Ive been here twice. Love Jackie and the students they are all awesome! I am happy with the permanent make up I had done here and I will be back again for touch ups! And hopefully training soon !

DO NOT GO HERE!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!  I signed up to be a model and they called me sometime near Jan 2019 wanting to sign up people. I paid for 2 services, i showed up to an appointment to use 1 of my credits, and they were closed. Left several voicemails and got no answer.. and then covid hit and I never heard from then for months. They call me once they reopened in May asking me to pay for more model credits and come in. I told them what happened and how I have credits already and the receptionist couldnt find any thing and that they would call me back once so they can ask the owner even tho I had the text receipts of the transaction. We figure everything out and I get one service done and the instructor spent a whole 30 seconds watching the student and walked away.. not to mention she told her not to stretch my Brows when micro blading them so she stops then when the instructor walked away she started stretching them again!! At the end of the service they tried making me pay and I had to explain everything again. I even specified that I have 1 service credit remaining and Jacky (the owner and instructor) confirmed. Fast forward to now (Jan 2020) they called me asking to be a model for permanent makeup, I then asked what was being offered and that I will use my credit. The new receptionist said that I dont have one and that there are not even notes in my account that I have received any services here. I told her I have and then repeated once again my situation. She told me she would speak to the owner and figure it out and then call me back. They just now left me a voivemail saying that theirs nothing they can find and that they asked Jacky too. I called them back and said I have my receipts and that I just want a refund. She said i doubt theres anything jacky can do since its been a year... VERY UNORGANIZED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

The absolute worst customer service by appointment schedulers. Twice I came for my appt and the place was closed. I never received a call or anything. The 4 times I have had permanent cosmetics done they didnt take and were faded in a week. The fibroblast was useless, hurt, and was gone the next day. Ive told these experiences to Jackie, said she was owner, who said she would personally redo procedure and she never responded, called or texted me back to make new appt. Girl who makes appts is rude and doesnt even remember your name plus doesnt call you back when she tells you she will. Beware of this place. You end up paying for work that doesnt last and youll waste time, effort, and money on your end. They do not act professional. Poor experiences for this patron. They certainly dont value returning customers.

Great company. Trains our employees for State Licenses. Online classes were perfect for the work schedule. They provided tutoring in the school when needed.I highly recommend

Took 60hr PMU and SMP courses. I am very happy with the professionalism and knowledge from Everyone I had contact with at Eii. I will recommend this school to anyone interested in Permanent Makeup. I am also planning on taking the paramedical course here. Thank You Eii 💯😁
