It was my first time here and my first time ever to get a spray tan! The school is soo amazing, everyone is so professional, you are well taken care of from beginning to end, and my tan is perfect! I’ve heard about other places leaving clients with spotty spray tans but my tan is so perfect I’m obsessed and will definitely be coming back for more! Also, I love that they incorporate natural ingredients with the tan.. definitely 10/10.

I had a wonderful experience at DSI. I had a hydrating facial by Stephanie and noticed a difference in my skin right after my treatment. Stephanie did a wonderful job and was very professional. She explained the treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable. Alicia was inviting and very knowledgeable in her recommendation for treatment for my skin type. It was such a relaxing energy as soon as you walk in. I will definitely return!

This is the first time I have ever loved going to school. I love the atmosphere at my school it is the best school in the DFW area for medical esthetician. Pain WAS a consistent part of electrolysis.Thats evident by me purchasing prescription lidocaine because of the pain. I thought that was just the way it was. Not any more!! Between Brittanys reassurance and the skills of both Gloria and Ginger I was actually smiling.I never give 5 stars, perfection is hard to attain. They expertly removed more whiskers more so than anyone from an other establishment. If it seems like Im piling on. Im not!! DSI teachers teach skills that are hard to master.If anyone is interested in learning from the best. These ladies will help you acquire skills that will advance your career.

I enjoyed the tour of the school and program with Patsy this morning. The information was very informative and she was very prepared. I have never received a facial before. I visited DSI for client day and was warmly welcomed by Nicole Rodriguez, student esthetician. Nicole performed a Detoxygene treatment on my skin and my face has never felt more refreshed! It was such a relaxing environment I actually dozed off for a few minutes! I will definitely come back to see Nicole.

August 2020 I decided to go completely out of my comfort zone and start Medical Esthetician school at the Dallas Skin Institute. I can not say enough about this school. I am two months in and the amount of knowledge I have gained and hands on experience is unmatched. The instructors are so caring and extremely intelligent with the education they provide. I always love the feel and looked of my skin after every treatment. I had an amazing day yesterday with Mo she is the best ! Not many schools can hold a candle to the sheer volume of quality training. I trained in permanent medical cosmetics when they were inside Hotel Intercontinental, 14 years ago. I recently went back for a tour with my daughter, who wants to study Esthetics. We are blown away by this school. If you are considering it, Patsy has been teaching for an extremely long time. Ask for her. She doesnt disappoint!!!

I just started attending Dallas Skin Institute, and I am absolutely in love with it. Patsy and the instructors are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. These women want nothing more but to see each girl that walks through those doors succeed. The moment you walk in you feel at home and they make sure that each girl is accompanied when needed. I got a spray tan with Maddy today and I cannot day enough about how great the entire experience was. Everyone there was so welcoming and Maddy helped me pick out the perfect color for my skin tone and desired color! I highly recommend Dallas Skin Institute for any class. However, I recently took a microblading and powder-brow class with Susy and it was amazing! She has great teaching skills and is very hard-working and passionate about what she does. She was able to teach this master brow class in just 4 days. I highly recommend everyone to enroll in Susys brow class when available.

I am currently wrapping up my Medical Esthetician course at Dallas Skin Institute. I am so grateful for my time at this school and the education that I have received. From Patsy the Director, to all the teachers there, you know that they genuinely care not only about the education that you get, but you as a person.My main teacher was Ashley and she was always there to answer questions and listen if you happen to have any concerns. She poured her heart and knowledge into the classes she taught and her goal is clearly to make sure we are all comfortable giving a variety of facials and also have the knowledge needed to provide future clients with the best of services! Corona Virus disrupted the classes with the mandatory shut down but DSI was quick to come up with a solution so that we could continue learning via Zoom and a few other other tools until we were allowed face to face again and then we got back into hands on.In regards to the hands on learning, I was taught so much some of the other schools I looked at didnt offer. From microdermabrasion to Micro-current, different peel types, different masking types, and massage techniques I feel like I learned so much... that was also my favorite part. Mo, with her years of experience added a wealth of knowledge on technique and is a magician with her hands. Sugaring, micro-current, extractions, massage...she knows it ALL. I also looooved Lili but she switched to teaching the full-time class. I really enjoyed her teaching style as well. I was bummed she had to leave our class as a teacher. We were spoiled getting both her and Ashley for our theory classes. Her, Ashley and Mo make such an amazing team. You can tell they really love the students and want the best for each of us individually and as a class. Patsy as director has put together such a truly special space with the best team. It has a light and loving energy while maintaining a no-nonsense, lets get down to business vibe. A great combination for getting an education in the esthetics field. I will always, always, ALWAYS be grateful I chose DSI as my school. I honestly love it so much I dont want to leave. hahaha but really

I honestly don’t think there’s any college on this earth better than DALLAS SKIN INSTITUTE! I’ve been researching microblading schools within the past few months that would work around my work schedule. Ms. Patsy was very professional! Ashley was extremely helpful also and super nice! I attended DSI and loved my experience! I visited a few schools before visiting DSI and none of them compared. Patsy is amazing and so are all of the instructors. One of my favorite things about DSI was the smaller class size, the one on one with each instructor was exactly what I wanted and more. Loved hands on days and field trip days! They also made sure I was 100 percent ready for my state board test and are always happy to talk to you if you have any questions. The BEST Beauty Academy in Dallas! My partner is officially enrolled by acceptance in the Aesthetics + Medical Permanent Makeup program. It is a bit pricey but is the only boutique academy that offers the experience and luxury. This school holds nothing back. We would have to make a special mention of Patsy who we absolutely adored chatting to each time and who gave us the exciting tour. She was an absolute delight to deal with and she was so warm and genuine. She is a real asset to your brand, Dallas Skin Institute!! Nothing was too much trouble.

I recently graduated from Dallas Skin Institute and I couldnt have had a better experience.  The greatest thing about this school that I couldnt find ANYWHERE else was that it offered such a wide variety of training. HydraFacial, Hydra Lift, micro-needling, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, European facials, back and neck treatment, eyelash extensions, lash lifts & tints, special FX makeup, body waxing, and airbrush tanning were ALL a part of the curriculum. The teachers were always eager to assist and had so much knowledge on everything that was taught.  We had three teachers and that allowed us as students to receive a wealth of information from three different perspectives which I felt was an added bonus. They would also have working professionals come in often and talk to us about their businesses and how to succeed when we would graduate. We learned the business of esthetics, the practice concepts, had multiple weekly tests and daily theory lessons to prepare us for TDLR License Testing. I passed the first time around on both the written and practical, and now its time for the job search! - Thanks to Dallas Skin Institute.

I went for the 2 day microblading course this past weekend! At first I was nervous because the thought of microblading someone after a day and a half of training sounded so scary to me! But I cannot say enough how confident I was just by the end of day 1. These instructors are so very patient, so kind and so knowledgeable. I was blown away by how much you can learn so fast at this school. Anywhere else it would not be possible! Susie makes everything look effortless and she is just the sweetest soul! I look forward to coming back for a refresher just so I can see all the ladies who work here! I would never dream of going anywhere else or telling someone to go anywhere else. When you walk in you feel welcome, but when its time to learn put your game face on because some knowledge is about to be poured all over you!!! I am SOOOO HAPPY!!! I came into the studio feeling instantly intimidated. I was surrounded by a room of Stunning Ladies, looking tres chic in all black outfits. But, from the moment I walked I was greeted by Patsy and the other ladies and they explained my procedure, introduced me Correne, who was going to perform my Microblading procedure alongside Patsy. They went to work, finding the right shape of brows to best compliment my face. They kept me involved in the process, ensuring that the look that I desired was achieved! I trained here back in August for microblading with Patsy Charles. I researched and asked around because I wanted to make sure I was making the best investment I could. The Dallas Skin Institute came up alot when I would ask in forums or my old esthetician friends from school. I called a couple times but no one would ever answer the phone. I must admit I got a little scared about this and was just about to register with another place when Patsy Charles called me from her cell phone one Friday night. She explained that she was on her way to dinner but wanted to get back to me and answer all of my questions. After speaking with her I knew this was going to be the right fit. She is so passionate and has such a beautiful positive attitude it instantly rubs off on you. I took the 2 day course and it flew by so fast. It was so detailed and informative that some of the information I had about microblading was wrong. She gave us huge gift bags filled with all of the supplies needed to microblade. She was there with us step by step and answered any question. To this day I will still text her to ask questions or to show off pictures and she always replies. I am so glad I chose The Dallas Skin Institute for my training.

I love love love Patsy and the Dallas Skin Institute.I first came to DSI as a model for a friend who was taking the microblading class. Patsy was the instructor. I loved my brows but I think the color I chose the first time was too light. So on the follow up visit I went darker. The pigment fades so I would suggest going a little darker and it will fade to the color you want. I would also suggest having your brows shaped before you come. I didnt the first time but I shaped them a little before the follow up.Patsy was so kind, patient and understanding.On the follow up visit I went back to the DSI as a model.It has been a week since the second treatment and they are healing nicely.I wanted to post photos in my review, but its not letting me.I love them so much that Im going back to DSI to get trained in microblading.

I drove about 3hours and 45mins to get to the DSI..I was really nervous about walking into the school I did not realize that I would have such a blast. I learned so much while I was there. Pasty was the best. she really makes sure you understand everything before you leave. I have nothing but positive things to say about DSI. I am so grateful that I can call that place my home. its such a welcoming place. love every minute. cant wait to go back and learn more. DSI is now part of my beauty Family

This is how you mix the colors according to the skin tone and when the color changes over timeTeach you not to change the strange ink color (red, gray, etc.)I think you dont have to worry about poor English.Teacher is very kindBe brave and learn new skillsI want to learn other skills again here.FYI I am a hairdresser, if you can get moreI want to get a certificate.I love this place I can recommend everyone here I learn best technique and good relationship .😍😍
