My daughter is in the Prek-1 class with Ms. Lucas and Ms. Lacole. They are very patient, caring, professional, kind, very understanding. They have made my daughters transition to pre-k really smooth. They are very creative in the class and active with the students. My daughter comes home and tell my husband and I everything she has learned. Both teachers are great at keeping us aware of any updates that we need to know. I love Class Dojo because we get to see our daughter being active and enjoying the curriculum in class. We appreciate Ms. Lucas and Ms.Lacole. Dr. Harrison is very nice and understanding and the rest of the staff that have met

Destiny Star is like a second home. 2 of my 3 children attended and they care for them as if they were their own. Dr Harnson and her staff listen to my concerns and do their best to correct them. Ms Gina is top notch

I love the experience with the 2 year old class. My 2 year old has improved on so many levels and i couldnt be more happy as a mother (first time). Ms. D is more than awesome!

The only reason I give it a 5 star is because of Ms. Adilene, Ms. Erika and Ms. Gina. If it wasn’t for them I feel like I wouldn’t be able to leave my kids here. They are so nice and make me feel very comfortable towards where I really have trusted them to teach my kids and take care of them. They do there job not like the other teachers who are just rude an seem like don’t want to come to work. But however if they were to ever leave since I see new teachers everyday I will have to take my kids out as well that’s all I can say.

The staff at Destiny Starr Academy greet us with a smile every day and they answer any questions I might have very quickly. They send me pictures and videos of my children and I ALWAYS know whats going on with both of my children. The owners are active and involved in the school, making it that much better.  Im very happy with the childcare services I receive at Destiny Starr Academy. I would highly recommend them for quality childcare.

Destiny Starr is the only childcare facility weve used for the past 6 years! We were referred by a former neighbor and have not been disappointed.Throughout all of these years, the staff and owner have been wonderfully supportive and helpful. They know our family well. The staff has treated both of our girls with the care and attention they need while providing a great educational experience. Our children have grown socially and educationally within Destiny Starr and enjoy meeting new friends and adventures during summer camp as well.With Dr. Harrison and her staff in place, we have no need to ever use another place.

The teachers really care about the kids at Destiny Starr Academy, my daughter’s teacher give her tons of one on one attention, and she enjoys the art activities. She loves going to school every day and does not want to leave when it is time to go home! I am also going to enroll my infant next week.

I give Destiny Starr a 5 due to the fact that its seen major growth in my childs intellagence as well participation in group activities and friendship

Destiny Starr Academy has been an excellent child care Center for my kids for the past 4 years. My kids attended their summer camp last year and they are still talking about all of the fun they had. They are extremely excited about going to camp there again this year.

10 years going strong with Destiny Starr Academy! I could not have chosen a better daycare, after school and camp facility. My Daughter loves the camp so much that she never likes to leave because of the on going field trips and activities. All of the staff have your child in their best interest/safety and that is the number one priority!Jpearce

Destiny Starr Academy is an awesome daycare. The teachers are very concern about the well being of all of the kids. The center offers a variety of activities and events. I am looking forward to enrolling my kids into Destiny Starr summer camp program. They have a lot to offer the kids during the summer and throughout the school year.

The staff members strive on providing the best of care and I love the My Kids Day App, which allows you to know how your children doing daily. My children are never bored, there is something that is always something fun going on here!!!!!!

My children and I love Destiny Starr Academy. They provide excellent childcare services. The things that I love the most is that they work with parents, and they are affordable. My son races to his classroom before I could get in the building every morning. My children has so much fun at this center. I know my children are treated well because, they come home and tell me everything they did and learned for the day. I recommend this daycare for all parents and children. I know my children are safe and happy while I am at work. I would be crazy to transition my children to another center. really.

Destiny Starr has been phenomenal for my four year old! My child has been enrolled in Destiny Starr for nearly three years and the curriculum, along with the management staff and teachers, have been instrumental for her growth. Plus, they easily accommodate her vegetarian diet! Five stars!

I have 4 children and all of them attended Destiny Starr. My children were well taken care of and loved by the kind and capable care givers and educators. My kids developed a love for learning that served as a strong foundation for their education. They were over prepared for elementary school and as a result have enjoyed academic success. This is an excellent pre school!!

My 2 year old son Camden, has been with Destiny Starr since he was 4 months old. My son loves his school/daycare and I do too. They are nurturung, clean, professional, and most of all they love kids! Id recommend them to anyone!

My children seem to enjoy the food and look forward to snacks and their lunch. Breakfast is usually hot and ready for it every day

Oh my goodness!!!! I wish I could just give this no stars but I have to put a star to post. Let me tell you I walked in the drop of my child an they had roaches on the floor I was so disgusted so I kept on walking to my childs class an I see that there carpet is disgusting no wonder our kids stay sick this daycare is a mess I will have to talk to my husband because the roaches on there hallway just crawling like nothing is a complete no can you just imagine how it is when they sleep I can not believe it they even had some dead on the corner. I believe they don’t care at all they just want the kids to come here bechase it’s her business

Decent daycare, director has a terrible attitude (Dr. Harrison) doesn’t know how to talk to adults. Informed the parents that dinner is optional and they don’t have to provide it because they have a pm snack/ late fee is $20 / teachers don’t teach ... don’t waste ya money

A1 pre school. Referred by one of my friends. Her four years old boy is doing excellent here, so she referred me. Destiny star academy is giving excellent services and I am very much happy with my four years old girl as she is getting good care by the stuffs of Destiny Starr. I love Destiny Starr because they are very attentive to all the children. My child comes home everyday excited to tell me the new things she learned at school. Seeing my child get into the car after pre k with the biggest smile on her face shows me she loves it at the the academy and that makes me love it just that much more.

Both my boys have been attending Destiny Starr since 2008. A great family atmosphere and overall great place for kids. My kids both excell in school and I know its because of the efforts of the teachers at Destiny Starr. 5 stars

The Staff is loving, kind, and very supportive, my child is a handful but the pre k teachers works with him and make me feel like I have no worries when I leave my children in their care, when you walk in its always someone there to say hello how you doing, or have a great day. My 3 loves to come here to the point she wants to stay even when its time to go home. my pre k child has stared to call his teacher his grandmother this is just a great school, my 1 year old when he first started he did not know his colors or numbers now he knows his colors and numbers and can ask for things that he wants and needs using his words and not the pointing. I would say if I had to chose from my kids going to some other day care or to Destiny Starr Academy I pick Destiny Starr Academy.Ms.Aisha

Everyone has different experiences but i have no idea how some people have left horrible reviews. My son is a only child and since he began destiny starr this school year he has improved tremendously. The teachers have helped so much in order for him to learn how to play with other children, respect other children and more importantly he has learned so much. Thanks to the teachers and how much effort they put in in helping my son, he has developed a love for the program. He crys when he cannot attend class because of s illness. I will always be gratefull for destiny starr, and as my son move on to kindergarten my wife and i will always continue to try and help destiny start whenever possible. Thank you tonall the staff of destiny starr.

Having previously taught Kindergarten and Pre-K only in NC before this year, I am very pleased to have joined GA Pre-K through Destiny Starr Academy. The people in this center truly care about children and doing what is best for them. My assistant and I are able to teach our students using best developmental practice with full support from Dr. Harrison, including providing all the resources we need for a vital and exciting learning environment. Also, the families that bring their children to our classroom are involved and supportive--I could not ask for a better group! I am looking forward to a wonderful year in Pre-K at Destiny Starr!

Destiny starr academy is such a wonderful place for children I feel so comfortable leaving my child in their care there is always a friendly face to greet you and your child the place smells so good when you come in my child never wants to leave when I pick him up I can tell he really enjoys going to destiny starr I wouldnt send him any where else I highly highly recommend anyone send their child to destiny starr its the right choice :)

Destiny Starr Academy is my second home, I spend many hours there tending boo-boos, hunting bears, swimming and surfing in the ocean, serving meals, teaching number and letter recognition, rubbing backs, giving hugs, reading books, playing catch, painting and coloring and thats usually all before 10:30am.....gotta love Pre K!!!!!!Sights and sounds of learning can be seen an heard up and down the halls of D.S. A. . from the babies all the way up. As a member of the staff I can say we take pride in our work and it shows in the smiling faces of the children we teach.
