My son, my daughter and I love training at LifeForce. Its always super clean, we feel safe and the staff is great. All instructors are knowledgeable and patient, but will push you when you need. Mr. Purvis is the absolute best. He really gets us pumped up and genuinely cares about his students. They are all helping to build great character in my son and he loves it! My daughter just started but they are already reinforcing the values Im trying to instill in her! Our training builds our confidence, pushes us out of our comfort zones and keeps us active. I highly recommend LifeForce to anyone interested in learning karate and self-defense. Masks are required for now and they also offer online classes.

LIFE FORCE KARATE IS MY FAVORITE PLACE EVER. I moved not too long ago to another state and I still have not been to another studio although there are many. Reasoning is because lifeforce became my home and Mr. Pervis is one of the best karate/boxing/self defense instructors out there. Being a man of God and the type of atmosphere you are in while doing something like Karate or self defense is important. Prayer is powerful and religion isnt forced there. I dont want you to get that idea, but know that it isnt just a studio. Its a fellowship, its a safe place, its a positive environment and a breath of fresh air! I really recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to train. Mr. Pervis has been an instructor for years and when I train with him I honestly feel like im training with the best of the best and he is going to push you to be your best self, the self God made you but you may have been too blind to see. Everyone there is so sweet and although i have done more boxing/self defense then karate, i still would come in and see how he interacts with children and it is just amazing. Also during Covid he has kept everyone safe with keeping on face masks, checking temperatures, and still making sure students are social distancing, honestly you cannot find a better place to be your home studio. 🙏🏽

LIFEFORCE is an absolute gold mine! My son just received his black belt after nearly 4 yrs of martial arts instructions under Mr. Purvis and staff. My son love every bit of it and learned so much, not just marital arts, but also character building as well. Mr. Purvis has a passion for martial arts, and is wonderful with instructing the youth. The whole experience is food for the soul. As a parent I recommend this studio. Even my son feels there is not another karate studio that will take the place of LIFEFORE studio.

Lifeforce Karate is the absolute best! From my first conversation with Sensai Purvis regarding my interest in martial arts, until this very day, my experiences have been exceptionally pleasant. Classes are challenging but so inspiring and motivational.I enjoy Sensai Purvis’ instruction so much that my 9 year old son is now enrolled and is progressing and loving it! He and I are learning martial arts together and encourage other father/ son combos to do the same! Stop bye and give your body the training it deserves!!

My husband asked the guy over this place if he worked with autistic children. He told my husband yes but he don’t know why parents enroll them. This was horrible to hear because I really heard good things about this place but I never would want my child to work with someone that don’t believe in the students he’s teaching ... regardless of being autistic or not.

The best place Ive personally worked out at! Family and God motivated and push you to do better in classes and life experiences! If your looking for results kick boxing extreme is the way to go!

It is the best place that i would choose to do Karate. The sensei is great with the kids and mt experiences there is memorable. Best place to do karate and self defense.
