 process and focus on those taking test no matter how many they are and new Test takers keep coming in continuesly. Worst expirence ever. Please go somewhere else. Its a pity just two offices are available for this.

The test center room is very congested and no social distance norms were followed in the room. Also, few devices dont work.

Great location, friendly staff, and semi-perfect testing conditions. Only complaint was that the testing room was a little warm, but with a ton of computers, its to be expected. It was super convenient and helpful that they had noise-cancelling headphones and earplugs to help you focus better on the test.

Tactix of Dallas is far from perfect, but they are the most reliable certification testing center in DFW. They do charge for it.

The Dallas office is a great place to take a test. Comfortable room and they locked up my phone and keys, so I didn’t worry about them being safe. Rep at the desk was friendly and fast at checking me in. They provided headphones with disposable covers for each person to block out any noise. The room was quiet but it was a nice thing to have that as an option. The building is not fancy, but the office was clean and fine for taking a certification test.

Deborah was an amazing receptionist very nice and very professional. If your taking a test here, there is only one employee at a time. Call early. Giving the receptionist a secure way to contact Certiport without waiting on the phone would improve the process. Plenty of parking. Give yourself extra time to get here, there is a lot of construction on I 35.

This testing facility is horrible. The testing room is burning up how. I was sweating and unable to properly review my test. No one was in the room and others people were talking to one another. My personal items were not locked up. They were just put in a file cabinet drawer. Literally tons and tons of cables dangling from the ceiling.Please avoid this facility at all cost.

Needed an I9 form for a new job. Made an appointment online and showed up at the appointed time. The rep at the front desk was very friendly and professional and got me in and out quickly. Not necessarily a location or building I would want to spend a ton of time in, but fine for what it is.

I went here on a Sunday morning for TExES EC-6 Core Subjects testing. The staff are friendly and helpful. The temperature in the testing room was comfortable. Parking was not an issue. I would use this location again for future needs.

This test center was awesome, definitely coming back for my future tests. Some testing centers are extremely strict and give this stuck up vibe that add anxiety to the test. The testing center was very professional and helpful. The people here were very helpful and gave off friendly vibes; definitely helped clear my mind and get me focused on passing. The process of signing in was very simple and easy to get prepped for the test and be on my way. Receptionist immediately got me set-up and gave me the materials to get my test started. From walk-in to sitting down to take the test I dont think took longer than 5 minutes. Afterwards the receptionist printed out my score sheet, and told me congrats on passing.

I had the worst experience in this location. The front desk lady was very slow and took forever to get people in the testing room because she was very talkative. The testing room was horrible without an air conditioning. They had about 3 fans running with loud noises! they provided ear plugs that didnt do anything to prevent the external noises made by the fans.They didnt have any secure lockers. The lady literally put my purse in the same locker as someone else and she kept the key to herself! I dont know why I didnt say anything and I handed her my purse at that time. Maybe because I was just thinking about my test more than anything els.This center added more to my test anxiety.
