A very lovely business, you can make a real change here!!!

VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Lies and jokes about serious business, they think they’re above you because of the situations your going through. Like they’re better than you or something! Tries to be your physiologist on the littlest of things like they know you or something! While your being professional and respectful they’re giving reasons as why they don’t have to be! Very rude administrators, and the owner charged me more than what the class ACTUALLY COST and her administrator even said it! Try’s to sabotage you when you don’t need them anymore. I would rather pay $200 at another facility than even $20 here! They need to take some of their own classes! If I could rate a negative 5 stars I WOULD!! The owner “Joyce” tries to use the lord to hide behind her blatant disregard of you. Loves to say “you be blessed” but is a complete hypocrite. You can’t be rude and disrespectful to a person and then say you have a blessed day. DOESNT WORK THAT WAY! Practice what you preach Joyce! just disgusted with the whole experience! Throw the whole company in the trash PLEASE!!

One of the best and professional places ever! The staff was great and helped me through the process on completing my drug classes. I highly recommend this place!!

The agency is very professional and really works to cater to the needs of the clients. The owner is very personable and professional and has a way of making you feel welcomed.

The teachers were nice and friendly but it was very disorganized. The communication between staff was non existent, and the rules Ans guidelines were not clearly offered(or printed) making it very difficult to complete the courses they offer without forfeiting all of your money.

This place is amazing and was easy to take DUI classes. Joy and Atray are wonderfulteachers. Affordable.

I was late for the first time today and was told i had to take the whole class again next week they did not once explain to me that a class can be rescheduled, they threatened to forfeit my payment and make me pay again since in their words i am an independent man and because of this fact i im not allowed to explain my personal situation to work towards a positive solution like rescheduling one single class?! which i found out they totally do in a response to someone elses in the comments below. They are not flexible at all i had to call for the whole week of work off to take this course because my work hours over lap with both classes they hold daily, which on the first day i went they opened late and they said because we own the place we dont have to be on time clearly no setting an example.I was late 30 minutes once because of a late train and did not care for my explanation and were strict and unforgiving quickly raising their voices to confuse me. Before leaving the office i was told its my fault for getting charged and were trying to figure out if i had a parole officer to report me to after finding out i didnt have one they once again threatened to forfeit my payment right then and there. After leaving i tried to reach out one last time on their outdated website because i already have the week off and i cant just miss work freely next week again, i was turned away and told to take it next week or my payment would be forfeited. My offence was a ticket of possession of marijuana under 3g back in 2017 and need this class in order to get a drivers license no parole officer ever and to this date no other violations. I will report this establishment as waste and abuse to the state auditor in Austin.

Im sure they provide a good program. Needed to make a cancellation and they dont serve refunds. Biblical sprit I suppose.
