This place is very unprofessional. Front office staff are very nice. The owner, however, shows up and wastes the first class and your time with redundancy is nothing but a joke. “Professors” expect more than your time and cancel class and clinical for nothing. This course lists that you can complete anywhere from 2-6 weeks, but be prepared to constantly change YOUR schedule to fit their availability. Some students had their clinical hours rescheduled up to FOUR TIMES! But if you’re a minute late from break you get sent home and have to recycle the course. Your time means nothing to them. Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Just so you know what to expect I’ve attached the original schedule below.

I wasted my money coming here. Ms.Trish is sweet but she didnt teach well, they had broken beds that didnt work, and not enough supplies. It was very ghetto and unorganized.

I’m not the type of person to leave negative reviews, but I didn’t want anyone to suffer through Alia. Only reason I’m giving one star is because Ms. Tricia is the sweetest and nicest person and made sure we got the most out of our lab experience. Outside of that, Alia is horrible. The entire system is set up to take your money. They hold you incredibly accountable, but they don’t hold up their end of the deal. There are only 4 working beds, the mannequins are broken, you have to reuse gloves, among many other things. On top of that, the clinical instructor quit and we aren’t even sure we can get our clinicals in, which you need to get your certificate. They haven’t told us anything and we were supposed to have our clinicals this week, along with them not answering the phones. So everyone in my class is delayed in being able to get their certificate after us paying a lot of money. Incredibly frustrating and wouldn’t recommend this place

Look elsewhere for a STNA course. Very unprofessional office staff and they oftentimes do not have enough staff to cover classes and clinicals. Upon learning about negative student experiences, I attempted to get a refund on the same day I enrolled in the course, only to have someone with horrible customer service skills repeat the same thing over and over to me. They must pay a lot for online advertising, but your time and money will be better spent elsewhere. Take time to research other programs in the city before signing up for Alias.

Literally changed the clinical schedule without any notice to the students on the first day of class. I feel deceived in a big way. I guess it’s technically a legitimate way to get your Stna but it is none of the promised things. It is in no way convenient, affordable, or professional. I’ll stay in the class because apparently it’s nearly impossible to get a refund but I regret choosing Alia for my STNA. Oh well 🙄

This place is set up to take your money. Do not go here because they will penalize you for any reason. If youre 1 minute late, youre dropped from the class. If you miss 1 assignment, youre dropped. They dont care if you get in a car accident, if youre late in resolve of that, youre dropped. If you didnt quite get all the information and understanding of everything, one mistake can get you drop. They keep half of your money and refund the rest if you decide to withdraw. If youre studying to be a nurse and have a deadline, this isnt the place to be because one small

!!!!FRAUDS!!!! Will STEAL your money an will NOT answer the phone at all anymore Listen closely i was promised a REFUND. There website was not working an the lady said don’t worry i can help you an take your payment!!! i called back 20 minutes later An asked for a refund after finding out they were not doing traditional clinical as she said ok well we have to refund you with a check . I said ok fine, a MONTH later I’m calling to see where it is an getting the run around one person says I’ll call you back the other person says no worries I’ll call you tomorrow morning. I’ve heard Nothing and now they won’t answer the phone. I will leave a negative review on this company each DAY! I strongly advise against them and also I started recording my conversations with them I’m taking this up with the STATE BOARD!!!!

The Teacher Tricia is AMAZING! The evening, weekend, and basic 2 week class is also helpful for people working, with children, ect. You can also take the state test at the school. Price is reasonable. They also let you know who is hiring. Thats about all the pros. Cons are all the manikins you practice with are broken, They want you to reuse Gloves, They reschedule clinicals with less than 24hr notice . You will also have to pay for books you do not use. The office is EXTREMELY unorganized!!! Unless your desperate for the weekend or night schedule I would advise going elsewhere and getting it done in the two weeks. Im looking at two months before I will be done.

I loved taking classes here. The staff will go out of their way to help you in any way to help you pass and succeed. They have the best evening teacher.

I Loved Alia Healthcare. I took the two week day class. The instructor was awesome. She had up-to-date knowledge and experience. The class gave all the information and skills needed to pass the state test. The class room and skills room were well equipped. The price of the class was much cheaper than other places I checked into. Alia will even provide TB test for small fee.

Absolutely love this program.. If you truly wanna work in the health care profession, I strongly recommend you take your classes here!! The two week class is amazing and Trisha one of the teachers who teaches the two week course is probably one of the best teachers I’ve had.

The teacher (Trisha) for the day time class is amazing and deserves a raise. She is extremely knowledgeable and super patient with all the students. I wish I had her for other college classes Ive taken. Take the daytime two week class! Alia is top notch!

If I could give them zero stars I would, 2 days before my class was supposed to start they emailed me saying it was cancelled due to not enough students enrolled in it. I took off work for this class and they decided to tell me two days before it was cancelled. Now I have to wait a month to get my money back for this refund.

They are a fraud take your money then failed you they are not fear i dont understand how they grade you but it not right you cant retake the tests without paying $400 to retake tests its not even they teach that grade you final their receptionistI would not recommend

I loved the teacher Trisha. She helped out the students whenever we were having trouble understanding something. She also kept the class upbeat and fun. She was the best part of this class.

I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about this school. The instructor was very hands on and attentive. I think it was the best decision to come to ALIA and would recommend the class to everyone.

I must say my experience was something in the above average range. I definitely got the feeling that because we were in a weekend class, they had a hard time finding instructors to come in reliably. In the end we had two weekends cancelled, but were able to have a great instructor for almost every class (Dana) who really came through for us although we could tell she was over worked! I would feel better recommending this place if the staffing was more organized, the communication was more reliable, and the equipment provided was of better quality. We often wouldnt have things we needed, or would come in with everything in disarray. It could be so much better! Hopefully as things develop at this location and they will improve.

After my advisor gave me a list of places to go, I chose Alia. Mostly for the convenience and cost. After completing my night class, I can say without a doubt I made the right decision. Without going into much detail about the unfortunate events that happened in Cincinnati a few months back, I can say without a doubt the owners of the TRUE ALIA are very kind, generous and knowledgeable. I have learned so many things a book cannot teach. Sandra was amazing. Please, dont listen to the negative comments. There is always another side to a story.

This is an excellent place to earn your nurse aid certification, and yes I said earn. If you put in the work, and apply yourself, the instructors will do all they can to help you be successful.

Trisha was an excellent teacher, many thanks to Alia for everything she did for us. She went above and beyond and has a wonderful heart, please continue in doing this! Even though sometimes the information was overwhelming, for the most part this school ROCKS!

Would not recommend. Very unprofessional! All supplies were not given the start date of the class and that set some up for failure. My teacher Trish was great and that’s the only good thing about this place. Program is not worth the price. Failed to repay me for something I never received and it took me calling 10 separate times for someone to actually do something about it.

One the bright side, Trish the teacher was absolutely awesome. Very professional and really made sure we received top notch education for our state tests. The office itself though is VERY unorganized. My clinical was canceled at 11pm the night before after I already scheduled off work. Wasn’t able to be rescheduled for a whole week, certificates were supposed to be in after 3 days or so and it took over a week. The entire push-back caused me to have to take my state test 4 hours away in order for me to meet my college deadline when I should have had more than enough time to test at Alia in Cincinnati. Another 2 girls in my class still haven’t been able to get into Clinicals almost a month after class, because they “don’t have space”. Avoid at all costs.

Should be able to leave 0 stars. Was going to start the STNA class, my son had some health issues before the class started. I had paid upfront in full, I canceled the class before it started and am now going on 3 weeks to get my refund check back.. I was told when I canceled the class my check would be sent out that Friday when payroll was done. I called today and of course that was never the case, I was told no I had to pick it up. I told the woman I was not able to pick the check up can she please just mail it sense she told me she was holding it in her hand!!! And of course she says she cant. VERY shady, and extremely unprofessional.

After deciding to chance careers I chose Alia Healthcare as the first step to becoming a Nurse Practitioner. The instructor for the day classes (Trisha) did an amazing job of helping us get ready for the state STNA exam. There were no surprises at test time. It was a great overall experience and I would recommend Alia to anyone looking to get the right training to become an STNA or as a first step to nursing school!

My wife took her classes here, she loved. Only downside was she missed her clinical due to a miscarriage, and she wanted to reschedule but she didnt have the 175 at the moment, so she tried calling them never got a reply, they call her 3 days before her time is up saying theyve been trying to get ahold of her which they havent, why would she ignore theyre calls? So downside, they arent very professional.

Please be careful going to this STNA school. They took my money without receiving the Certificate. They are the most expensive CNA classes. I had regrets for paying this money to these people. They will fail you and tell you to come back and pay another money for classes again. The price is $650 dollar. Please be warned to stayed away from Alia healthcare.

It was an amazing experience! I learned a lot. Mrs. Trish Warden really went into detail lecture in preparing you for the boards. From the book to real life experience to help you understand it better. I would reccomend anyone to start here for STNA training.

The day time teacher, Trisch, is great. However the girl, Savannah, that runs the desk isn’t so much. I got really sick on my 7th day of class, I still came in but was obviously sent home for health reasons. So I rescheduled for the next available class, I was told I would need to pay a 100 dollar fee for transferring which was already annoying to me, but I agreed. So savannah called me the day before I was supposed to come back in and asked “how would you like to pay the $175?”, so apparently she had forgotten to tell me about the 75 dollar price difference in the first and second week of class and all she had to say was “oh, my bad.” Also, other girls had problems with her trying to do math in her head and giving them the wrong change or charging them the wrong amount of money. I would absolutely not recommend this place.

This company is so extremely unorganized and has caused a lot of frustration. From instructors showing up 1.5 hours late and students having to wait around multiple times a week to not being able to contact them about receiving my certificate when it’s already late. Attempting to contact them and get anything done is a waste of time. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Honestly not worth it, even if it is the cheaper option to receive an STNA certificate.

DO NOT GO HERE! This school needs a 0. The teacher trish is awesome but the office they are so unorganized its unreal. My class has been over for 2 weeks now. I have one 4 hour clinical and the instructed was sick and had to go home 2 weeks in a row they have cancelled clinicals. A day or 2 before we were supposed to have them.We keep being told they will call and let us know what is going on but they dont. And just found out today that they have clinicals for a class that is about to reach there 60 days without clinicals or they will have to retake the class. If you read reviews about things before you buy them and use them. Then be smart and not go there

The 2 week day class at Alia healthcare was definitely the way to go. The instructor was very helpful and was willing to help in anyway for you to be pre-pared for clinicals and your state test.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! The first enrollment my son was 4 mins late one time and the teacher Ryan embarrassed him in front of the whole class and made an example out of him see class what happens when you are late, your done get your stuff and get out, your out of the program not in private but in front of all of his peers. Not professional at all!!! Not once did Alia reach out to my son and offer for him to re-enroll. After some investigation and talking with a previous student we found out you could pay $100 and restart the program. Per Alia staff my son was told you have 60 days to re-enroll. So he paid the money and re-enrollled. He then completed the part time evening classes and was scheduled for clinicals the weekend after his class had ended and was called that Friday night at around 8:30pm and told his instructor called off for the weekend!! So now Alia is stating his 60 days are up so they dont know what they are going to do now. We have called several times to only be able to talk to receptionist stating she is waiting on the director to see what to do since his 60 days is up and she is still trying to get a whole class rescheduled for clinicals! Get told we will have some answers and call you back before the end if the day Only to hear nothing!! If Alia is not going to give him a chance to complete this certification then his entire tuition needs to be refunded immediately. Not only has he lost wages due to going to class and continuously waiting for clinicals but also has held up his process to enroll in Nursing school. This is unexceptable and very unprofessional! Reading all the reviews now I see this is a continuing problem! The Ohio Board of Health needs to be aware of these problems. Would not recommend this school to anyone!!

Taking my STNA classes here has been the worst decision. The staff is unprofessional and unprepared. I am in the weekend class and we have had 4 class postpones and cancelations. This is a waste of my time and money. Do NOT spend your money on these people- go elsewhere. I have essentially taught myself everything.

Terrible school. There currently being sued and probably for the right reasons. Two more of my friends complained of the program that i know but i already paid my money. These people are unpredictable and even my friend told me she had to wait more than two weeks for what she asked for and had to wait a MONTH and another stranger complained that they accidentally sent her to the wrong day of her clinicals by changing the date and not telling her. The owner which is the instructors wife is an ass. The lady who helped him out is gidigit and kept complain her friend didnt like him because he keeps cutting the instructors pay (probably why they never show up) . I know there a few people who actually like this school. But when it comes to Alia .... you ethier have an ok experience or wish u never set your foot in the door. People seem money hungry and very fishy.

I wish I could give this program zero stars. This was the most unprofessional, unorganized, unacceptable program. The program requires you to have a certain amount of hours completed by the end of two weeks and we probably spent 50% of those hours sitting around waiting for the day to end. It was unproductive and the biggest waste of time EVER. I learned nothing and feel that everyone should look into other programs.
