Staff was nice. We only came for the pool. Pool does not open 1 second before 11am so plan accordingly. Only 1 dollar am hr for parking with a max of $3. So best bet to just pay it. Seeing people parking illegally and blocking crosswalks to avoid the parking. Getting booted, barnacled or towed is much more expensive than 3 bucks so why risk it.

Worked out here when I was in from out of town! Staff was very friendly, facility was clean, and Walt at the front desk was very helpful!

An excellent gym. Plenty of equipment to cover a full body workout. Always full early mornings on weekdays. Best time to go is after 9 pm or early morning weekends.The coaches are knowledgeable and the members are so fun and inclusive. I really liked their focus on technique and safety - something important to me as a beginner lifter.

The place is not family oriented. I was told one thing, but they said something else once I looked at my payment. I was going through something and I was very upset I ask if I could speak to someone so I can make an appt to come in at another time to cancel my membership, because i had bad news and was not mentally in a condition to come. The staff was rude and hung the phone up in my face when I ask him to please be shut up(because he wouldnt let me speak) long enough for me to explain why I couldnt come in and he hung the phone up in my face. If you want a great place to go dont go here. I live downtown, but I rather take the drive to PF instead of walking across the street to this Y

Great place! Lots of equipment, clean facility and friendly staff. Besides all types of weights and machines, they have a swimming pool, sauna, basketball, volleyball and squash courts. Parking in their garage is about $1 per visit but their membership fees are low. Some of the equipment is a little old but it works fine. Overall, great value for money!

Went for the first time yesterday to get in the pool with my son and we had a blast. Life guards on duty. Only 4 stars for having to pay for parking... but it is downtown so it is what it is. Other than that I thought it was a great place.

It is clean, convenient, well equipped and the staff is always helpful. The best YMCA in Dallas and Richardson; by far. From summer camp, swimming lessons for kids an adults, workout classes, two different parking garages, it is just really good. There are 3 other locations closer to me, Richardson, Lake Highlands and White Rock, and I rather drive to downtown.

Love this place! It is very peaceful. I can truly get a workout and not have to worry about feeling uncomfortable or being gawked at. The staff is very pleasant and the facility is very clean.

Even if you are a previous member down on your luck they treat you like trash. You get a person named Geselle text you then she forwards you to a guy named Jason then he passes you off to another uncaring person more corporate red tape. I advise you to choose a health club that is REAL not REAL Fake!!!

This is the coolest gym in Dallas I normally used to go to another location but these guys have more selection and I think it’s cool you can jog on the roof

The gym is never overcrowded. The machines are clean and the locker room is very spacious. The pool is one of the around. Overall given the price, this is a very great value gym.

I am a new member, and I really like it. This is my first YMCA, and it is not at all what I expected. Very upscale and well equipped.

I love this location easy and convenient for those who arent driving. Just perfect to get your work out in then go on back to work.

Stay away. Worst staff bad management. Wouldnt even take for free. Management encourages staff to harass patrons. And your paying for it. It always breaking down one thing or another than back to another or one thing. Nothing is of value at T. Boone Pickens YMCA. To All its current members when something doesnt seem right just walk away and especially stay away thereafter.

Large space for different activities. Indoor tracl was impressive. Parking (paid) is convenient.

I went at this YMCA in January 2018 to ask price for one day and it was 20 dollars. It is a bit expensive for a YMCA and I have experience because I went in many (Montreal, Toronto, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Harlem YMCA).

Ive only been here this week and its been great! I go between 9:30 & 11:30am. I feel like I have the place to myself!

Super clean, tons of equipment, and best of all child watch.......

Recently the Y had been running cheap monthly specials and bad people took advantage of that to join and steal from the locker room and to tear up the fixtures in the shower, door on the sauna and destroy the whirlpool every chance they could over and again. Management would not do anything about it, I knew it was time to leave, I finally got someone to listen in management as I was leaving but they instead turned on me. Management is horrible. The place was at least at one time not secure.

$20 for a day pass, students and seniors included. Then, as a bonus, the front desk staff gets to laugh at you when you think the fee is too much. Incredibly rude for a family organization, I just wanted to swim.
