You will always be greeted with a smile from one of their professional staff when you walk in the door. No matter what your level of dance your instructor will help you feel comfortable so you can have the best dance experience possible. In addition, you can practice what you have learned at each of their Friday night dances that includes a free lesson. Come on out and meet new people. You wont regret it.

My husband and I have taken lessons at a lot of dance studios in Charlotte and New York City, and the award-winning instructors at The Ballroom at Quail Hollow are at the top of their profession. The studio is large and nicely appointed. The classes, the private lessons, and the dance parties are all excellent.And their semi-annual shows arent just dance recitals; theyre professional entertainment that we look forward to attending every year. The studio has a talented group of professionals who combine their various skills, including choreography, interior decorating, and costume design to create great experiences for dancers of all levels.Also important, the instructors have nice personalities and good interpersonal skills. They make you feel welcome even if youre not one of their most dedicated clients. You dont have to be afraid that someone will push you into signing up for lessons you dont really want. On the other hand, you may find lessons are highly addictive!

The Ballroom at Quail Hollow offers a wonderful and friendly environment. Not only my instructor, but ALL of the instructors and friendly and welcoming every time I am there. It is a GREAT place to excerise your body and mind.

TBQH offers quality instructors and a nice atmosphere. It is a great place for both beginners and experienced ballroom dancers. It is also a beautiful venue for a special event.

This studio is an amazing place to begin to learn the art of dance! Dont let intimidation stop you from trying TBQH out - the instructors are gifted teachers who truly love their art, and are eager for you to share in that joy! My fiance and I started taking lessons as a bucket list item for me, and were addicted now. Physical activity, working together, and you leave your problems at the door! You cant stress about life when youre trying to remember which foot to step with :) We SO look forward to our dance dates each week now, and have met tons of awesome folks coming as singles to learn as a group. Theres something for everyone!

Professional, High-Level Instruction, Friendly and ApproachableI have been dancing at The Ballroom at Quail Hollow (TBQH) for approximately a year and ballroom dancing for five. It is a warm and inclusive studio with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.After watching instructors out at social dances, I decided that TBQH’s instructors were the most accomplished. Further research revealed that TBQH’s instructors were professional competitors with years of experience, wins, and high national and international standings in the ballroom dancing world. I am extremely pleased with my progress as a dancer and happy with my choice.TBQH teaches each person to their personal goals and plans (wedding dance, social dancing, competition) and does not use a cookie cutter curriculum. Unlike other studios, TBQH offers a variety of opportunities and experiences that dancers at all levels and interests can choose to participate in.
