Ive done 2 WimHof seminars with Brandon Powell at Princeton Brazillian Jiujitsu. Both times were exceptional experiences. I highly recommend trying it.

Favorite school Ive had the chance to train in. You really get a chance to become well rounded. The Jui Jitsu program is great. The stand up and MMA classes are aweome and a great workout. The work out classes always wear me out. And brandon, the owner. Is one of first group of people in the US to be certified to teach the Wim Hof Method. If your not familiar with it I would look it up! All that aside, the instructors at this gym are great. Good people that have created a great training environment with a good family vibe.
