I went to shop 20 mins after they closed.( i didnt know what time they closed) They open the door and fixed my guitar. The employees were all really awesome. I will be back forsue and recommend to anyone. Thanks guys

Went there looking for a Cello but unfortunately they dont get those very often. Pointed us in the direction of a different music shop that did have some. Very nice dudes. Clean store. Had some nice violin sets. Walls of guitars and what looked like a bass guitar seperate room. Looks dope. Will reccomend this place

Took my son in there for some strings and a few other things and the staff was so awesome and their selection was amazing. Very easy to get to, and overall a great place for you music needs! Definitely worth my 30 mile drive.

Theyre great at setting up electric guitars

I actually came in to purchase a mic adapter for one of my studios. I was told that adapters dont exist in the size that I frequently use in my studios (and purchased at guitar center immediately after leaving) argued with over the fact that I didnt need a mic clip or the female adapters found in the thread of said mic clip.Your records SHOULD indicate that I have been frequenting the music store since it first opened. I regularly recommended your store to my clients but my confrontation with what I believe was the owner simply wont allow me to do so any longer. I have taken my business elsewhere.

I shop here several times a year and every time I walk out with something new. Greg is a great guy and has never been pushy or impatient . The guys in the shop are very helpful as well.

Today i walked in with a particular guitar amplifier in mind but the kind staff didnt hesitate to question my needs as to what i expected to accomplish. Theyre incredibly knowledgeable and steered me in an alternate direction to fill my needs and saved me money. Was a complete win. Thank you gentlemen.

Weve had mostly good experiences here. Its great to have the shop in the neighborhood! The people have always been friendly and helpful to me. My son loves to go hang out there and talk music. Hes gotten good deals on good products. He would give 5 stars but hes never been to another shop and he loves his friends there. They take care of him. I cant speak to the service because weve not had anything serviced here thus the 4 stars to keep it real. Im reviewing because I appreciate the shop, and my son, Austyn asked me to! Came here a couple days ago for the second day in a row, was really considering purchasing a guitar i liked from this store. Price was fair guitar was nice. I had brought my friend in to see what he thought of the instrument. 2 minutes into to playing the guy from the counter comes in(he recognized me from the other day) and made it clear that if i was not going to buy anything i had no buissnes playing the guitars. Now i probably would have bought that guitar and maybe even that day but due to that i can say i will never buy a single thing from here.

Guys were great, super professional and personable. I bought a Ludwig Signet from them and they helped me great a super deal! Part of the deal included a tom mount for my kit and Ludwig forgot to send it. I called the store on Saturday and they called me back on Monday with everything taken care of. They went above and beyond for me!

Went to go look at a speaker the cheapest was 300$ Amazon sells great quality for half the price.

Super friendly, no better place to talk about what you need and get suggestions. 1000x better than trying to guess what to buy online.

The Greg guy thought he could rip me off. Offered me 25$ for my Line 6 spider 3 amp LOL. So I went outside and sold it to the first person that walked out of his shop for $150, thanks Greg! And to think I was about to take $30 for it... Im blessed. Ill let all my friends know that there is nothing but overpriced junk there. They have washburn acoustics which are nice, but mark up is too high since there are like 10 music stores in the area.

The people who work here have been very helpful and friendly when I come in. They also know what they’re doing and what is what because I never know the names of what items I’m looking for but I can describe it and they can find the exact product that fits what I am looking for.

There nice they will sale you what is good not cheap stuff. They let you do a 30 day laway.

I came in to get my guitar (floyd rose style trem) restrung. The guy working on guitars acted nervous and wanted to see if it was anything crazy. He stared at it for a minute and said that would be $80. I couldnt believe it. Its a $20 to $30 job anywhere else. I asked of thats what he normally charges (in disbelief) and he said yes. He said hes been doing this for 18 years. Wow. What a crock!!

This guy is a rip off. Sold me a guitar for $330..buys it back from me 7 months later telling me its worth $150, gives me $90 claiming he needed to make a profit, .then resells it for almost $200.

DONT BUY HERE!!! I ordered a cymbal online and they sent me the WRONG product. Worse: the cymbal was BENT!! Even worse: the store DID NOT substitute the cymbal and DID NOT refund me for the high taxes that I had to pay for the Customs (I live in Brazil)... I was totally CHEATED!! They certainly had this spoiled cymbal and thought lets get rid of this sending it to South America... The dumb buyer will not can do nothing, anyway! Whom will he complain, the President?

I live in Etown, about an hours drive away from Clarksville. I called (the owner?) a couple of times about a Ludwig kit that I had seen online.First call was a Saturday before the time they listed as closing on their website. I got a machine and selected the option to get service as I had a general questions about their store hours and their Ludwig lineup. I didnt call their sales line as I didnt intend to buy and had just a general question. No answer, straight to machine. I called back and pressed the option for sales - IMMEDIATE PICKUP!!! I asked my questions, he answered them. I was told Ludwigs are in stock and that I could come up and try them. Okay.In the middle of last week I called ahead (with cash in my pocket) to make sure that the store would be open last Saturday. The owner answered and said yes, that he would be there until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. He also tried a bait and switch regarding Mapex drums over the Ludwigs I wanted. Even though the Ludwigs were listed on their website as in stock, the guy said that they were actually at another store, but that if I really wanted them, he could get them. The drums were Centennials, which Ludwig says are not available in the U.S., but I thought what the heck, if he can get them, I would look at his hardware and pound on his drums. But you guessed it - I arrived at 1:30 p.m. and the store was locked up tight as a drum (LOL). No sign on the door, nothing.I will never communicate with this sorry excuse for a businessman again. First the bait and switch attempt, then the no-show after an hours drive. Do yourself a favor, cross the river into Louisville and shop at any other store except for Moms (see my other review of their outfit).Bottom line: I am looking to drop quite a bit of hard earned cash on a drum set and hardware. I expect at least a modicum of professional customer service, which is sorely lacking at The Music Store.

Went in there to try to order a drumkit and felt mocked at the fact that I even asked! Didnt have the setup i wanted and they were trying hard to convince me to order a different one THAT DAY. Didnt call me back the day the day they said they would, found WAYYYY better deal online. If you are interested in knock off drums and guitars, then this is the place for you. Im not saying they dont work hard, but not great customer service. they care more about getting a sale

They think they know it all, but they dont. Customer service was very poor. Sales staff was very rude. As a professional musician, I will never return to this store.
