I like that they found a way to teach us all of the information and keep us interested. While they taught they would tell us jokes to keep us interested and so we don’t doze off in the middle of class. But they also teach us all the information really well.

DJ is the best driving instructor that may have ever lived! Highly recommended! Made drivers ed actually fun!

The teachers did an excellent job providing us with information that we need to know in order to get our permits! They were energetic and friendly and they made learning how to drive a pleasant experience.My only wish would be that DJ arrives on time to classes instead of being late (he was late 3 or 4 times for our classes) and if he is asking the students to be quiet while people are taking tests then I would ask that he would step out to take phone calls instead of loudly taking themduring the time when students were taking tests.

Dj made a usually boring class very fun. I was kinda hyped about going to class with how fun it was. But even after all that fun I learned a ton of stuff. Just don’t watch the super gross car crash movie.

It was a comfortable learning environment. I really enjoyed the class and DJ made sure it was still fun even if we were learning basic stuff. Defiantly would recommend this class and teacher to other people.

DS Driving School did a great job of telling us all of the important information for our permit tests. They taught using a variety of reading, videos, and worksheets to help us learn the material. Their flexiblility with times and locations were really helpful when I was trying to fit drivers ed into my schedule.

Ds was a good driving school it was fun. It was not boring at all I would recommend going here for your driving school.

This drivers ed class is very good. the teacher made the class very fun, but also helped you get to know the information you need to know. 3 hours per day is a lot but DJ made it fly by, while entertaining you at the same time! would give it 6 stars if i could !!

This driving school is good for learning. I like how we do more than just lectures. DJ is funny and serious but also cares about you. I recommend this driving school.

This is a great place to learn how to drive. They make it fun and get you ready to drive. You get a talk from the county sheriff telling you about the rules of the laws and watch videos informing you about bad and good things about driving.

Parents read:Does your 15 year old think they know everything when the get behind the wheel? Are they not listening to you when you say take it slow or inch up so you can see traffic coming past that tree. Yeah, I get it, my three pre drivers all did this. Took a corner at high speeds and said what are freaking out about? The tires squealing or the look of horror on my face never even phased them.This all happened before their first behind the wheel with DJ and his team.The instructors have this great ability to connect to that inner young driver, the one who is ready to learn, but uncertain how to navigate with a 4,000 pound vehicle under their finger tips. We had a great experience with DS driving school. My daughter did the classroom and behind the wheel through DS. She drove with 2 of the instructors and they were very helpful and helped build her into a more confident driver. DJ was more than accommodating in helping us finalize our behind the wheel before the test date as you have to schedule the DMV test so far in advance. My next daughter will definitely be using DS Driving for instruction. Thanks!

My Experience in this classroom was great, its not boring the Instructior DJ is the funniest one while teaching you at the same time. My time here ended to soon

As someone who was very, VERY reluctant to learn to drive, this experience here was probably the best case scenario for me. The atmosphere is very calm and casual, so I felt comfortable and welcomed in the classroom. Also, the teachers senses of humor will be the highlight of your day. For anyone nervous to learn to drive or putting off learning because of anxiety, this is for you.

The instructors made the class bearable and taught me the things that i needed to learn in a fun way.

Everyone always told me Drivers Ed would be horrible, boring, and last forever, but thats not what I experienced. This class was good with keeping us students involved by using worksheets and watching videos. I do wish the movies were more recent, but I understand either way since all the driving rules are the same since that time. I do recommend this driving school!

Ds Driving school was alright as in the time but the teachers and the owner are all very nice. They help you pass the class and make sure you are more than ready for the permit test.

This class was very well taught. The teachers made it quite enjoyable and were very helpful with answering questions. They were also very good at making sure we understood and remembered the topics learned.

I really enjoyed DJ and Jack teaching me through the process of driving. It was always enjoyable and fun to be in class with DJ and jack coming in at night and taking over with always a sense of humor.

It was good and very informative, but they did show a lot of videos about accidents. One or two of these would be good, but after a while they get time wasting. But otherwise it was good.

DS west is so much better than the other drivers ed classes definitely recommend it for my friends. The instructor (DJ) and staff are really friendly

You wanna learn to drive, come here. If at the same time you want to be bored for 3hours a day, 5 days a week than this is fantastic. Aside from boredom, DJ is great and you will learn to drive.

It was an amazing experience everything was explained well. It was all well taught, support, I missed one class and I still got my blue slip on time, I really recommend it to all teans trying to get there permit, 3 hours is not that bad, he gives breaks it’s all, time flies fast thx DJ now I can make my parents proud for once in my life, I’ve now got my permit I got it 1 day after I finished classes with DJ and Jack

Laurie the instructor was great, she taught well and was super nice. the instructor in chaska was not very good and made too many jokes and did not cover any of the information just told us to highlight stuff and moved on. the class was very long and i wish it was spread out across more days and the class was shorter.

Terrible driving school. Paid for first lesson upfront back in October and was told to call back when my driver had 8-10 hours experience behind the wheel. Have called 3 times over 3 weeks and left a voicemail each time trying to schedule the first lesson that I already paid for, but no return phone calls. Choose a different school! This ones not worth the hassle!

DS Driving School has been fabulous to work with. We have had all three of our children go through their school and have been completely satisfied. DJ is extremely accommodating. I made the mistake of scheduling my sons driving test, forgetting he needed to complete his 3rd behind the wheel. DJ worked us into the schedule within a few days and my son was able to take the test. The test was at Eagan (closed course) so DJ gave him some extra help. Thank you DS Driving School!
